Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of wages in the Czech Republic. Analyzes both the current wages rate in the various regions, as well as wages throughout the country. It also deals with an overview of changes in the minimum wage in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which introduces the basic knowledge. The practical part analyze the companies trough a questionnaire.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

The bachelor thesis deals with employee turnover in a selected company XY. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first, theoretical, defines the basic terms related to the topic - fluctuation, its causes and impacts and serves as a basis for the analytical part. In the analytical part, the findings are used to evaluate the current situation in the company and the last part, in which measures are proposed that would reduce fluctuation. An integral part of the work is a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction, which has an impact on fluctuation.

The thesis discusses what it means to institute a minimum wage and the different types of wages in the Czech Republic. It also deals with an overview of changes in the minimum wage in selected countries of the European Union, and unemployment in the countries. To find out what you can buy for minimum wage are given consumer basket of major cities in selected countries. The next chapter deals with the influence of the minimum wage on unemployment. The conclusion discusses the possible impact of the minimum wage in the construction industry.
