Politics of Corporate Hospitality in Light of Christian Ethics

The Diploma Thesis "Corporate Hospitality Policy in the Light of Christian Ethics" deals with the question whether there is a fair form and degree of rationalized corporate hospitality compatible with the bases of both general and Christian ethics. The thesis presents a comprehensive view of a wide range of approaches to corporate hospitality from selfless, over rationalized, up to binding, manipulating and corrupt. Corporate hospitality is a very current, widely used management tool. It can be a gratitude for cooperation, expression of regard and respect for a business partner, or demonstration of openness to future cooperation. However, corporate hospitality need not always be a step toward the other's unsecured space, but on the contrary, the effort to pre-ensure that space, and gain an advantage. Such hospitality can bind or even manipulate a business partner, with the goal of getting a job, insuring co-operation, or facilitating a way to profit. Such hospitality is already on the brink of corruption. An important part of the work is therefore to define corporate hospitality in relation to corruption and a deeper assessment of individual approaches to corporate hospitality. Christian principles in the ethical codes of companiens

This diploma thesis describes Christian principles, whose influence ethical codes. Further, this thesis depicts, what a code of ethics is and what its contents are. In the following chapters ethical codes of assorted companies will be characterised and analysed. The next chapter compares the ethical demands of companies with the Decalogue and the Double Commandment of Love. The aim of the last chapter is to ascertain whether some approaches out of codes of ethics are close to Christian principles.

The relevance of the topic of the bachelor thesis: Identity of organization ethics of management and social responsibility is determined by the increased public attention to the activities of companies in the field of social and environmental measures. The thesis is divided into 2 chapters. The first chapter explains the theoretical basis of ethics of management and social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility of business is the company policy which is desirable from the point of view of society. The second part analyzes the ethics and social responsibility management in PJSC Aeroflot. The subject of the study is the logic principles and requirements for ethics and social responsibility of PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the study is the identity of PJSC Aeroflot the ethics of management and social responsibility of the organization. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge methods and techniques used in the process of the study. The theoretical basis of the work was the combination of scientific theories of domestic and foreign scientists. The information base was made up by internal corporate documents regulations and basic information about PJSC Aeroflot financial and statistical reports of PJSC Aeroflot also results of my own research.

This thesis Stregthening the Competitiveness of the Company XYZ as a Supplier to Coca Cola Company Worldwide deals with the principles of the cooperation with Coca Cola Company and deals with potential resources that lead to encourage the strengthening of competitiveness. Theoretical part of the work includes knowledge about competitiveness and strengthening of the competitiveness. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied in practice. The main goal is to prove that the compliance of the cooperation principles with the main customer is one of the main means for enhancing competitiveness.
CSR in AVOS VYSKOV Measuring and Regulation Technology Ltd

The aim of this thesis is a CSR analysis in the scale of the Czech republic. It describes the application of the CSR in the focus of big multinational corporations, big companies and small and medium enterprises. It mentions the organizations that implement and develop the CSR and tackles/ deals with their methods and procedures. The thesis also evaluates the CSR and its aspects in a particular company (AVOS VYSKOV Measuring and Regulation Technology Ltd) and proposes concrete measures to clarify and improve the situation. Conclusions of this thesis will be used as a feedback for the company management and as a support for the annual report of the CSR.

This thesis examines the nonprofit environment in the Czech Republic. The non profit sector is closely related to corporate social responsibility. The thesis analyzes trends in CSR and focuses on a specific project of social responsibility, which is the National Food Collection. The project is analyzed on the basis of data obtained from questionnaires and in-depth interview with the coordinator of the National Food Collection. The result is to determine strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities for further development of this project.
Corporate Social Responsibility

The Bachelors Thesis maps application of corporate social responsibility philosophy in strategies of selected companies in the market environment of the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to analyse CSR concepts of the selected companies for the purpose of identifying positive aspects resulting from their socially responsible behaviour. Furthermore the thesis brings an practical insight into particular CSR concepts applied in the Czech business environment. Information necessary for the analysis and further conclusions were acquired through personal interviews with relevant representatives of the respondents. Based on the analysis of the interviews all the answers and gained information were compared and helped to specify companies attitudes to CSR and possible critical points were identified. As a conclusion the thesis states that more and more attention is being given to CSR in the Czech Republic. The issue is becoming very important and the amount of Czech businesses realising the necessity to act socially responsible is growing. International companies are significantly more experienced in CSR practice. However there is a tend to spread the knowledge of CSR concept even among small and middle-sized organisations.
CSR strategy for the company Liho Blanice

The aim of this thesis is to propose a socially responsible activities, which could a smaller company, like Liho Blanice, deals with and implement them in practice. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of the concept of CSR, its basic features and principles, as well as the methodology of Standard Responsible Company, and some concepts related to CSR. The next part deals with the application of CSR practices, from initial planning to its measurement. CSR strategies of three global producers of alcohol are compared. The practical part introduces the current activities of the company, the results of research to costumers, and based on them are then designed individual activities within CSR.
Use of corporate philanthropy to strengthen the brand value

The theses works with company social responsibility in a banking sector, it's reporting and with a way it influences total brand value. The theoretical part is focused on description of social responsibility and company's philantropy with a emphasis on it's benefits for a company. Special parts are dedicated to possibilities of brand value evaluation and also to a new EU directive on non-profit report. Practical part of the research is focused on Česká spořitelna, her activities in the field and it's management. The author measures an influence of ČS CSR activities on general brand awareness among both groups employees and customers. The author uses explorative probe. The author also offers some recommendations for more effective CSR management and it's use for brand value strengthening based on the results of the research.
