Construction technology stage in the restoration of the building envelope

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is offering solution for technological stages of regeneration of a building envelope of Primary school Chrast. The thesis includes regeneration of existing plasters and execution of a contact heating systems using polystyrene plates. The thesis describes technological processes, principles of organization of construction, time scheduling, suggestion of mechanical sets, occupational safety and health, quality requirements and itemized budget.

Leisure Center - Mojmire

This bachelor thesis is based on my architectural study, which was made in the third year of the academic year 2018/2019. The main task for this study was to design a leisure center for children, youth and adults in the cadastral district of Mojmírovo náměstí, in Brno – Královo Pole. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate the study to the level of documentation for building permition and documentation for construction. The plot is located in a gap site between a 5 storey new residential building with a flat roof and a 2 storey historic building with a saddle roof. In the surroundings there are mostly 5 storey apartment buildings together with the original historical development of family houses. A design of the leisure center tries to respect the height levels of the surrounding buildings and their spatial zoning. The ground plan does not exceed the depth of the surrounding buildings and the surrounding buildings are not shielded. The structure is 4 storeys, without basement, oriented to the east and west side, based on the space of the gap site. It contains two independent functional units: a leisure center and a hall with commercial space. The proposed building with a garden can be used for leisure activities, cultural and social events, and it will also expand the insufficient capacity of the classrooms and the premises of the Košinova elementary school in the morning. In the afternoon, the building, including the garden, will serve as a public meeting point. The idea was to create a multifunctional building for the needs of the local community. The leisure center in this place has its merit, because it is located right on Mojmírovo náměstí in the center of the action and the large garden is connected to the elementary school Košinova. The idea of the study was in the maximum glazing of the facade, which will reflect various greenery on the square, so it will also be open to the community, thanks to its transparency. St. Michael's Hospice

The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.

Construction technology stage of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany

This bachelor thesis solves the building-technological phase of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany. Specifically, it deals with the cladding of the wooden superstructure of the 3rd floor of the primary school building and the additional insulation of the existing floors. The shell of the superstructure is covered with a wooden cladding and filled with mineral wool insulation. Additional insulation is designed as a contact from facade polystyrene boards. The work is elaborated technical report, thermal assessment of cladding, technological procedures at given stage, transport solution including design of the machine assembly and situation, budget stage with report statement, principles of organization of construction including technical report and drawing of construction site, control and test plan, time schedule and safety.

Novostavba dřevostavby rodinného domu

A diploma thesis deal is to make a project documentation of a wooden house. Construction system is diffusion-open. The theoretical part presents material possibilities for construction system and describes the advantages and disadvantages of individual material. Parts of the project documentation are construction details, which are used for calculation of two–dimensional thermal simulation count by finite element method. Work describes input data, boundary condition and construction structure. For thermal simulation two software are used, because of comparison of results. Results from software are listed and explained by the options that could affect them.

Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton of the Třebíč hospital surgery pavilion

The aim of this thesis is to process the technological stage of the upper gross construction of the hospital pavilion in Třebíč. The building is designed to provide medical care and amenities. It is mainly an underground construction with one underground and five above-ground floors. The main structural constructions are monolithic skeleton supplemented with reinforcing walls and cores. The cladding is lined with brick blocks Porotherm. The subject of the processed technological stages is the solution of monolithic reinforced concrete vertical and horizontal supporting structures. Within the framework of another assignment, proposals for protection against monolithic reinforced concrete structures and protection against leased radiation are processed.
