Eye Tracking in User Interfaces
Navržený a realizovaný systém mapuje pozici bodu pohledu/zájmu (the point of gaze), která odpovídá souřadnicím v souřadnicovém systému kamery scény do souřadnicového systému displeje.
Live Panorama
Jalůvková, Lenka ; Juránková, Markéta (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This batchelor`s thesis is focused on creation of live panorama. This is an innovative representation of data from streaming cameras. The input is a video from the streaming camera and the output is also stream - constantly re-drawing panorama according to the current camera position. The resulting solution is based on the SIFT algorithm for finding keypoints in the frames. Furthermore, the RANSAC algorithm is used for calculating homography for stitching images together. Re-drawing the panorama requires weighting of edges. The functionality of the proposed solution was tested on a series of testing video recordings.
Visualization of Crowd Behavior Analysis Using Drone Videodata
Dobeš, Zdeněk ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Bažout, David (advisor)
The purpose of this work is to design and implement an user interface for visualizing videodata from a drone. The document consists of a description of the construction of a design until its implementation in the form of a web application. It uses the Django application framework, the React web framework and variety of APIs with Google Map API at the top. It aims to create an intuitive environment for monitoring sectors on a map with drones and offers useful tools to make it easier.
Projected User Interface - Board Game
Vizina, Petr ; Najman, Pavel (referee) ; Zahrádka, Jiří (advisor)
This paper deals with study of possibilities and use of projected user interfaces, which are based on a camera-projector system.  The purpose is to create functional application, that using projector to display user interface of application and camera for  capturing user interaction with the projected interface. Created application is supposed to be a simulation of board game called "Mill". The result is a functional application of board game, that utilizes tools for calibration of the camera-projector system with physical calibration pattern and hand detection in captured scene.
Browse the Map on Your Mobile Device by Moving the Device
Pohrebniak, Yehor ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the creation of a mobile application that presents a map and based on the movement of a mobile device in space, represents a sliding map camera. The theoretical part is focused on acquaintance with available technologies and design of a system of data processing methods from inertial measuring units of mobile devices and video from the smartphone camera. The practical part is focused on the implementation of mobile application that obtain data from motion sensors and move the map
Visual head motion monitoring
Sieber, Lukáš ; Babinec, Tomáš (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is based on finding of head rotation and position against stationary shoulders from frames captured by web camera in real time. Furthermore the thesis adverts to benefits of using Open CV. It is also included some Open CV function overview, such as optical flow, 3D-2D points corresponding calculation and among others operations with rotation matrix. The end of this thesis provides outcomes evaluation and future work proposals.
Surveillance Video Search
Birds Eye Panorama
Sobotka, Lukáš ; Pavelková, Alena (referee) ; Kolář, Martin (advisor)
The goal of this paper is to create panorama from the collection of photographies, which are taken from randomly moving device with OS Android. The device is placed on flying vehicle (a kite, a helium balloon, a drone etc.). The photographies are taken from birds eye view. The Android application was created and tested. This application creates a collection of photographies and then runs an algorithm to create panorama. This algorithm specifies descriptors using SURF, which are filtered by RANSAC algorithm for finding the optimal homography. This algorithm is perfomed iteratively over the collection. The image data is processed using the OpenCV library.
Fast Re-Calibration of PTZ Camera for Traffic Analysis
Dřevo, Aleš ; Juránek, Roman (referee) ; Sochor, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with problematics of PTZ-camera re-calibration during movement. The objective of this work is to keep the camera in calibration mode from default status when the known positions of Vanishing Points are in the image. With their use during movement, which is changing with motion of the camera, their positions are kept with help of two implemented methods. The first method is based on the principle of homography, the second on the principle of cross ratio. The results show that both of these methods work especially for keeping the positions of First Vanishing Points. In the case of the Second Vanishing Points there appear various problems and the results are often quite inaccurate.
Java applets for image processing
Čišecký, Roman ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis is concerned with image processing techniques such as calculating his-togram and its equalization, image filtering in frequency and time domain, creating panoramic pictures and creating a disparity map This thesis describes the various methods of image processing and their use in practice. The last part deals with creating particular applications for image processing and its transformation to applets executable on the web.
