Static solution of the ceiling structure of apartment building
Habanec, Kamil ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the static solution of the ceiling construction of an integrated apartment building. The aim is to design, or change the sizes of the projected structures in the submitted project, to ensure the interruption of thermal bridges and protection against foot noise. Subsequently, their static solution, dimensioning and assessment to marginal states. The elements intended for the solution are ceiling structures above the second upper floor, beams, a connecting staircase and a column. The calculation of internal forces was performed in the student version of SCIA Engineer 20.0 with a comparison of values on an independent simplified model. The work also includes drawing documentation for the aforementioned elements. The calculation was carried out according to the applicable standards and principles.
Electrical characterization of a unipolar transistor with a graphene channel
Žeravík, František ; Lednický, Tomáš (referee) ; Gablech, Imrich (advisor)
This work deals with basic properties of graphene, methods of its synthesis, doping, transfer, characterization and description of basic properties and fabrication of field-effect transistor with graphene channel. The practical part focuses on electrical characterization of a field-effect transistor with graphene channel. Concretely on measuring the channel resistance, its dependence on gate voltage, finding the Dirac point and determining the dependence of the channel conductivity on the annealing lenght. Lastly, the shift of the Dirac point and the change of the electrical properties of graphene during bending of a MEMS structure with a unipolar transistor with a graphene channel are investigated.
Manufacturing of mirrors clamp
Večeřa, Jaromír ; Jopek, Miroslav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis presents a proposal for manufacturing of a mirror clamp, used for wall mounting. The clamp is made of stainless steel 1.4301 with a thickness of 1 mm. Manufacture series produces 40,000 pcs/year. After considering the individual manufacturing options, production in the combined process tool was chosen. The manufacture takes place in five steps, the utilization of the material is 84.1 %. This was completely proved by technological, design and control calculations. According to these calculations, a tool was designed with all of the technical documentation. Due to the forming force of 180 kN and the work of 113 kJ, the eccentric press T-30 CE from the company SanGiacomo Presse was chosen.
Solution of the exact differential equation of deflection curve
Šikl, František ; Fuis, Vladimír (referee) ; Vaverka, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the deformation of a beam loaded with a basic bend using the differential equation of the deflection curve. The work is divided into four parts, where in the first part the general form of the differential equation of the deflection curve, which is based on simple geometry and mathematical approximations, is derived. In the second part, we will describe the basic methods of solving the differential equation of the deflection curve for large deformations for simple cases, where we must use the nonlinear form of the already mentioned equation. However, we will also mention methods that can be used for specific cases. In the third part, two numerical methods, which can be used to solve large deformations of beams, are being programmed. The last part describes the difference between the linear equation of the deflection curve, which is simplified and taught commonly, and the nonlinear differential equation of the second order. The fundamental task of the work is a comparison of commonly used methods to determine the deformation of the beam and to determine the degree of load, when it is possible to use a simplified differential equation of the deflection curve, and when not. However, it is important to mention that the numerical solution cannot always be used, so the example will be embedded in a simple case.
Cross_section and reinforcement optimization of roof truss
Odvárka, Miroslav ; Šimůnek, Petr (referee) ; Laníková, Ivana (advisor)
The thesis is focused on optimization of cross-section shape of reinforced concrete truss. An optimization algorithm was created in Microsoft Office Excel which optimizes the shape and reinforcement of the reinforced concrete truss. The truss is as cheap as possible while complying with the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state - deflection. The algorithm uses the Solver tool which is a supplement program Microsoft Office Excel. Two truss variants were created. One has a cross-sectional shape of a truss designed according to empirical relationships and the second comprises an optimized cross-sectional shape using the algorithm formed. The internal truss forces were detected using Scia Engineer. Both options were statically assessed. When comparing the variants, that a considerable part of the material cost can be saved when optimizing the cross-sectional shape.
Programme for calculation of electric machine shaft deflexion with respect magnetic traction
Blahút, Lukáš ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
Primary aim of work is to develop a computer program for calculating the deflection of the rotors of electrical machines. Introductory section describes the simple deflection and possibilities of calculating it. Further, there is defined magnetic pull and his impact on the calculation of shaft deflection. The theoretical part is completed by a detailed description of the method of transfer matrices. The practical part deals with the creation and description of the program created in C++/CLI. Each part is described in terms of user and programmer. In conclusion, prime example is evaluated by created program and given results of calculation are discussed.

Bending technology profile of steel
Kameník, Tomáš ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
KAMENÍK Tomáš: Bending technology profile of steel The project has been elaborated within the master's of studies of the subject M-STG manufacturing technology and it presents the lay-out of the bending technology profile of steel from the material S235JRG2. The bend is made by the bending and the press tools. The press tools and the bending profile were suggested on the bases of the literature study of technology bending. In consideration of the calculated bending power and the dimension profile will be made profile on the hydraulic press CYS 320 ( the manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno a.s.). At the end of the the thesis there are performed calculations of the technical and economic evaluation for the machine press and the bending .
Evaluation of materials characteristics exploiting static and dynamical tests
Riesner, Jan ; Forejt, Milan (referee) ; Samek, Radko (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch M-STG describe characteristics of plasticity of non-anneal materials E 235, E 190 and E 220. Materials characteristic was receive by static and dynamical tests. Based on the literature study it was conducted survey of the current state of experimental techniques for high-speed deformation. The materials were designed by Holomon approximation of rigid-plastic material model without hardening. It was conducted force analyses for machine Unison MG 2790 for rewind bending and bend with compressive force considering the identified material model. It was describe the impact passive and active forces to move the neutral axis.
