Integrované nástroje a jejich průnik v území: CLLD a ITI

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the specifics of regional development in the context of integrated tools Community-led local development (CLLD) and Integrated territorial investments (ITI), the extent of their use and verification of the hypothesis of possible benefits for municipalities, resulting from the availability of these integrated tools. The work also focuses on issues concerning region, the reasons for emergence of regional disparities and regional policy within the European Union and the Czech Republic and briefly outlines its development. It also introduces the area of strategic planning and its importance in terms of regional development.In order to verify the above mentioned hypothesis, an analysis of municipalities was performed in the selected area, which were divided into four groups depending on the affiliation to the territory. These groups of municipalities were further compared and evaluated on the basis of set indicators.
Strategie udržitelného rozvoje města Oslavany

This thesis deals with the strategic, specifically participatory planning as a fundamental premise for sustainable development in the village Oslavany. In the first part of chapter fundamental concepts in their theory. Here are the important concepts in particular sustainable development, and strategic planning and their difference and participatory planning at the municipal level. Another part is the socio-economic and environmental analysis studied the village. The central chapters of the thesis are the results themselves. The basis of the proposal for the creation of participatory planning in the village Oslavany qualitative research with the citizens of the village, on the basis of which was created after the proposal itself contains the choice of target groups, means of communication and recommendations for creating a strategic plan in the village.
Management of one chosen international sporting event of softball held during the coronavirus pandemic.

Title: Management of the international sport event in softball at the time of the covid pandemic Objectives: The goal of the study is to elaborate the specific measures and recommendations how to improve in future the management of the international softball events in the Czech Republic based on the management evaluation of the Junior Women's Softball European Championship U-18 and to point out the impacts of Covid-19 on the organization of the specific international event and to find out the effective answers to them for future. Methods: The study used the method of both qualitative and quantitative data researches. The qualitative research was conducted as a structured interview with the main organizer of the event. The quantitative research was done with use of a marketing research, namely the method of the Brady model of service evaluation, in a form of questions targeted on service evaluation of the event by the participants (primary data collection). The quantitative research of this thesis was further composed of the results of own unparticipated observation. Next, the method of the SWOT analysis was used. Strategic management in social services organizations

This diploma thesis focuses on strategic management in organizations that provide social services and it is possible to explain the issues of strategic management and planning in organizing contacts with social work. This work is focused on information about the theoretical parts and focuses on information and information about professional books and electronic resources, focuses on the basics of this issue and its benefits, which are inherently sought on the part of participants. Another theoretical work reveals the division of social services, the history of management and its related already mentioned budget management and planning. It describes financial analyzes that can be used in organizational services providing social services, even within financial institutions. Selected analyzes are described in the attached graphs and diagrams. The research part of this work is sought in two restaurants, it also looks for a researcher who works in two consecutive lines, namely: quantitative research, which was conducted with the help of a questionnaire survey, which was carried out in the regions of the Czech Republic and organized by providing Social Services. This part of the work contains graphs and tables to interpret the results of the questionnaire survey. The second area of research was qualitative research, which was carried out in organizations providing social services in the South Bohemian Region. Interviews were conducted with the directors of the organizations. Qualitative research was prepared using the ATLAS.ti program, for clarity, a diagram from this program is prepared here.
Financial instruments to support local development in the Český Krumlov region

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the success of the implementation of local development strategies in selected municipalities in the Český Krumlov region. The initial hypothesis was that municipalities are able to meet strategic development objectives with the help of the financial instruments in question. The intention was to assess the strengths and weaknesses of these financial instruments. Due to the considerable diversity of the conditions of the municipalities (geographical, demographic...) and the resulting strategic objectives, the hypothesis was verified separately for each municipality, and subsequently the conclusions were generalized for all municipalities. In case of the hypothesis being rejected there was the reason as well as the possible effective solution specified.
Strategic Planning at the Local Level

This thesis deals with the strategic planning in the public administration and at the local level. The aim of this paper is to map the strategic planning in the public administration and its development, and to analyse and compare all necessary strategic documents for the well-functioning of Písek. Other priorities of the paper include the assessment of the relationship between strategic planning and urban, local and regional development strategies. Further, the strategic documents needed for the well-functioning towns and municipalities are analysed and dealt with. In addition, development and changes in strategic planning are evaluated after the accession to the European Union. All the strategic documents needed to operate within this local level (Písek) are analysed and compared in terms of mutual compliance between the main strategy "Strategic plan and creation of the concept of development of the town of Písek until 2025" and other development documents. Analysis based on publicly available strategic documents and the results are compared afterwards. In conclusion, recommendations and proposals for improvements are provided.
The Strategic Planning of Non-profit Organization Medou z. s.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management and financial analysis of the non-profit organization Medou z. s. which operates as a day care center for disabled people. The first part deals with a theoretical description as well as with the origin and the legislative position of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It also sheds some light on strategic planning and the possibilities of financing including the examination of SWOT and STEP analyses. The practical part provides an insight into the non-profit organization Medou z. s. on which both of the aforementioned analyses were employed. Furthermore, the paper discusses the funding of the organization from the beginning until the present day and it proposes procedures to increase success in the social services market.
Strategic planning in sport clubs - TASK Silueta Praha

Title: Strategic planning in sports clubs - TASK Silueta Praha Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to conduct a strategic development plan for the competitive part of the sports club TASK Silueta Praha. The plan will be created for the time period between the 1st July 2011 and the 30th June 2014. The individual steps of strategic planning represent the partial tasks of the thesis. Methods: The analysis of TASK Silueta Praha takes form of a case study. In order to gain an in-depth knowledge about the current situation and the future opportunities of the club a series of research methods is used. These represent in particular: qualitative interview, analysis of texts and documents, survey and SWOT analysis. Outcomes: TASK Silueta Praha is a very attractive sports club for children and youth from the whole Prague area. Yet to become the number one Czech Rock'n'Roll sports club a number of changes and efforts towards underlining the present positive characteristics must be conducted in the next three years. The suggested strategic plan involving the areas of sport, organization, finance, marketing and social activities can most certainly help to fulfill this better future. The Future of Leisure Time Centres in Decin

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of extracurricular education in Decin. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the offer ot extracurricular activities in leisrue time centres and basic schools. The partial goal of the thesis is to find out whether the conditions for providing extracurricular education in leisure time centres and basic schools can influence the future of leisure time centres. The theoretical part is based on literature, laws, regulations and other available resources. The research part deals with the Offer and the conditions for the implementation of leisure assets. The population of respondents among children and parents. Selected sample comes from a group of people participating in pet education for children and youth in educational institutions in Decin. Contribution of this thesis is to understand what influences the choice of leisure activities. How important the strategic planning is and the use of SWOT analysis in working on the planning. Reminding the importance of marketing activities to promote leisure time centres.
