Diploma thesis named „Adaptation of a corporate strategy and transformation of commercial activities” is focused on a manufacturing company – printing house. The thesis discusses theoretically as well as practically corporate strategies with an accent on formulation of a business strategy. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of procedures and methods used to create a corporate strategy. The practical part focuses on a company called PRINTING HOUSE (in order to protect business data of the company, it is not specified further and is called the PRINTING HOUSE in the practical part of the thesis), where business and strategic analyses were performed. The outcome of assessments and analyses outline potential investment projects, transformations and also presents a feasibility of acquisition of new business opportunities.

This thesis with title "Strategic Analysis of Company and Improvement Suggestions" deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part describes a general methodology of the strategic analysis of an enterprise from which the optimal strategic plan is generated. In the practical part a real company is analyzed, according to the methodology mentioned in the theoretical part. Complex analysis of its internal and external environment are carried out. Based on the acquired information the SWOT analysis is made, which serves as groundwork for developing appropriate strategy and comparison with the current strategic plan.
