OOPN Editor
Neužil, Antonín ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with Petri nets and their modeling. First of all, the thesis describes the formalism of the Petri network. It will also focus on object orientation of networks. In the second row, the thesis is specialized on the created application and it is a graphical editor of object-oriented Petri nets. Part of the thesis is the process of designing and implementing the already mentioned application. The application is created using programming language Java and is compatible only with operating system Windows. NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 development environment was used to create the application. The result of the whole bachelor thesis is an application for creation of models of object-oriented networks and their simulation with the attached server. Several examples of these models and their results are part of this thesis. These examples serve as an application manual.
Creating Plugins for NetBeans
Vondráček, Ladislav ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Vondráček, Martin (referee)
The subject of this thesis is an analysis of plugin technology. The goal of the thesis is to characterization of basics of this technology in common and with focus on application on NetBeans platform and its integrated development environment and further demonstration of the technology in form developing exemplary NetBeans plugin. Opening part is dedicated to theoretical analysis of plugin principals, its purposes in soft-ware development and use cases for current software applications. The theoretical part follows by describing use cases of plugins for NetBeans platform and bringing thought for designing, developing and distributing new plugins. The subsequent part is dedicated to implementation of NetBeans plugin to demonstrate technology and methods described. The result of implementation is a NetBeans plugin allowing advanced editing of documentation commentary from Java source code inside WYSISYG HTML editor just from NetBeans environment. The resulting plugin, source codes and documentation is included attachment of this thesis. This thesis expands collection of theses dedicated to subject of NetBeans platform and those theses are referred in the text.
Implementation of the Integrated Development Platform (IDP)
Dvořák, Petr ; Richta, Karel (advisor) ; Žemlička, Michal (referee)
The aim of the thesis was to design and develop a unified application for installation and integration of the software management tools into a single comprehensive and functional unit. The application should also allow export of the project metadata via the RESTful API. The goals of the thesis were fulfilled relatively well. A set of installation scripts was created, as well as a functional web application built using the JavaEE platform. The application can be deployed in a small company after performing minor modifications. Less common deployment scenarios for CGI based applications on Apache Tomcat were also examined. Minor enhancements in the open-source project NetBeans were implemented as well. Also, a branded version of Bugzilla was created and deployed in an existing small software company.
Garden Computer
Podsedník, Marek ; Musil, Martin (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes design and realization of the system for garden device control via a touch display of a mobile phone or a tablet. Thesis begins with introduction to available solutions on market, Java and C++ programming languages and Android platform. Then the more detailed design of all parts of the system follows and a description of communication between those parts and the server's hardware selection. Then the implementation and the set of test used for testing follows.
Simple Mobile Phone IS for Call Evidence
Matejovič, Martin ; Ráb, Jaroslav (referee) ; Ščuglík, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about programming application for mobile devices, Bluetooth technology, implementation of applications which use it and generally about technologies and tools used for developing applications for mobile devices.
Evidence Database System of Health Implantable Devices
Dluhoš, Ondřej ; Chmelař, Petr (referee) ; Jaša, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis creates a new database system for the company Timplant, which produces and delivers dental surgical implants and their accessories. The task of the project is to analyze the original system design and to create a new database system with use of a freeware. The database will be designed in accordance with the demands of the company and will archive all the data as required by the current government regulations.
Graphical User Interface for Packet Generator
Chromčák, Michal ; Kováčik, Michal (referee) ; Matoušek, Jiří (advisor)
According to increasing requirements on speed of different software and hardware components, there are solutions, which can, by principle,  reach better parameters, then solutions commonly known. One of them is to use software with hardware acceleration on the field of generating synthetic network traffic. Exactly this way a packet generator was implemented, in current version without graphical user interface. But to let this system spread into the target group of users, there is need to implement also this interface. This bachelor's thesis describes proposal of graphical interface, its implementation in JavaFX programming language, testing on real users and tutorial demonstrating how to use this interface.
Multi-Level Association Rules Module of a Data Mining System
Pospíšil, Jan ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the problematics of implementing a multilevel association rules mining module, for existing data mining project. There are two main algorithms explained, Apriori and MLT2L1. The thesis continues with the datamining module implementation, as well as the DMSL elements design. In the final chapters deal with an example dataminig task and its result comparison as well as the whole thesis achievement description.
Time-Serie Mining Module of a Data Mining System
Klement, Ondřej ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
The subject of this master's thesis is extension of existing data mining system. System will be extended by the module for the time series data mining. This thesis consists of common introduction to data mining issues and continues with time series analysis. Thesis then also contains some of the current tasks and algorithms used in time series data mining, follows by the concept of the implementation and description of the choosen mining method. Possible future system's improvments are disscused at the end of the paper.
Cluster Analysis Module of a Data Mining System
Riedl, Pavel ; Burgetová, Ivana (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with development of a module for a data mining system, which is being developed on FIT. The first part describes the general knowledge discovery process and cluster analysis including cluster validation; it also describes Oracle Data Mining including algorithms, which it uses for clustering. At the end it deals with the system and the technologies it uses, such as NetBeans Platform and DMSL. The second part describes design of a clustering module and a module used to compare its results. It also deals with visualization of cluster analysis results and shows the achievements.
