History of medical emergency services in the Czech Republic

The work focuses on a historical development of the institute of emergency services as coordinated activities, including development of the personnel and materially-technical provision, legal anchoring and development of field prestige, including the latter-day prestige, with a focus on the territory of the Czech Republic. Therefore, the aim was therefore to map out each period in terms of providing coordinated emergency activities, describe their legal definition in time and record the personnel and materially-technical equipment. Qualitative research investigation using historical analysis together with a study of historical sources, including quantitative survey research for objectification of the data obtained from a questionnaire survey, mapping public opinion not only to the prestige of the field itself, but also through questions corresponding with this area was used for identification of the aforementioned objectives. The work shows a summary of events set in a historical framework, leading to foundation of the first emergency and rescue service facilities, including their further development. Shadow banking in the view of legal regulation Abstract This diploma thesis deals with shadow banking in the view of legal regulation focusing on the Czech territory. Although the shadow banking sector amounts almost to the same extent as the traditional banking, its legal regulation is barely discussed in the Czech Republic. So this work aims at stimulation of that kind of debate. Shadow banking contributes to more effective redistribution of the financial means between investors and debtors. Nevertheless, due to its nature it involves significant systemic risks, which played a crucial role during the spread of the mortgage crisis in 2007-08. Therefore this area has to be regulated. In the first part the thesis explains the term shadow banking including the entities and activities, which are able to be classified within this sector, and the risks, which it carries. In the second part the work deals with the current legal regulation of this area and points to the advantages and the deficiencies. Finally, in the third part it provides with the proposals regarding the deficiencies. Legal legislation of shared custody

This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the Legal legislation of shared custody in the Czech republic. The aim of this thesis is to examine legal regulations of shared residency and to present its pros and cons. This thesis covers most of the theoretical elements of shared parenting. It is composed of six parts, each of them dealing with different aspects of child custody. Most of the chapters build upon a detailed research. Legal regulation and judicature are the main featured resources of this thesis. The first part features the parents and the child. The second chapter covers all three acceptable forms of child custody supported by law: sole custody, joint custody and shared custody. The third chapter is focused on the terms custody and visitation and their meanings from a judical and legislative point od view. The next chapter covers the role of the courts and other authorities associated with child custody. The fifths part describes the elements of shared custody in greater depths, including preconditions and methods how to apply for shared custody agreement but it also presents its downsides and limitations. The last chapter is based upon the method of secondary analysis. I studied court decisions of child custody cases statistically and analyzed how they refer to the individual aspects of shared parenting.

Legal aspects of movement and stay of person in wild nature Abstract The thesis deals with the legal framework of movement and stay of an individual in wild nature, that is to say outside developed land areas. The legal framework used is effective on 30th August 2018. The thesis describes the legal aspects and limits of an individual's behaviour in wild nature in the context of nature and landscape protection. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general definition of the key concepts. A definition of wild nature, an individual, movement and stay is given. The following part is divided into chapters according to the kind of area in question, namely movement and stay in the forest, in agricultural areas, on water and in caves. A chapter is dedicated to particularities of specially protected areas. Two chapters of the thesis deal with the legal framework regarding plants and animals. Another chapter deals with staying in wild nature overnight, particularly with regard to camping or bivouacking in the Czech Republic. Penalties that may be imposed on individuals violating regulations concerning movement and stay in wild nature are also mentioned. The Cryptocurrencies in Practice of Law

This diploma thesis deals with the cryptocurrencies in practice of law. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the initial coin offering and the basic tax aspects of the cryptocurrencies, both with respect to the Czech law, and to provide a comparative overview of the cryptocurrency legal regulation in different states of the world. The actual text of the thesis is divided into four parts. These parts are preceded by a general introduction outlining the overall concept of the thesis, its purpose and the reasons why the topic was chosen. The fourth part is followed by a conclusion summarizing the main findings that were made. The first part of the thesis deals with an explanation of the term cryptocurrency and its comparison with the terms virtual and digital currency. It also discusses whether cryptocurrencies can be considered as money or as currencies and what each of these two categories means. The second part is focused on the initial coin offer in the Czech law. There is a brief description of its course followed by an examination of the applicable rules of both public and private law. The paper presents a basic overview of the issue of providing access to theses from copyright’s perspective. The first part introduces the meaning and purpose of this copyright limitation as well as the development of legal regulation. Attention is paid to the identification of individual interests that might conflict due to its application. The second part deals with the current legislation and identifies its problems, especially the ones related to providing online access to theses. The last part proposes possible solutions to these problems.

Organization of a long-term school trip

This thesis deals with organization of a long-term school trip, which means organization of a sojourn for primary school pupils in surrounding which is beneficial to pupils' health while their education is not interrupted. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on those law regulations, which have to be followed in the process of organizing a long-term school trip and during the time the event is taking place. Basic concepts dealing with the organization of a long-term school trip are also defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part of this thesis is based on collecting data through a survey and dialogues with teachers. The aim of the survey and those dialogues is to find out the interest of primary school teachers who teach at schools located in Prague 1 and in Prague 2 in organizing a long- term school trip and to detect their experience which they have acquired by organizing long- school trips. SELECTED ASPECTS OF BITCOIN AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FROM THE STANDPOINT OF THE LAW AND ECONOMICS Abstract Bitcoin is one of the best-known examples of a decentralized convertible cryptocurrency based on blockchain technology. The diploma thesis deals with the main aspects of bitcoin and bitcoin payment networks in complex economic analysis based on the use of standard economic apparatus. The economic analysis is backed by a thorough and relevant legal research. The main goal of the diploma thesis is complex economic and legal analysis of bitcoin. In economic analysis, the emphasis is put on the use of supply-demand analysis, which outlines the basic factors affecting supply and demand for bitcoins. Based on a clear delineation of these factors, the thesis is able to analyse specific aspects of bitcoin. Diploma thesis analyzes the impacts of decentralized setting, as well as risks associated with anonymity of users, crime in connection with bitcoin, time delays in transaction verification, technical and energetic demands on mining, high transaction costs and internet connection needs. Legal regulation of horse breeding Abstract This diploma thesis, entitled "Legal regulation of horse breeding", deals with valid legal regulations related to horse breeding in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis consists of a total of eight chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the position of the animal in civil law, both in terms of historical development and current legal regulation. The second chapter focuses on requirements imposed on horse breeders by the Veterinary Act. The third chapter deals with the requirements of the Animal Welfare Act, especially in regards to equestrian sports. The fourth chapter deals with the requirements of the Breeding Act for horse breeding, including horse's evidence, selection of animals for breeding purposes and genetic resources. The fifth chapter focuses on the organizational provision of horse breeding in terms of state administrative body, while the sixth chapter deals with the organization of equestrian sport. The seventh chapter deals with civil liability in horse breding, and the last, eighth chapter, deals with liability for both criminal offenses and administrative offenses. The theme of this diploma thesis is the Legal regulation of execution of the mortgage loan in Spain and it deals with a large mortgage crisis, which hit Spain in the years 2007 - 2012 and brought many Spanish families to execution proceedings. The main objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legislation and legal sectors, which includes Spanish execution processes.
