Analysis of the Activities of Tourist Regions on Social Networks

The purpose of this essay is to carry out a comparative analysis on the tourism regions on social media and websites. And from this anaylisis we can provide results and suggestions for more efficient communication. In this theory part, we focus especially on tourism in regionalisation Czech Republic. This work is primarily focusing on tourism regions such as Morava and then we compare them to other tourism regions around in the pre chosen foreign countries. In the next step, we summarise today's marketing communication trends and its implication/use on social media. The methodic and analytical part focuses on four main socila media sites namely Facebook, Youtube , Twitter and Google+. The analysis was conducted in 16 regions in total, 4 representatives from Poland, Austria, Slovakia and Moravia. They used the number of fans, activities of fans and the types of contribution from two of the four previously social media sites. Thanks to this conducted comparison, it shows that social media is not being much used as expected in Morovian regions as in other specific foreign regions around the world on which we were focusing on.

Measuring of Living Standards and Quality of Life

Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of standards of living and quality of life. Both of these concepts are defined and characterized in the performed research of literature. Further the possibilities of standards of living and quality of life measuring are described. In the second part the results of two chosen surveys are described and analy-zed. The first one is Human Development Index, the other is life satisfaction detected during European Quality of Life Survey. Closer description and analyses are focused on European Union, V4 states and Czech republic. The results of secondary analysis are summarized in the tables and graphs.

Actual trends in contactless payment, contribution of Apple and analysis of market in the Czech Republic including consumer preferences

The main objective of this work is to analyze current trends in contactless payments and consequently implement it on the Czech market. On this base this thesis deals with several wearable devices. Furthermore on this base is also working in the application part, where is one of the secondary objectives of the work to determine consumer preferences on the market of the Czech Republic. One of the secondary objectives is create a brief summary of the history of payment cards and within the sociological aspect to find a certain analogy in introducing innovations in the field of payments towards current trends in contactless methods. Within the secondary objectives there are simultaneously defined key assumptions forms of payment for success on the market. The following section focuses on electronic payments. Specifically, it deals with trends in electronic payment services, where for its implementation aren´t required the physical presence of the card or chip. Furthermore there are analyzed alternative paths in the current payment methods, namely peer-to-peer platforms. On these platforms is based shared economy, which also represents an interesting potential for the possible development of payment field. Chapter with alternative methods for cashless is finished by analyzing digital currencies. The hypothesis of this thesis is whether Apple can have an impact on the area of contactless payments and how it can affect the entire sector. Part of the hypothesis is the claim that Apple manages to change the area of contactless payments, such as happenede in the music industry with iTunes and then in the telecommunications industry with a revolutionary iPhone. Potential benefit of Apple is defined by the method of description. Potential contribution of Apple Pay is characterized by logical deduction base on previous relationships. Conclusion is by quantitative research method, namely through the consumer research, assessed consumer preferences in the Czech Repulic and is also evaluated the hypothesis of potential benefits of Apple contactless payments.

Optimization of the Production Process by World Class Manufacturing

This thesis deals with the optimization of the process in the company Automotive Lighting sro, manufactures lamps for automobiles, in Jihlava. Explain the basic concepts and terms according to World Class Manufacturing System and the reader is familiar with the problems of production in the company. Subsequently analyzes and evaluates the current situation with the production elements of WCM. The conclusion is a summary of suggestions to improve the factors affecting the production system, which should ensure an improvement in production efficiency in the company.

Evaluation of living condition in Moravskoslezsky region

Thesis on assessment of living conditions in the Moravian-Silesian region deals with economic, social and natural characteristics that create the conditions for quality of life.The first part is a literature review of the available and current resources on the topic of living conditions and their investigations within the EU-SILC and the CSO. In terms of economic indicators, the work deals with the average monthly gross wage, with the share of registered unemployment and net disposable income. Social indicators representing education, health and crime. In natural indicators is dealt with land and air, along with emissions. In the empirical part are by statistical methods of time series analysis analyzed and then predicted the individual indicators that significantly affect the living conditions of the population of Moravian-Silesian region in the period 2005 to 2014. The analysis of data was performed using the software Statistica and Excel. Finally, the work is focused on the evaluation summary and findings that emerged from the analysis of indicators monitored by the Moravian-Silesian region and its districts.

Economical impact of human capital Development in the Compan

This thesis titled Economic impacts of human resource development is focused on the assessment of particular system, which is used in the context of human resource management to iprove working efficienci. The theoretical part is focused on the specification of human resource management, appearance and development. Generally, reference is made to performance management, motivation and stimulation of employees. I analyzed the methods of remuneration, performance evaluation and employee skills. In the partical part the particular company and applied human resources management system, a system of performance appraisal, employee skills and education. Part of this chapter is focused on a group of executives of the company. The findings are evaluated and designed a more appropriate way of motivating and rewarding. Finally, possibilities are summarized and recommendet for efficient improvments to existing system in society.

The financial impact of monetary factors in the selected company

This dissertation evaluates development of exchange rates and its specific effects on STAP company a.s. The aim of this paper is to present the events that have had influence on the development of the exchange rate between Euro and Czech Crown and precautionary measures taken by STAP a.s. to prevent related risks. The first part comprises a summary of events that had a significant impact on the exchange rate development; the risks created by these events and methods devised to prevent these risks. The second part evaluates the specific financial derivatives used by STAP a.s. and their impact. Finally the recommendation is made for the future more effective usage of the financial instruments.

Marketing mix in company Sellier & Bellot, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate tools of marketing mix in the Sellier & Bellot, Inc. and, where appropriate, suggest improvements to the mix of chosen instruments. The company is primarly known as a manufacturer of ammunition, which are the main topic of this dissertation. In the first part are theoretically defined tools of marketing mix. In the practical part is introduced the company and its history at first. Then are the tools of marketing mix of the company analyzed in the way the company use them now. At the end are suggestions for the company how to use better the tools of marketing mix.

Vliv procesu globalizace na proces konvergence rozvojových zemí ve světové ekonomice

The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of globalization on the process of convergence of developing countries in the global economy. Review of the literature is devoted to clarifying the notion of convergence, the position of developing countries in the global economy and the most important signs of globalization due to convergence. Following is the calculation of the convergence of per capita GDP in the years 1992-2012 between the countries of the world economy divided by income. Further data with the most important sings of globalization due to convergence are analysed. Finally, some of the convergence problems are identified and some recommendations are made.

Analysis of the production process of company

In the theoretical part of this work are described the manufacturing process, structure and production management, quality management in the producion and logistics and financial management. It was taken as a base for practically part of this work, where is writen about company functioning, the description of functioning of the production process and its leadership, including importance of duality and logistics in the manufacturing process. There were proposed the possibilities of improving in the manufacturing process and cost savings in storage and transport of the material. Finally was described the economic situation of the company.
