Construction Technology study of building a house of the eko panels

The object of the bachelor thesis is the description of the construction and technological study of building a family house from Ekopanel. It is an ecological diffusion free material in the form of panels, which are pressed at high temperature and pressure. Part of this technology study is time and financial plan of construction, basic concept of building operation, bill of quantities specified objects, technological regulation for the implementation anhydrite monolithic floors, precautionary measures of the construction site, listing of machinery and tools which are used, inspection and test plan and comparison of wooden buildings with brick building.

Implementation of lower structure multipurpose building

Purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to compile structuraly - technological project of the field experimental station conctructed by Mendel university in Brno. Thesis concentrates on technological phase of foundations, which involves prescriptions for executing ground works, setting up a building and isolation against soil humidity. Prescriptions are complementet with suggestion of constellation of machines, time plan, rules of workplace safety, control and quality plan and solution for organisation of construction. Conclusion of this bachelor’s thesis is financial comparation of two different structuraly – technological solutions of the object. That would be using monolitical foundational lines and systematical shuttering or using lines made of adapting pieces of secret shuttering.

Design of foundations of Building in Hradec Králové

The diploma thesis deals with foundations of a new learning and research center of the Charles University. Goal is economical and secure design of geotechnical structures. In this thesis, has been used less known technology of deep foundations. The author points to the diversity of utilization, such as sealing wall, anchored and unanchored sheeting, columns designed to influence tension and pressure. For the static calculation have been used programs Scia Engineer and Geo5 v19. Part of this thesis the technological process of technology of the soil improvement by DSM.

Technological study of execution of building house in Míškovice

The thesis contains selected parts of the building and technological study of a residential building in Miskovic. Processed was primarily technological studies major technological implementation stages for the specified object, time and financial plan construction, the basic concept of building operation, itemized budget with Minor structural work, technological regulation for the implementation of prefabricated reinforced concrete ceiling structure of circuit elements, safety measures in the process, design machinery for building construction, inspection and test plan prefabricated soffit and gable wall insulation.

Design of foundation of library building

The master’s thesis deals with the static solution foundation structure of the Moravian-Silesian Scientific Library in Ostrava. The goal is to process the design for the commissioned construction of the library building in detail, numerically and graphically, on the foundation supporting structure of the underground floors. Subsequently, their static solution, dimensioning and assessment for limit states. The solved elements are the foundation slab in the second underground floor, the bearing capacity of the piles and the foundation block of the core A. The static analysis was performed in a combination of the student versions of SCIA Engineer 22.0 and the Midas program. The work also includes drawing documentation for the above-mentioned elements. The calculation was carried out according to applicable standards and principles.

Multifunctional building

The main concern of this thesis work is the five-storey multifunction building. The house will consist of 22 residential units and one barrier-free apartment to which they belong cellar and two establishments. The building will have four above ground and one underground floor.

Pension for Elderly with Care Service

The designed pension for elderly with care servise is situated in Měřín locality. It is the a bricked two-floor object with no cellars, made of POROTHERM system. The base zones are made of the plain concrete. Roof construction is solved by one-shell roof. The dimensions of the building are 41,35 x 33,15 meters.

Administration Building

This Diploma thesis is focused on design monolithic concrete construction of multi-storey administrative builiding including its foundation. The slab construction over the first floor is designed like locally supported. Calculation of internal forces is made by computer software called Dlubal RFEM. Results of internal forces are checked by simplified method.

FAMILY HOUSE WITH THE SURGERY GENERAL PRACTITIONER

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
