The suggestion of shaped hollow cup technology
Fabík, Pavel ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The project developed in the master's degree in M2-P, proposes a technology of hollow metal components DX53D+Z275N+NC with holes sheet metal forming. For batch production 225 000 units per year, on the basis of literary study problems of production of components there is designed a new way of producing components for progressive tools and it is compared with current production of simple tools. A progressive tool has 12 steps and combines them in cutting, drawing and extrusion. The tool is mounted in the hydraulic press KAISER KSTU2500 with a maximum force of 2500 kN. Simulations were performed for the campaign in the PAM-STAMP 2G 2011.
Drawing of a tin-coated metal sheet
Hudousek, Jiří ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
HUDOUSEK Jiří: Drawing of a tin-coated metal sheet. The project elaborated in frame of master studies is submitting design of the given part production - business card case from tin-coated metal sheet by deep drawing technology. From a variations of the design of the product has been chosen option, when the case is assembled from two identical drawn parts which form the bottom and the lid of the component, the connection of these two parts is arranged by a spacer in form of a plastic insert on which the metal parts are attached. Based on the literary survey and calculations drawing in die with blankholder was designed for metal parts production, according to the force needed and tool size a hydraulic press ZH 100 was selected. Part of the work is the process parameters determination, technical and economic evaluation and drawing documentation.
New trends in processing of metal sheet with coating
Veverka, Štěpán ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
Presented document worked out as the part of bachelor study B2339-00 Mechanical Engineering deals with new trends in processing of coated metal sheets. With consideration of available literature are introduced issues of surface treatment, cutting, bending, drawing and spinning of altered sheets including also the descriptions of some machines which apply these technologies.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets
Vymazal, Aleš ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The presentation of bachelor thesis deals with the thin metal sheet technology of forming for rotary and non rotary shapes. The focus is on knowledge transfer from the foreign literature. Selected formulas were compared for a given sample of steel 17240.
Manufacturing of biscuit pan
Pešava, Josef ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The solved part – the „cookie cutter“ is made of tin material TH 370 0,24 mm thick. It will be used for baking cookies at temperatures up to 250°C. Estimated annual series is 100 000 pieces. The most optimal method from the variant solution of the production of the part was chosen. In the first operation the circular rondel is cut from the sheet and there is the conventional campaign in the second operation. Based on calculations the nearest suitable press LEN 25 C is selected for the production. The price of 2,58 CZK per mold was calculated in, the technical-economic evalution. The pull tool is designed from technological and design calculations.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets with Coating
Procházka, Lukáš ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with forming technology of thin sheets with coating. It is divided in three separate parts. Firstly, technologies used for forming thin sheets with coating like bending, drawing, spinning and shearing are discussed. Secondly, the thesis presents coatings, their types and means of measuring their thickness as well as examination technologies. The last part consists of a set of experiments testing aforementioned facts on testing samples.
The role of lubricants in sheet metal forming
Čvanda, Petr ; Novotný, Karel (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
This project which was elaborated in the bachelor education present summary of lubricants in technology of forming. Annotation was based on belles-lettres of problematic of these lubricants in technology of forming and include individual sorts of lubricants and their applications in variety of forming operations
Technology of production reinforcer for car
Spurný, Petr ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The project, which have been created within the framework study of engineering branch N2301-2, submit technology project of presswork – car reinforcement from material H 220 P and concept of multi-tool set design for pressing operations 1, 2 and 3. Technology process was designed in six operations, based on literary study of blanking and drawing technology. Multi-tool set is design in according with transfer press Müller Weingarten 1250T-1, which was chosen on the basis of advantageousness calculation. Project includes technical and economical evaluation of elaborated technology whit two other variants of production.
Production of a rotating vessel
Novák, Václav ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The thesis is concerned with the concept of an rotating vessel, that is a part of cotton candy machine. A drawing is cylindrical shape with circular a hole in the bottom, which is made of austenitic chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with the thickness 1,5 mm. Due to the production volume 50 000 units per year, the pulling technology without wall thinning was choosen. The process of drawing will be performer in one operation. Due to calculated force, the ZHS 400 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 4 000 kN was chosen.
Progressive forming die
Bednařík, Josef ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the technologi of surface forming. It deals with the problematics of metal cutting, bending and drawing. It describes basic construction principles of utilities and requirements they have to meet in order to function properly. Furthermore, the thesis deals with a basic description of the construction and function of progressive forming tools. In the final part of the thesis, there is a debate about differences in manufacturing a semi-finished product depending whether it is a roll of metal which is handed in automatically, or a sheet of metal which is handed in manually.
