V diplomové práci je obsažen rozbor zemních prací, základových prací a hrubé spodní stavby bytového domu na ulici Kopečná 9 v Brně. Práce dále obsahuje postupné změny zařízení staveniště, podrobný časový plán na vybrané práce, hrubý časový plán celé stavby, rozpočet stavby, rozpočet zařízení staveniště a detaily částí stavby. Ve specializaci se práce zabývá zvláštním užíváním komunikací a dopravním značením. The thesis contains analysis earthworks, foundations, carcass substructure of residential house on the street Kopečná 9 in Brno. The work also includes gradual changes in site equipment, detailed schedule of work for selected works, rough schedule of the whole building, construction budget, site equipment budget and details of construction. Specialization in the work addresses the specific use of roads and traffic signs.
