Renewal of the town spa Malé Svatoňovice
Pajerová, Silvia ; Muroň, Ivo (oponent) ; Ležatka, Lukáš (vedoucí práce) ; Šuhajda, Karel (vedoucí práce)
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the restoration of the former city spa in the village of Malé Svatoňovice. The documentation is based on an architectural study prepared within the subject AG035 Studio of Architectural Creation - Restoration of Monuments. This building listed as cultural monument is situated at the southeast side of Karel Čapek Square. Former function of a spa is returned as wellness on the 1st floor and a boarding house is restored as short-term accommodation on the 2nd floor. At the same time, it is a modernization of the building with an emphasis on preserving its original expression. Main intention was to return the building to its first republican appearance from 1936, when the building was restored after a fire in 1930. This decision stems from the fact that it is the best-preserved layer of reconstruction to these days. Representative views of the building from the square are preserved, as well as the southern view from 9th May Street, which is characterized by an underpass with an impressive view of the square with the church. The building remains multifunctional, besides leaving the function of a spa and boarding house, it leaves doctors' offices related to the overall mental and physical health. Exhibition spaces with art works by the Čapek brothers important for the village of Malé Svatoňovice remain in the building, and a café function has been added to support public life in the square. Structures from the Baroque period, which form the essence of the building, remain without significant structural changes, but the layout is cleared of later interventions - partitions which are dividing space inappropriately are going to be removed. All interventions are designed to be in accordance with the monument restoration and at the same time meet current requirements. Part of the project is the addition of two communication cores, which were necessary for the quality of operation of individual operation and to meet the requirement for ac
Polyfunkční zóna MOŘICE okr. Prostějov
Pajerová, Silvia ; Vojtová, Lea (oponent) ; Dýr, Petr (vedoucí práce)
Témou práce je polyfunkčná zóna v areáli ZOD Agrispol v obci Mořice v okrese Prostějov. Územie je v návrhu rozdelené do dvoch hlavných celkov, a to poľnohospodárskej výroby a bývania. Výrobná časť areálu bola riešená koncepčne a hmotovo, kedy boli priestory doplnené o nové prevádzky bioplynovej stanice a rastlinnej výroby. Detailne bolo v rámci práce riešené územie s funkciou bývania pre pracovníkov družstva, pre mladé rodiny a bývanie pre seniorov. Obytná časť je riešené formou radových domov a dvojdomov s malými záhradami. Nová zástavba je inšpirovaná typickou moravskou dedinou a samotnou obcou Mořice. Centrálny poloverejný priestor určený pre obyvateľov riešenej lokality je otvorený do obecného parčíku so zámkom a kostolom, a tak využíva potenciál príjemného miesta pri historickom jadre obce. Návrh bývania hmotovo dopĺňa v súčasnosti chýbajúcu hranu parku, zároveň drží pôdorysnú stopu bývalého Dudkovho statku a hmotovo oddeľuje poľnohospodársku prevádzku od obytnej zóny obce.
