Interactive Graphical Data Presentation on the WWW
Škrobánek, Kristián ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on interactive graphical presentation of large amounts of data,in a way which presents user with best possible view of wanted information. After research ofpossibilites and technologies focusing on this matter, the suitable tool was chosen, conceptwas created and then was projected the data visualizing aplication itself. This solutionoffers benefits such as clarity, speed of visualization, easy manipulation and intuitive viewof data. First part of the work focuses on used technologies, approaches to the problem anddesign of solution. Second part contains details of realization and testing of application.
WYSIWYG Editor for Learning of OOP in Java
CHOVANEC, Adam
This bachelor work is about to create an educational program, which allow user to better understand the basic principles of object oriented programming and Java itself. It is rather the practical part of this work, where output will be program itself. Main aspect of this program is intuitiveness and possibility to create own object structures for using graphical elements. In the theoretical part will be mentioning the basic principles of object oriented programming. Nowadays it's not much programs for novice programmer, but what is the main problem, that they don't understand OOP. Therefore this program can help students to think differently.
Analysis of glottal pulses
Příkazský, David ; Staněk, Miroslav (referee) ; Sigmund, Milan (advisor)
The work is about the estimation of vocal pulses from the speech record. Contains a description of the process of speech production, description of the instruments for the measurement of vocal pulses, an overview of software tools for estimating vocal pulses from the speech signal. Description of IAIF and Sahoo method for estimating vocal pulses. The Graphic User Interface in MATLAB is created for easier control of mentioned methods.
Visualization of Information in Intelligent Home
Sakin, Martin ; Viktorin, Jan (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and implementation of a graphical application that shows the status of intellingent home. Application run directly on the adapter that communicates with sensors and actuators. Its graphical output can be displayed via the HDMI connector or remotely over X-Server. The application is implemented in C++ and using the Qt graphics libraries. The goal is simply and clearly to display important information about the household even in case of failure of the LAN.
Game Interface with Data Projector and Leap Motion
Kendra, Matej ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Najman, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis describes various game interfaces for human and gradually there are shown more modern and common available interfaces. Work closely describes how you can play games on a regular projector and sensors for gestures detection - Kinect and Leap Motion. This work focus on evaluation of aspects of table-game design with these components and also on display view calibration between projector and Leap Motion. Part of the project is devoted to describing the board game Catan, of which rules are taken to write down specification and options of player. According to this knowledge is then described the design of the play-set and the design of several interfaces of the game. Implementation is briefly described and final chapters covers forms of the testing methods of interfaces and testing evaluation from user perspective.
Classification of heart beats using artificial neuronal networks
Doležalová, Radka ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This work deals with using of artificial neural networks (ANN) for ECG classification. The issue of ECG and ANN technique are described theoretically at first, the next section describes use of Matlab to design ANN and graphical user interface. ECG data (namely QRST segments from the orthogonal X- lead from seven phases of the experiment) obtained from experiments in isolated hearts of rabbits are used for learning and testing of the classifier. The result of this work is the software with GUI that allows user to set various parameters and structure of ANN. After learning phase, ANN realized in this work able to classify cardiac cycles according to their morphology into seven groups.
Emulator for Intelligent Home End Stations
Brychtová, Hana ; Viktorin, Jan (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This thesis covers design and implementation of an application with a graphic user interface emulating the behaviour of end stations for intelligent home. These devices are used for measuring physical quantities and controlling switches. The application is implemented in C++ using Qt Framework. The final product is an application which provides a simple way of testing in a friendly user interface. The main benefit is in enabling a parallel developement of the server application and the developement of the hardware end station devices.
User Interface for Activity Tracking
Mešár, Marek ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The thesis describes the implementation process of the application intended for activity tracking and its graphic user interface. At the beginning some time management and activity tracking techniques will be briefly introduced to the reader. Some existing software solutions related to this topic will also be mentioned. The next chapter deals with the design phase of project. The two following chapters describe implementation phase of project's data and application layer. The author discusses chosen implementation techniques, some occurred problems and their solutions. Testing phase and its results are described in the last chapter.
Personal Multimedia Library
Koukal, Jan ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Kubát, David (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to get acquainted with specifications of multimedia files and their attributes and study options that can be used for their management too. Further was necessary to focus on already done solutions of similar type from which it was able to inspire and draw on experience. The goal of this work was to design a functional multiplaform application on past experience that will allow effecitve management and browsing of these files and provide user enough of relevant informations. In the next step was application implemented and tested so it represents a fully functional result of the thesis.
Generating of User Interface for Workflow System
Šímová, Kateřina ; Zámečníková, Eva (referee) ; Pospíšil, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis concerns with automatic generation of user interfaces from defined metadata, more particularly generation of user forms. It also enables editing of metadata and reading and saving of user's data in forms. In theoretical part there are discussed terms workflow and workflow systems for which the implemented generator is dedicated. Thesis also discusses options of presentation of workflow data and appropriate technologies that can be used to implementation of given assignment.
