Web-Based Management and Lending System

Cílem této práce je analýza a implementace webového systému pro správu a půjčování zařízení, které uživatelům zprostředkuje přehled dat v systému a historii transakcí zařízení. Výsledná aplikace byla implementována v PHP s využitím Nette Frameworku, MySQL a AJAXu. V první polovině této práce je probrána analýza existujících platforem, popis jednotlivých fází implementace a seznam využitých návrhových vzorů. Druhá polovina pojednává o testování, využitých komponentách a jejich opodstatnění, a nakonec sumarizuje využitelnost implementovaného systému. Výsledkem této práce je implementace systému pro správu a půjčování zařízení, který uživatelům umožňuje vést efektivní evidenci půjčování položek.

School Board in the management of school

The aim of this thesis was to determine to what extent and in what areas the school board controls affects the work of the school principal. The operational objective was to specify the problematic areas of the relationship from the perspective of the school principal and suggest how their effects mitigated or eliminated. Respondents of empirical research using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were directors of elementary and secondary schools, established by the Central Bohemia Region. The aim of the research was to obtain the most comprehensive description of the relationship between the school board and school management system. The results of the survey can be used in particular to seek ways and other opportunities for cooperation between the school principal and the school board so that their actions helped to improve the quality of management of the school principal. They can also be used as a basis for more efficient operation of the School Board itself. The survey results can be used and founder of the school as an oportunity to improve the working conditions of school management. Primary school management system

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to summarize bibliography focused on the problem of primary school management. The empirical research reveals if it is unified management system, what are its common features, how much and which parts are influenced by school size. Method of empirical research is questionary investigation. The respondents are basic school managers from Kladno district. In order to investigation were addressed 59 managers with returnability 59 %. Results of the questionary investigation were charted into a table, described and compared with Primary school Zlonice, Kladno district. Bachelor thesis analyzes the current situation of information support production processes in the field of cutting metal components in the company Tatravagónka, a.s. Poprad. In the next step suggests a change in the form of a central data-processing by one system and its integration into ERP system. Through modern methods for the evaluation of investments is carried out an evaluation of the work of the investment plan and on the basis of the results it is recommended to implement or reject the investment plan.

The Proposal of Management System of Small Company

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to collect as much information about Hill Wood Ltd. as possible. This company deals with forest operations and wood purchase. The information is gathered in order to design a proposal of a management system for this small company. The system should guarantee the supply to copy the demand for the services offered and also it should enable the company to manage the flow of information important for the effective company management, its feedback and the profit maximization. Plainly, the aim is to improve the proportion of the income and the outcome, the former being the work and the capital, the latter the gains. This model of management system should be functional even in case of the company expansion. It should be independent on the hight of company profits and number of employees and thus be very flexible. The possible change of the system should not affect running the company and no change in the current system should be needed.

Energy Consumption Management System

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is an implementation of web application for monitoring and evidence of energy consumptions in households. System allows user to store and monitor energy consumptions in his household. System also compares and nominates solutions from other providers, if it is possible with concrete energy. Programming language of implementation is C# with the use of Microsoft's .NET technology and object-oriented programming metodology.

This thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the systems of quality management in a particular company according to EN ISO 9001:2000. The aim of this work is to analyse the system deeply and then focus on how the system could become more effective. In this case the topic was the system of measurement of the customers´satisfaction. In the theoretical part there is the overall view of quality from the historical point of view up to the present. For better understanding of the problem the principles of ISO standards, maintenance of the systems and improvement instruments are mentioned. In the practical part there is the analysis of the particular system of quality management and the process of application of improvement procedures.

The main aim of the diploma thesis on the topic "Application of Balanced Scorecard in a manufacturing company" is to develop a draft of the strategic management Balanced Scorecard system for the company NEZA Pelhřimov, spol. s r.o., which produces stainless steel equipment. The subject of the theoretical part is the strategic management, that is focused on strategic analysis and definition of mission, vision and strategy. The theoretical part deals with explanation of Balanced Scorecard method as well. The practical part starts with strategic analysis of the company. The mission, vision and strategy of the company are designed and the Balanced Score measurements are applied. In the conclusion is created the strategic map.
