Guesthouse

This bachelor thesis is a project of new five-storey, semi basement guesthouse in Opava. This guesthouse will be used for accommodation, catering and recreation. Accommodation capacity is 21 people. In the basement is a technical background. The first floor is designed for the overall run of the guesthouse, staff, catering and sports. In the second and third floor are rooms for guests. Almost every room has a balcony. In the fourth floor is a common room with adjoining terrace. The building is brick. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. Outer walls are insulated by outer contact system. The ceilings are mostly ceramic-concrete and a smaller part of the reinforced concrete. The guesthouse is roofed by single-flat roof.

School of Arts in Valašské Meziříčí

The final thesis is focused on a new building of School of arts in Valašské Meziříčí. The object has three floors, it has a basement and two above-ground floors witch a flat roof. A loadbearing structure is made of skeleton - reinforced concrete monolithic columns and reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs. Filling masonry is made of ceramic tiles. Object has thermal insulation by mineral wool. Detailed solution of final thesis deals with the solution of main building School of arts, where are the schoolrooms and technical facilities. In the other parts of the object are a staff facilities, multipurpose hall, café and underground garage.

Multifunctional building

This master’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for construction part of a multifunction building. This buildig has a five floors, the first one is a underground and four of them are above grand. The building is located in part of Prague – Dolní Chabry. Building has a rectangle shape which isin the midle shifted and makes two similar section. Each sectin has own main entry, stairs and lifts. Orientation the longer facades of the multipurpose house are facing to south and north in the longer asis. Garage for resident is located in the lowest floor. In the first floor above ground is commercial part of the house, six commercial spaces. In the rest of the floors are located 26 apartments. Vertical structure are made of the Porother systém and Best systém, celings are meda from prefaricated reinforced concrete panels. Structure of the roof is solid by single skin flat roof.

Mountain Hotel with Wellness

The subject of my thesis is the design mountain guesthouse with a wellness centre, which is located in the village of Mala Morávka, at the level of documentation for construction. The new building is located in the cadastre unit Karlov pod Pradědem. This is a two floors, slab-building L-shaped with separate parking for visitors of boarding house and wellness centre. The structural system is composed of ceramic blocks Porotherm and reinforced concrete joist floor. Roof structure is made up of wooden trusses girders saddle shape. Design of mountain guesthouse with wellness centre respects the territorial plan of the village of Malá Morávka.

Suggestion on Communication Strategy of the Company

The goal of the thesis is an evaluation of a present communication with customers concrete company and proposal of the new communication campaign for the next years. The thesis is separated on a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concerns importance of a marketing communication, analysis methods of internal and external background, description of particular tools of a communication mix and it solves budget determination for communication campaign. In the practical part is described the selected company, its current situation analysis of communication mix, customer satisfaction research which is focused on current services and new communication campaign proposal.

The aim of this final written exam is to create the business plan of setting up limited company. Knowledge of economy, financial management and marketing are used for detailed research. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contents theoretical knowledge which are connected with the business target and there is also made concrete business plan. The second part is practice and there is concrete business plan which has been put together on the foundation from the previous research. The aim of this thesis was to found out the ability of survive and profitability of the limited company.

This bachelor thesis "The Semiosis of sexist commercials and the public discourse (the contest The Sexist Little Pig)" deals with the contemporary form of Czech sexist advertisements and reactions that such advertisements generate. The majority of sexist advertisements work, to the objection of various feminist movements, with simplified and distorted images of women. Their critisism is mostly aimed at those advertisements that depict women in a stereotyped way. According to them, those advertisements may cause or evoke a sense of shame or humiliation, insult human dignity or even provoke violence against women. The independent socio-ecological movement NESEHNUTÍ is one of those who grapple with sexist advertising and the problems associated with it. It has already organized two rounds of the annual competition "The Sexist Little Pig" for the most sexist advertising in the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to explore selected advertisements that have been submitted to the competition by the Czech public and detects concrete sexist distortions in them that exploit both women and men. Questions focused mainly on opinion towards accepting refugees from concrete regions (Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa), concern with the current situation around refugees and perception of the situation as a security threat. in English The object of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, how can international organizations (UN, Council of Europe and OSCE) effectively regulate conflicts among their member states, or which instruments are they for this purpose equipped with. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical study, part dedicated to the individual international organizations and the case study. The first part offers a definition of basic legal concepts, as they will be used in the following parts of the study with an emphasis on the definition of the concept "coercion". The following part deals with the instruments of coercion the international organizations are equipped with. In the third part are the findings from the previous parts confronted with a real case of the effort to regulate the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Nagorno Karabakh. This structure of the thesis can be also described as a progress from a theoretic basis, through an applied theory contained in particular agreements, to their practical realization in the concrete case. Based on the completed study the author concludes that unilateral instruments of coercion, that the particular organizations have at their disposal, are often not appropriate (exclusion from organization), ineffective (political declaration)...
