Family house with an establishment

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a project documentation for a family house with an establishment which is situated to the village of Přibyslavice by Velká Bíteš. It's designed as a separate three storey building. Two of the storey's are above ground and one of them is underground. This family house is designed for a family of four. There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.

The community center in Ostrava - Kunčičky design in reflecting the specific social and material situation of the city. Creates new possibilities for the habitants and helps their integration and interaction. This design endeavors to naturally establish the existing church and rectory, not trying to compete them, but develop them. Important point of this project is also new village center, which is located right in front of the church and gets new definition and soundness. The project also solves the development of public amenities in relation of spiritual, social and everydays needs. It offers an insight into the real solutions to the problems and opportunities of the place in relation to the possibilities of the local parish. The project works with the this units: church, rectory, square, community center, community courtyard, multifunctional hall, house with services, sports facilities and meadow behind the church.
Family house

The content of my bachelor thesis is the design and building solution for new family house in a newly emerging housing locality in the village of Herink on lot No. 290/20. Family house has one underground floor, two above-ground floors and a saddle roof. The house is designed as one unit for a four-member family with two parking spaces. One undercover parking space is provided in the garage, the other uncovered at the driveway. The object has been designed from POROTHERM vertical construction system. Horizontal constructions are made of POT beams and MIAKO ceramic inserts.

Total capacity is 12 people. The structural systém is designed from the systém Porotherm. Roofing flat roof with attic. In terms of fire safety of buildings designed as a one fire zone.
Residential house

The focus of this bachelor’s thesis is an elaboration of a project documentation of a residential house. The draft was completed on a level that the project documentation could be used for a building permit. The building site is located in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem on parcel n. 3058/84 in an area of 810 m2. It is a one-story house without a basement designed for four people. The parcel is located on a gently sloped terrain. The wall system uses POROTHERM blocks. The construction is situated on a concrete foundation. The ceiling construction is composed of POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The roof is gabled with a 35° pitch and covered with KB Beta concrete tiles. The staircase is two-flighted and made from reinforced concrete. The building includes a garage for one personal automobile and an outdoor terrace.
Apartment house

Subject of the solution master´s thesis is new domestic building. It is two floors building made out of construction system Porotherm with monolithic ferronconcrete ceilings and shed roof. First floor has two versions.In first version is four studio flats. Second version on the first floor is used for accommodation disabled people and there are three apartments and one unit with facilities for carers. Second floor is used for accommodation two smaller families and there are two apartments with entrance from gallerie. Building is located in straight terrain in the development area of new houses in Žatec in area Kamenný vrch.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of construction on the two-storey family house with space for business – hairdresser´s. Object is situated on a land in flat terrain in city Nezamyslice, in Olomouc region. Construction is chosen from system Porotherm, roofed by gable roof. Doublegarage with workshop and warehouse is connected to main building ok northern side. Second floor is solution as garret over the main part of building.
