This thesis deals with the development strategy of a small family business. The work is an attempt to propose such changes to be taken to eliminate weaknesses in the company, eliminate threats and streamline the management of the company. To do this, the work uses theoretical knowledge from the individual analysis and uses it to evaluate the current state of the company. The proposed changes are then based on these analysis. The work includes projects in the field of marketing, finance and human resources.

On the basis of findings, the work includes complex solution strategy, development and improvement company position, which should had help establish firm and fix her position on market.

Tool creation for an automated penetration testing of web applications

This thesis focuses on security of web applications, which can be measured by the results of penetration testing. In the theoretical section of this study individual methods of how the testing can be performed are outlined. This study then outlines the advantages and disadvantages of automated testing compared to manual testing, and the tools which incorporate automated scanning for security of web applications are scrutinized. Statistics of security risk occurrences found on the Czech Internet are also included. The practical part depicts the creation of a tool for automated testing, written in the most frequently used programming language in web development, that will be able to detect the most common weaknesses. The tool is developed to show ways of detecting certain risks and to inspect whether it is possible to automate the search. The primary aim of this study is to introduce the reader to the field of security of web applications, present to them the legality of penetration testing and introduce them to options of finding and fixing security risks and avoiding them in web development.

Analysis of the implementation process in a factory.

The object of this work is the analysis of the realization process in a company Skanska a.s., specifically the factory of curtain walling in the division of civil engineering. The aim of the work is a detailed description and analysis of business processes and to find weaknesses in the realization of selected processes. Furthermore, to suggest possible improvements for straightening processes. The first section provides the theoretical background and discuss the concepts of process management and process management. The second part is devoted to introduction of Skanska a.s., its history, organizational structure and process analysis. In the application part is the analysis of realization process for finding weaknesses.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to process a strategic analysis of the Family brewery BERNARD, a.s. with using of selected methods of internal and external analysis. I will characterize the strengths and weaknesses of the internal company environment, business opportunities and environmental threats. I will compare the competitive position of the monitored company with its competitive companies in the market. I will elaborate the financial analysis of the brewery for the period 2007, 2008 and 2009 by calculating some profitability ratios, activities and debt. Based on the evaluation of the company according selected methods of strategic analysis, I will outline the business strategy and recommendations for its further development.

The practical part is composed of a list of competitors, compare financial indicators, determination of market shares, SW analysis with valuation, identification of key strengths and weaknesses and the subsequent overall evaluation.

First part of my work deals with strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis and describes individual analysis. The practical part begins with the company presentation. In the practical part were used analysis such as PEST analysis, "4C" analysis , Porter's 5F model, analysis of enterprise resources or financial analysis. At the end of my work are shown conclusions and recommendations for company.
