Dvě dimenze zemědělství: zemědělec jako tržní subjekt a zemědělec jako správce krajiny
Balada, Josef
Aim of this diploma thesis is complex evaluation of the amount of influence of agriculture on landscape, mainly in Horňácko, South Moravian region, where the market actor, ecological agricultural farm, is located. Thesis characterizes agricultural activity in context of agricultural subsidies and restrictions implying from certain regime of farming. It specifies differences between conventional and ecological farming in Horňácko region and describes main models, which are crucial for determination of the way, that farming is developing in this area. Part of the thesis involves detailed characteristics of agricultural company Ekofarma Balada, s.r.o., including the description of its ecological aspects and optimization design for this ecological farm, in relation with current legislation and subsidy schemes.
Mathematical models for transportation problems
Brzobohatý, Jan ; Hrabec, Dušan (referee) ; Popela, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with stochastic dominance. The goal is to lay the foundations for defining stochastic dominance, to describe its properties and to explain this term on simple examples. Another goal is to apply this term to network problems with random transport price. Examples in this thesis also contain solutions and code to find these solutions written in GAMS language.
Valuation of Easements - Comparison of Valuation Methods
Prokop, Jan ; Sadílek, Augustin (referee) ; Klika, Pavel (advisor)
In this diploma thesis I deal with methods of valuation of easements according to current legislation and methodology. The easements, as a tool for limiting or extending the rights to real estate, are dealt with in a general way, I will state the methods for their valuation and subsequently apply these methods to specific easements.
Theoretical bases for the limitation of fundamental rights and freedoms in the Czech Republic
Madej, Martin ; Tryzna, Jan (referee)
Theoretical bases for the limitation
of fundamental rights and freedoms in the Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic, the conception of fundamental rights and the conditions for their limitations are the result of a specific interpretation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms by the Constitutional Court, which in turn reflects its own views on constitutional theory. Despite being presented almost dogmatically, the confrontation with foreign literature suggests that the so-called external theory of the Constitutional Court finds strong opponent in the so-called internal theory. Internal theory sheds doubts on such hallmarks of the Court's doctrine like the wide conception of fundamental rights, the principle of proportionality or the very existence of conflicts of constitutional values. In this thesis, it is argued that although the internal theory cannot substitute for the external theory at the moment, it represents an opportunity for the Constitutional Court to reassess its current position in order for it to better depict the aims of the constitution-maker, to respect the policies of the legislator and - above all - to take fundamental rights seriously. In particular, it is claimed that the optimal model of the limitation of fundamental rights dully distinguishes between definition and...
Restrictions of the land ownership
Trčková, Michaela ; Franková, Martina (advisor) ; Žákovská, Karolina (referee)
This diploma thesis is focused on the legal regulation of individual institutes which mean the restriction of disposal of subject of the right of ownership. For the purpose of this diploma thesis the subject of the right of ownership means the land, respectively the plot within the intention of the Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on Land Register. The plot is an individualized part of earth surface which is determined by a boundary. In accordance with the above it is presumed that where the author uses "land", she means the plot. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the detailed analysis of individual legal regulations which manage restrictions of plot ownership. It is clear that the topic of the diploma thesis is quite comprehensive, so the author has decided to present the basic concepts at first. The basic concepts are a land, real estate, plot and parcel and right of ownership. The author has build on the part of right of ownership the chapter two, which is about the restrictions of right of ownership that are laid down in the constitutional order and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Chapter two reflects the reasons behind the enactment of the restrictions of right of ownership in the legal order. The flagship part of the thesis is in the chapter three and four. This section is an analysis...
Optimization of prestress tendon path
Středulová, Monika ; Lehký, David (referee) ; Eliáš, Jan (advisor)
The thesis explores possibilities of applying genetic algorithms on the problem of finding the optimal prestressed concrete tendon path. The objective of the thesis is to develop a genetic algorithm based on the Automatic Dynamic Penalization method and to test its robustness on selected analytical functions. Subsequently, the algorithm is connected to a Time Dependent Analysis module for the computation of prestressed concrete structure to solve selected examples of prestressed beams in the form of a constrained optimization problem. The algorithm is developed in the Python programming language with the help of the Distributed Evolutionary Algorithm library.
The Quality of Life of People with Physical Disabilities
BAŤHOVÁ, Nela
The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic Quality of Life of People with Physical Disabilities. The aim of the thesis is to map the issue of factors influencing the quality of life of people with physical disabilities. The research was actualized on the basis of a qualitative survey. On the basis of the set goals, the main research question has been defined: Which factors affect the quality of life of people with disabilities? The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, so-called key units. The first of the chapters clarifies the issue of physical disability, which the work focuses on. The second chapter deals with the life's quality, explains the concept and principles of quality of life. The third chapter introduces the care of people with disabilities, focuses primarily on coordinated rehabilitation. The practical part describes the aims of the thesis, the specific questions, the methodology of the survey and the techniques of collecting data. To achieve the goal of the practical part, open coding was chosen. The selected technique of collecting data has been the in-depth interview and analysis of case studies. After examining the issue, factors influencing the quality of life of people with physical disabilities were identified. Key factors include family support, access to society, sport, transport, rehabilitation, finance, contact with people with physical disabilities, or various aids. The thesis can help eliminate negative factors influencing the lives of people with physical disabilities and, as a result, this thesis can lead to reflection on how to improve the lives of these individuals.
Nutrition of patients with ileostomy
VOTAVOVÁ, Markéta
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine a nutritional condition of patients with ileostomy and preferences and restrictions of their nutrition. The research ensemble was consisted of 11 adult respondents, of whom 9 respondents had ileostomy, 1 woman had colostomy and 1 woman had jejunostomy. The research was processed qualitatively in the form of structured interview, a weekly food diary record and an anthropometric measurement (BMI, arm circumference and waist circumference). For the interview was prepared 48 questions focused on personal data, eating habits and a consumption of individual types of beverages and food. The recorded responses were literally rewritten and then were individually evaluated for each respondent. The food diary forms were prepared for the respondents and after filling were processed in the Nutriservis program. The identified average nutritional values were compared with the recommended daily need of energy and nutrients. Most of the respondents had a lack of energy and nutrients in the food diary. BMI values showed that most respondents were overweight or had the first degree obesity and the waist circumference values showed a high risk of cardiovascular disease for most respondents. Depending on the values of the arm circumference, there was found no risk of malnutrition for any respondents. The responses showed that an eating option for ileostomy patients is completely individual and there is no strict dietary regime. A big influence on eating had personal taste preferences, elapsed time from surgery and a cause of ileostomy. The results of this research may serve employees in healthcare facilities to inform patients with ileostomy but, above all, the results may be used by patients themselves, who may improve their orientation in eating and thus may prevent a possible occurrence of health complications.
