Multi-function Cultural Centre "Creative City" in Brno

The aim of the Master thesis project is a reconstruction of former prison in Soudní street in Brno. The current building is a historical construction from 18th century and contains chapel. This building has an extension, which closes the block from the Bratislavská street. The prison has square layout with two inside yards and one yards between prison and the extension. The design contains new usage of the current spaces with extension of new floors on the prison building, demolition of the current extension from the Cejl street and construction of new building on created new space. On the current building is designed two floor structure from the Soudní street, the rest of the building has one floor. New administrative construction is connected with the old building by a bridge. The main purpose of new creative centre are spaces for artists, painters, architects, alternative actors, newspaper publishers, starting businessmen and other functions that relates to operation of the building. Other functions are living, permanent and temporary, atelier for public and cooking institute.

Renewal of the town spa Malé Svatoňovice

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the restoration of the former city spa in the village of Malé Svatoňovice. The documentation is based on an architectural study prepared within the subject AG035 Studio of Architectural Creation - Restoration of Monuments. This building listed as cultural monument is situated at the southeast side of Karel Čapek Square. Former function of a spa is returned as wellness on the 1st floor and a boarding house is restored as short-term accommodation on the 2nd floor. At the same time, it is a modernization of the building with an emphasis on preserving its original expression. Main intention was to return the building to its first republican appearance from 1936, when the building was restored after a fire in 1930. This decision stems from the fact that it is the best-preserved layer of reconstruction to these days. Representative views of the building from the square are preserved, as well as the southern view from 9th May Street, which is characterized by an underpass with an impressive view of the square with the church. The building remains multifunctional, besides leaving the function of a spa and boarding house, it leaves doctors' offices related to the overall mental and physical health. Exhibition spaces with art works by the Čapek brothers important for the village of Malé Svatoňovice remain in the building, and a café function has been added to support public life in the square. Structures from the Baroque period, which form the essence of the building, remain without significant structural changes, but the layout is cleared of later interventions - partitions which are dividing space inappropriately are going to be removed. 3D Slicer Extension for Tomographic Images Segmentation

This work explores machine learning as a tool for medical images' classification. A literary research is contained concerning both classical and modern approaches to image segmentation. The main purpose of this work is to design and implement an extension for the 3D Slicer platform. The extension uses machine learning to classify images using set parameters. The extension is tested on tomographic images obtained by nuclear magnetic resonance and observes the accuracy of the classification and usability in practice.

Annes, Extension and Building Adjustment of the Building House Neumannova in Brno, Preparation and Realization of Buildings

The thesis deals with the technological stage of the rough construction of the annex and the reconstruction of the apartment building on Neumannova Street in Brno-Pisárky. These are earthworks, rough substructure, rough construction, demolition work, and some of the finishing work. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the work process of the works, the design of the machine assemblies, the studies of the implementation of the main technological stages, the preparation of the budget item, the time schedule, the time and the financial plan of the object, the control and testing plan, the material assurance plan and the transport relations. Further, the design of the building facility is processed and a technical report of the building facility is made.

Cattle farm Helvikovice

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the renewal and extension of the main building complex in Lower Court Helvíkovice in the Pardubice region. The aim of this work is to find the appropriate architectural and urban design, which would meet the requirements for new functional use of the original building to agricultural use. It is a secluded farm, which is engaged in breeding bulls. There are more buildings, but part of the thesis is to develop the main building, which serves as the public. The exact current status is unknown, only the design documentation of reconstruction of the embrace from which partially come out. This object is an elongated shape, which I extended because of the insertion of stairs to the attic, and this extension continues further winter garden of round wood glued trusses. In order to alleviate the length of the building, I used vertical strips of wood paneling on the facade. The newly designed building, which is located in close proximity to the road, invites the public to visit, as part of the building is also a shop with fresh bull meat. Also sitting in the conservatory, overlooking the whole area and the possibility of snacks. Who would want to stay longer has the opportunity to book one of the five apartments that are located in the attic of the building. Another part of the building is used for cutting meat, with all its requirements. The last part of the building is left as a dwelling for the owner of the farm.

Modules for Manual Penetration Testing of a Web Application

The main goal of this master's thesis was development of Burp Suite extension capable of interacting with various other automated tools, accompanied with development of a web application. Chapter two contains analysis of tools commonly used in penetration testing that could benefit from the ability to share Burp Suites data or functionality. The programming languages used were Java and JavaScript. The extension acts as a gateway to inner functionality of Burp Suite. It enables exfiltration of in memory objects such as sitemap, proxy history or found issues in JSON format to other tools, and also listens for incoming data that can be inserted into it's existing modules such as Repeater, Scanner, Spider or Comparer. Frontend application was written using JavaScript library React. The web application offers a graphical visualization of issue data.

A Great Opportunity for Municipal Palace

The study deals with the reconstruction and appropriate functional use of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. The castle is conveniently located in the city center but is in a state of emergency and can not be used at present. The design offers a new use of the historical premises of the castle and the whole area. The goal is to make the castle available to local residents and tourists.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a realization of extension of the apartment building. This apartment building is located in Luhačovice. The thesis deals with the solution to technological processes of roof trust´s realization with several dormers and roof windows. The thesis also deals with realization of roofing and plumbing work. This thesis contains engeneering report, site equipment, technological regulations, machine set, time schedule of work, budget, control and test plans, construction schemes of roofing.
