Cluster Analysis Module of a Data Mining System
Hlosta, Martin ; Burgetová, Ivana (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a cluster analysis module for currently developing datamining system DataMiner on FIT BUT. So far, the system lacked cluster analysis module. The main objective of the thesis was therefore to extend the system of such a module. Together with me, Pavel Riedl worked on the module. We have created a common part for all the algorithms so that the system can be easily extended to other clustering algorithms. In the second part, I extended the clustering module by adding three density based clustering aglorithms - DBSCAN, OPTICS and DENCLUE. Algorithms have been implemented and appropriate sample data was chosen to verify theirs functionality.
Compare Various Approach to Store Data in Web Application
Hranáč, Jakub ; Chmelař, Petr (referee) ; Vrážel, Dušan (advisor)
Comparing of different database servers from the web application developers point of view and different methods of accessing those servers. Implementation of simple project to demonstrate connection to some of the most used databases.
Querying Spatio-Temporal Data of Moving Objects
Dvořáček, Ondřej ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis is devoted to the studies of possibilities, which can be used for representation of moving objects data and for querying such spatio-temporal data. It also shows results of the master's thesis created by Ing. Jaroslav Vališ, that should be used for the solution of this master's thesis. But based on the theoretical grounds defined at the beginning of this work was designed and implemented new database extension for saving and querying spatio-temporal data. Special usage of this extension is demonstrated in an example application. This application uses the database extension for the implementation of its own database functions that are domain specific. At the conclusion, there are presented ways of the farther development of this database extension and the results of this master's thesis are there set into the context of the following project, doctoral thesis "Moving objects database".
Risk Process Evaluation
Jakab, Robert ; Ráb, Jaroslav (referee) ; Marušinec, Jaromír (advisor)
The first part of my work is focused on technology of Oracle. Here are mentioned individual languages, which works with data and different data types. Here is made clear manner, how are data saved in the database. Next I described technology of Apollo, on which information system Apollo is build. Next part of my work is analyze, in which is described present state of evaluation risk process and requests, which are layed on this module. Following chapter is implementation. There are described both database schema and by detail parts of module in a form of strips. Here is at large interpreted the way how to value risk and risk process. This chapter contains print reports for this module as well. The next chapter is dedicated to how module was brought to functioning. Except making this module running in information system Apollo is here a chapter about education of employees. In the closure I present evaluation of reached results, show next development and present my own benefit.
A Framework for Rapid Development of GUI Clients of Post-Relational Databases
Marek, Lukáš ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of a framework for rapid application development that use multimedia, spatial and temporal databases. Introduces readers with applied technologies and framework design. Framework design contains three graphical components that can be used in Java applications using Java Swing graphics library.
Edward Evan Evans-Pritchard - Theory of Witchcraft and Other Mystic Phenomena
Jurásková, Kamila ; Dvořáková, Markéta (advisor) ; Kubišová, Zuzana (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with witchcraft and other mystic phenomena in conception of Edward Evan Evans-Pritchard. It is focused especially on the notion of witchcraft in connection with magic, shamanism and oracles. It describes relation of all these phenomena towards religious belief and various attitudes towards them. It defines respective practices and explains differences between them. Last but not least, it introduces usual reactions to them. Via concrete situation it also shows interconnection of all described phenomena and presents them as a coherent and logical system.
The Presentation of Transforming Attributes in SQL for Data Governance Support
Bartoš, Michal ; Janoušek, Jan (advisor) ; Kopecký, Michal (referee)
This thesis examines extraction of attributes' transformation descriptions from Oracle SQL scripts and possibilities of their presentation to users. This thesis com- pares several variants of output format. Then it describes details of construction for the chosen format and choices that led to it. One of the main decisions was the choice of input data structures: abstract syntax tree and dataflow graph. Those data structures provide initial analysis of input SQL scripts but they also strongly influence the rest of processing. Results of this thesis were verified by prototype implementation in software Manta. The prototype confirmed suitability of the chosen approach for convenient presentation to users. 1
Admissions in Information System
Witassek, Pavel ; Musil, Rudolf (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a solution for the electronization of the study department within the BUT IS, which will be universal for all faculties. The work deals with the electronization of administrative procedures within students. The final implementation consists of several parts, the first part is the settings module of administrative procedures and the second module is management for concrete procedures.
Grover's algorithm in Quantum computing and its applications
Demonstrovali jsme sílu tohoto kvantového algoritmu při prohledávání databáze a porovnávali ho s klasickými nekvantovými algoritmy pomocí implementace prostřednictvím simulačního prostředí QISKit.
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of the system that will serve as support in controlling the production process. The theoretical part deals with technology .NET, the programming language C# and comparison of similar applications that market offer. The practical part focuses on structured analysis of information- system, design of ERD diagrams and implementation of the system itself. System will be developed in C# language using the ASP.NET technology that is included in .NET framework. The application will use the Oracle database system.
