The issue of an offender's personality in criminology

This thesis is concerned with question of offender's personality from the criminological point of view. In first few chapters I introduce some basic criminological theories and typologies and I tried to put together a general psychological profile of the offender. In the following part of thesis I deal with recidivist offenders, women delinquency and juvenile delinquency. In the last chapter I tried to analyze offenders in the Czech Republic, according to factors of age, gender and nationality, based on data from crime statistics.
First experiences of Act No. 45/2013 about crime victims in practice of assistance providers

(in English): The aim of the work was to describe the experience of the providers of assistance to victims of crime with the use of the law in their practice. The experience and the views of the providers were obtained in the form of a questionnaire survey. As a source of data for addressing service has been utilized to view all registered entities providing their services to the victims of the crimes on the web site of the Ministry of justice. The work was focused on the practical application of selected provisions of act no. 45/2013 Coll. and from its results revealed that providers in your practice are finding that the provisions relating to particularly vulnerable victims, are defined too narrowly. Also the communication between the provider and the police is not yet ideally set.
Domestic violence and its prevention

The thesis deals with the problem of domestic violence and its prevention. The first part of the thesis focuses on defining the key notions necessary to understand speci-fic characteristics of domestic violence. The next part of the thesis concentrates on con-temporary legal regulations on domestic violence, progress up to now, and this is being followed up by suggestions de lege ferenda on the end of the thesis. The essential part of the thesis deals with prevention and tries to present improvement suggestions.
Cyberbullying and its prevention in Královehradecký region in the view of primary school

This thesis deals with cyber bullying and teachers awareness about this socio-pathological phenomenon. The theoretical part describes the concept and forms of cyber bullying, defines and describes the consequences for the cyber bullying victim. The work is dedicated to the elementary school cyber bullying prevention and defines how parents and teachers are involved with. This work describes some projects focused on safer use of the Internet. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic of cyber bullying and its prevention from the perspective of educators in selected primary schools. The second objective is to determine what do teachers know about the observed phenomenon and how do they perceive its prevention. Qualitative research in empirical part of the work is based on interviews with teachers. Interviews are conducted with regard to the topics content analysis in the theoretical part of the work.

Diploma thesis "Behavioral symptoms in sexually abused children, families access and response of social workers" focuses on clarifying the issue of child sexual abuse and its course. The introductory chapters deal with explaining the concept of sexual abuse and the possible occurrence. It characterized by potential victims, offenders and the possible risks. The work focuses on social and psychosomatic manifestations of children who are victims of sexual abuse. It compares the responses of children by age and sex. The important part is the revelation of the incident. Revealed is the most deliverance victim of pathological behavior. The work describes the victim may have reasons for concealing situation, how it reacts family after disclosure. How the assistence of social workers in contact with victims of sexual abuse.But also what measures are needed to prevent further deprivation of the child. Sexual abuse of children

Sexuální zneužívání dětí Sexual abuse of children Petra Dvořáková This work describes the sexual abuse of children. The main objective was to create a work that would form a coherent and comprehensive view on this issue. The thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The practical part includes qualitative research. The research consists of five case studies. These case studies show the sexual abuse of children in practice. The goal of the practical part is the description of cases of sexual abuse, evaluation, comparison of results and identification of common features that appear in the case studies and also in the theoretical part of my work. The analyses of case studies show that the perpetrator was always the family. The consequences of sexual abuse that emerged from the case studies, agree with your description of the theoretical part. In most cases, it was a long- term consequence. The last chapter of the thesis is called prevention. This chapter is the most important of the whole work. It is important to focus not only on the treatment of sexually abused children, but also the environment in which the social and legal protection of children is provided. Domestic violence against women and awareness about it among potencial victims

The following thesis examines domestic violence against women, and information relating to it, for potential victims. It is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes seven main chapters, which gives answers to basic questions about the problems. It is aimed at a general description of domestic violence and those involved in it including the offenders, victims and children affected by it, who often get caught in between the offender and victim parents. Also covered are proposals of how to help these women and the institutions which offer help. Rudimentary legislation is examined, and its current implementation in the Czech republic, using data from recent research and statistics. The practical part seeks to establish the depth of awareness about domestic violence against women among potential victims, and to distinguish the differences experienced by women living in the countryside as compared to women living in city. To this end, there has been research carried out, the results of which, include valuable and new advice on how to improve awareness about domestic violence against women.

1 Abstract The Moral Crime and its Prevention The submitted thesis deals with the topic of moral criminality and the options of its prevention. The main goal of this thesis is to give a deeper overview of this topic, the current legislative with an emphasis on sexual offences, its victims and the processes of victimization. The thesis is divided into five chapters, of which the first four are dealing with related topics on theoretical level, the last chapter deals with particular moral offences. In the first chapters the attention is paid to the concept of human sexuality, human sexual instinct and the variability of tolerated manifestations of sexuality in society and the reflection of human sexuality in the concept of morality. Subsequently, moral crime is defined, individual moral offences are listed, and the division of these offences according to various criteria is provided. Considerable space is provided to the topic of offenders and especially the victims of moral crime, both in criminal and criminological optics. The specificity of serial murder and their investigation

The subject of this diploma thesis is "The specificity of serial murders and their investigation". This diploma thesis focuses on the delimitation of serial murders, the typical way of committing serial murders, the criminalistic characterisation of serial killers as well as the methodology of such murders. The first chapter of the diploma thesis is dedicated to the definition of the term "serial murders" itself and simultaneously to the terms "mass and murderous wave". In the second chapter the aim is, primarily, to briefly analyse the legal classification of serial murders in the meaning of the Czech Criminal Code. This part of the diploma thesis also focuses on the differences between common murder, deliberate murder, murder with prior consideration and the typicalness of serial murders. The third chapter lays out different ways of committing serial murders from the view of preparatory action. Murder weapons and the mechanism of killing are also described in this part of the diploma thesis as well as the diplomant's own research on these topics based on the sample of 44 serial killers.
