Control and visualization of sewage treatment plant
Monček, Matej ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The theme of this bachelor thesis was to introduce with wastewater treatment plant issue and design adequate control system. There is short historical overview in the introduction and acquaintance with reason of creation the specific issue. Which is wastewater treatment plant. In the next parts is description of water treatment, technological analysis acquaint with technological base and used Technologies and preliminary design of graphical and functional parts of control program SIMATIC S7-300.
Control of sorting by programmable logic controller
Novák, Marek ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with the design and production of the first of the two parts of a device for classifying goods. This device needs two programmable logic controllers (hereafter PLCs), produced by Phoenix Contact, to complete these activities. These controllers are interconnected. One part of the solution, which is described in my thesis in detail, deals with the communication between these controllers, the design of optimalization of methods of classifying goods, which is important for the operation of the whole device and visualization realization. The PLCs are programmed in PC worx software and the visualisation has been made using the Visu+ programme produced by Phoenix Contact. The outcome of my thesis is a device, which, after setting up of the parameters, works independently and is completely controlled by a HDMI touch screen. This thesis has been supported by the Czech Ministry of Education in the frame of MSM 0021630529 Research Intention Inteligent Systems in Automation.
Bridge Crane Model
Steklý, Jakub ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of bridge crane model with electrical equipment. Firstly there is description of real gantry crane and his parts. Then contains description of custom design of crane model. In the end is description of practical realization of crane model with all parts. Result of this thesis is complete working bridge crane model with electrical equipment.
Adaptive optimal controllers with principles of artificial intelligence
Samek, Martin ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis describes adaptive optimal controller design and it’s settings. Identification with principles of artificial intelligence and recursive least squares identification with exponential and directional forgetting are compared separately and as part of controller. Adaptive optimal controller is tested on physical model and compared with solidly adjusted PSD controller. Possibilities of implementation of adaptive optimal controller into programmable logic controller B&R are show and tested.
Control software for a model of pills filling machines
Střižík, Jakub ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the creating of distributed control software for two pills filling machines. Pills filling machines contain of six drains and are controlled by programmable logic controller Simatic S7-300. At one time they can to fill the six packages and each of them can be set for different number of pills. Communication between individual devices is implemented in industrial Ethernet. The control is done through the filling machines and also through the visualization of one PC at control room. The operator can easily monitor and control the whole process of filling.
Economical housing
Marek, Vojtěch ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dosoudilová, Monika (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the creation of an economical housing system using a compact programmable controller Siemens LOGO!. The work includes a description of logic control and approach to the problem of programmable logic controllers. The practical part deals with a simplified design of a housing unit using control programs and the actual implementation of the house model. The software LOGO! Soft Comfort was used for the actual implementation of the program. Autodesk Inventor software was used for creating of the parts needed for the model. The work is supplemented by photographs of the model itself and control programs.
Comparison of PLC programming languages
Noga, Kamil ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This work is dealing with programmable logic controller programing in Heidenhain and Mitsubishi systems. Primary aim of this work is to compare individually PLC programing and comparing diagnostic tools for programmer in both systems. Then this work is dealing with programing environment.
Design of control system for garden irrigation with Siemens LOGO!
Michl, Antonín ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Andrš, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a garden irrigation control system, its components and its implementation to the Siemens LOGO!. The individual components were chosen and the control program was created. The proposal is based on the specific input conditions and it takes into account the general assumptions. The LOGO!Soft Comfort simulation program was used to design the PLC control program and the LOGO! 0BA6 module was used as the logic controller. Complete system was tested in laboratories of the Institute of Automation and Computer science at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno. The testing results showed proper and desired behavior.
Sacristian bell operation control by programmable logic controller
Křížek, Ladislav ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bell is described, its parts and constructive suppositions for the right function in this work, sacristian bell operation control with hand-working and with the rotating electromotor. Programmable logic controller machine SIEMENS Simatic S7-200 CPU 221 is also described, which is the part of ringing machine in Bukovinka’s church. This ringing machine and especially the mode of both bells have specific defect. According to owner´s wishes and instructions were two variants prepared for this ringing machine to improve the working of couple bells. One of these variants was tested and just tuned at the ringing machine. This one variant follows the owner´s wish, works in Bukovinka´s church till now.
SCADA system for operator control of decentralized PLCs stations
Ferjančič, Michal ; Karel, Janda (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the creation of a comprehensive SCADA systemWinCC flexible development environment. Process kontrol is ensured by the PLC S7 – 300 Communication between the PLC andthe PLC and SCADA system is secured by an industrial Ethernet. The nodes of the technological proces is realized through physical models. The models perform simple actions. The model of balls calculates balls in the cylinder and you fall off the box. The model dril is able to pierce the workpieces in two sizes. Model of sorting belt classifies material by size. Each model uses for its management of a PLC. Control of each models is made from the controls in the models keys or the numerical rotary adjusters.
