JONÁKOVÁ, Šárka
This thesis is focused on evaluating age structure of cross-country skiing racers who participate in World Championship and Olympic Games. The work shall show if the age of sportsmen can be determined as one of the factors of success, what is the optimal age limit and how is this age limit changed in the course of time or if it stays the same. After studying available literature and after looking up certain data on the internet, the results were evaluated in Excel, the graphs were created and the final report was written. The results showed: the average age often oscillates among 24 and 36 years in the majority of disciplines, it has been rather decreasing mostly in the discipline od women - cross-countra skiing for 5 km both at the World Championship and at the Olympic Games. The age decreases at shorter distance and a little higher age increases or predominates at disciplines for longer distance. The total arithmetic mean of the age of the maximum performance is 27.99 years in cross-country skiing at World Championship and at winter Olympic Games from 1970 to 2007. The arithmetic mean of the age of winners in World Championship is 27.75 years. The arithmetic mean of the age of racers participated in winter Olympic Games is 28.33 years in that time. Average age of women is 27.78 years, average age of men is 28.19 years.

Effectiveness of cooperation family and health workers in care of apalic coma.
LIŠKOVÁ, Kristina
People can differ in their attitudes toward apalic syndrome patients. Health care staff, however, would always be professional. They deal with a human being, a person who can sense. This fact should form a framework for both health care professionals and patients´ families. Especially nurses should be very sensitive, calm and good-tempered so that they could take adequate care of apalic patients. The empiric part of the thesis was elaborated through qualitative and quantitative research survey. The qualitative method, an interview, was used in the first phase of the survey. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the family members of apalic patients and the nurses of health care facilities. Although the interviews for the family members and the nurses differed in some parts, they contained common identification questions and specific information. The interviews were anonymous and consisted of 16 questions for the family members and 10 questions for the nurses.

Informedness gravidity woman in connection with inspection of amniotic fluid.
NOVÁKOVÁ BOUŠOVÁ, Hana
The thesis should map the awareness of women in connection to the carried out investigation of amniotic fluid. On the basis of aims which should map the problems of amniotic fluid extraction four hypotheses were stated. They dealt with these questions: if pregnant women have information on amniotic fluid investigation, if pregnant women use the possibility to go for amniotic fluid investigation, if pregnant women are educated on the way of amniotic fluid investigation and if pregnant women know about the risks of the carried out amniocentesis. All hypotheses were proved and aims were fulfilled. It is possible to state two hypotheses on the basis of qualitative research. The first: pregnant women mention fear as a problem of amniocentesis. The second: pregnant women mention pain as a problem of amniocentesis. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research was used for the data collection. For the quantitative research the technique of a questionnaire was used. The questions were closed or semi-open, when informants crossed the answers or they could fill their own variation of an answer. There were 31 questions; first of these were identification questions and the other were related to the topic of the thesis itself. Expectant mothers who come to amniocentesis have enough information concerning amniotic fluid extraction but there were also some who did not have enough information. The lack of information in these mothers can be attributed to the lack of interest in amniotic fluid extraction, or inattention during education led by medical personnel. That is why the feedback during questioning is necessary. I propose the creation of leaflets and brochures which would contain everything connected to the problem of amniotic fluid extraction; the most frequent questions would be answered there. These leaflets or brochures should be available in all consulting rooms of gynaecologists and in genetic centres.

Civil protection as a textbook for students with special needs.
VELC, Radovan
Civil protection is a current topic in today's world. Nearly every person in our society meets an emergency during their lives and therefore it is important for every person to be aware of at least the basics of this issue, to know the situations which can come and the ways how to solve the issue. Civil protection in the Czech Republic has developed and it has reached its current form in which the emergency is based on the Integrated Rescue System. The important thing is that at the very beginning of the emergency there is an ordinary citizen who is at the place of formation of emergency and he or she has to dial emergency telephone number and then try to minimize its negative effects until the Integrated Rescue System comes. Therefore it is important for people to gain knowledge which can be used during emergency. The knowledge should be gained either at primary or secondary school. Nowadays civil protection is a part of curricula in primary and secondary education. However, there are curricula for ordinary pupils and for pupils with special educational needs. Current trends in special education along with current legislation are trying to integrate pupils with special educational needs into ordinary classes. It means that a pupil who was diagnosed as a pupil with learning disability, has difficulties with learning at primary school and is used to the attitude and support of special education, will be in a class with students without disabilities and will be supposed to do well at school. If it will be so, the pupils will need special study texts in many subjects. Therefore the issue of integration, its influence on the quality of education and potential impact on global integration of pupils with special educational needs into regular education are stated in the thesis. The aim of this thesis was to compile a study text with the topic of civil protection for pupils with special educational needs. The study text should be adequate to their abilities. Another reason for compiling the text was the fact that in Secondary education protection of civilians used to be a part of civics but, as the Framework educational programme for Secondary education has been changed, protection of civilians is now often taught in physical education. In Primary education protection of civilians can be taught as a cross cutting issue nearly in every subject. Physical education teachers and teachers of pupils with special educational needs do not have any books which would be specially created for this group of pupils. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a part with a research question and a methodology of a research. The theoretical part is aimed at the history of civil protection in the Czech Republic with its development to its current form, the current situation in education and the current trends in relation to education of pupils with special educational needs and including civil protection lessons into the Framework educational programme for the given group of pupils. In the works devoted to the research question and research methodology, was compiled research question whether pupils with special educational needs adequately trained in the area of civil protection. Due to the nature of thesis it was necessary to determine the state of awareness of students on the issue of civil protection, were established hypothesis, first - whether the pupils' awareness of the issue reaches the 80 % correct answers, second - whether pupils' knowledge in the area depend on the study year. A questionnaire for verification or refutation of the hypothesis was compiled and 104 pupils with special educational needs aged 15 to 18 filled it. The results of the survey show the lack of knowledge of the surveyed group. Both hypothesis appeared as alternative. The findings of the survey were important for creating an educational material within this thesis.
