Pension
Koršala, Martin ; Řezníček, Petr (referee) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
The subject of this final thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for the building construction of a new pension with restaurant and wine cellar. The compound is located in Vážany nad Litavou. Its location falls under Velké Pavlovice area. Due to the location in this wine-growing region is in the project located, a wine cellar with a vineyard. The project is designed as a guesthouse with the restaurant designed for families with children, and for holding small social or company events. For this purpose, is in the main building designed a lounge with capacity of 20 people and a restaurant with capacity of 60 persons. The accommodation capacity provided in the pension is 43 beds. Pension offers background designed for relaxation or wellness stays thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. The building has rectangular plan on two basements and two above-ground floors with a mono-pitched roof facing south. This makes it possible to use solar power from the roof and south-facing facade. Water from the roof of the building is collected in a small pond, which serves as a storage reservoir useful in case of fire and vineyard irrigation. Near the building there are paved and parking areas.
Power sources in the Czech republic concentrated on using biomass
Vacek, Tomáš ; Liedermann, Pavel (referee) ; Špaček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This article introduces independent sources of electric energy in the Czech Republic, the different types of power plants, their productivity and the quantity of electric energy delivered to the main distributor. In our country, as well as around the world, commonly used fuels are fossil fuels- coal, crude oil, and gas. As the demand for energy grows, those supplies are slowly running out. Not to mention that those fuels have a negative environmental impact. They are a source of carbon, which causes damage to the atmosphere and leads to global warming. Power plants which do not produce carbon are much safer for the environment, and much more productive. However, the residue of this energy is challenging to dispose of. Nuclear energy has common attributes with renewing the sources of energies that are extremely friendly to our environment. Nuclear power plants also produce enough energy and with the usage of Fourth generation reactors, they will be able to recycle the nuclear fuels. Today, more importance is put on renewing sources which are more gentle for the environment. In the near future, CEZ Company, the largest producer of electric energy is planning to use water energy. Water energy comes from water plants or dams. Other ecological forms of energy include geothermal and solar energies. These two types of energy are not as applicable for our geographical position. Geothermal energy is commonly used on islands where there is an abundance of natural hot springs. The most discussed source of energy is bioenergy. It uses natural wood sources, recycled wood products, and applies bioenergy as a main source for thermal power plants.
Energy efficient mountain chalet
Váňa, Václav ; Bečkovská, Tereza (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
Diploma thesis solves project energy efficient mountain chalet in a sloping terrain. The building is located in the Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky near the nature reserve Pod Jelení studánkou. Object is located on plot number 91 in the cadastral Žďárský potok on the site of the initial burnt chalet. Objective of the proposal was ensure maximum energy self-sufficiency of the chalet. Built-up area is 496,47 square meters. The building has one floor, basement and attic. Object is used for temporary accommodation and restaurant services. Perimeter and interior bearing walls in the basement and ground floor are made of calcium silicate blocks, the attic has a timber frame walls made of KVH profiles. Ceiling plates are monolithic reinforced concrete. Cottage has a saddle roof with dormers, slope of the main part the roof is 40°. Entrance doors and windows are made of wood from Slavona. Included the diploma thesis is also seminar work on the topic of supporting structural systems of timber structure.
Energy efficient mountain chalet
Němec, Ondřej ; Bečkovská, Tereza (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
Master´s thesis is based on the design of energy efficient huts in the mountain resort Čenkovice . The specified property is currently located existing building mountain rescue . Land is the bigger size , medium steep , overgrown with trees higher . The existing building is of timber construction and is already inadequate to the needs of mountain rescue . The concept of the new HS object is to achieve the lowest power consumption of utility power to operate the building and to endeavor the least possible burden on the environment during construction. The new building is designed largely from natural materials , mostly of wood that form the supporting structure and it is well insulated. The house is rectangular in shape , with 2 floors and galleries. The first floor serves HS , second floor stay for ski school instructors . The rooms are oriented to the southwest side . The building uses solar energy to power and ventilation is forced.
Creation of internal microclimate in the house with "nearly zero" energy consuption
Fibich, Marek ; Hořínková, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
Design of heating of the house with almost zero energy consumption. The first part describes the analysis of the building and heating, heat pumps theory and evaluation systems with heat pump.In the second part we find three variants of technical solutions. The third part contains solutions for selected variant and it is heating with heat pump air – water.
Heating the house with "nearly zero" energy consuption
Lacina, Martin ; Hořinková, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The main content of this master thesis is the proposition for the heating of a multi-purpose building. The aim of this project is to find the best way how to manage heating with "nearly zero" energy consumption. In the first part of the thesis there is a description of currently the most common systems leading to energy savings. The second part consists of three possible technical alternatives, containing technical solutions for this particular building with the regard to the requirements of the task. The third part then consists of the chosen solution.
Heating building a hotel-type
Duda, Jiří ; Počinková,, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
Design of heating of hotel type. The first part describes the analysis of the building and heating heat pumps theory and evaluation systems with heat pump. In the second part we find two variants of technical solutions. The third part contains solutions for selected variant and it is heating with gas boiler.
The Business Plan for Creating of Production Company Solar Resource
Raus, Petr ; Smíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Koráb, Vojtěch (advisor)
Diploma thesis is concerned with business plan of creating production company solar resource. It specifies renewable resources of energy, business plan’s structure and analysis of external and internal environment of company in theoretical frame. Based on processing of critical analysis it proposes business plan of creating solar resource.
Photovoltaic systems in the cities
Dobiáš, Pavel ; Procházka, Zdeněk (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis' main goal is to introduce a potential reader with the photovoltaic system questions and its utilization in many applications. In the leading chapter the thesis deals with the potential of the energy which is radiated from the Sun towards the Earth. It tries to analyze the common problems of using this energy. The next part deals with simple semiconductor operating principles and explain the principles of photovoltaic cell functions. The upcoming part deals with the construction and basic types of photovoltaic cells and show the possible ways in their development. In the next part there are analyzed many types of photovoltaic systems and their application in praxis. In the next part the reader is introduced with the meaning of photovoltaic as a renewable source and with its support in the European Union and Czech Republic. The last part deals with design of four devices which uses photovoltaic system as a power source and which can be used in the city agglomeration environment.
Quantification of energy loss in photothermic system of hot water supply in photovoltaics
Havlíček, Lukáš ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This masters’s thesis is about quantify of energy losses in the solar system for heating of hot water by energy from photovoltaics. During the April in year 2014 will be realized a practical data collection on the real system. Then, based on these measurements, calculations will be performed.
