The plot is 9 houses designed with different functions. The main function of the home storage vessels. Other additional functions are a café, gym, spa, garage, car, boat garage, offices, locker rooms and club athletes.Houses are made of glued trusses shaped house with a gable roof. The facade is composed of titanium zinc surface. The glass facade is just in front of a house. The houses are oriented differently. Shielding is provided by means of sliding shutters.

Designed construction of a spa with the wellness center programs (relaxation type), for 200-250 people (at one moment) at Brno city, near Voronez Hotel and Exhibition Centre. The five-floor spa building is designed as a puzzle in the shape originating from a dice. Cycles of water in its various forms and states of matter or properties fade into one another here. Each floor is designed to have its own theme (water world, the Asian world, aroma floor, salt floor, sunny and airy bath) and offers various types of premises and procedures: swimming, relaxing in the water, baths, showers, steam rooms, saunas, infrared saunas, wraps and massages etc. The spa program is accompanied by various types of refreshments: cafe, bar, tearoom, fruit bar. Rooftop pool and bar offers a unique view on the city. The spa and hotel Voronež parking is carried out within the ground floor.

The term spa is associated with water treatment which is also known as balneotherapy. Spa towns or spa resorts (including hot springs resorts) typically offer thermal or mineral water for drinking and bathing. They also offer various health treatments. The belief in the curative powers of mineral waters goes back to prehistoric times. Such practices have been popular worldwide, but are especially widespread in Europe and Japan. Day spas are also quite popular, and offer various personal care treatments.

Project tries to answer the question what place does municipal baths have in contemporary society on a specific case of baths with relationship to river and surrounding neighbourhood. This baths are a place for recreation and socialization with accent on social apects. Baths build on proven experience from local baths tradition (european/roman) as well as exotic (arabic, asian). In the same time it articulates them in contemporary language and adjusts them to conditions of contemporary society.
Brno-Zábrdovice Spa, the Reconstruction, and the Completion

The bachelor’s thesis solves the reconstruction and extension of the functionalist building of “Winter Spa” Brno-Zábrdovice, Brno, Czech Republic. The main goal of this work was to propose a new functional use of the current building with respect to the original function and to add an annexe to increase an attractiveness of the building and the services offered. Bachelor’s thesis only includes reconstruction of the “Winter Spa”, while the expansion of the new building of indoor pools has been projected. The reconstruction of spa and pool will form a large sports centre. The customers will have an access to the services of wellness center, fitness center, gym, dance halls for sports and the other fitness disciplines, restaurants, cosmetic studio where the expanded services in the field of non-invasive liposuction will be provided and also they will be able to pick up internet packages. An annexe with stairs and elevator has been designed to facilitate the interconnection of all floors of sports and wellness center. The building of „Winter Spa“ and newly built indoor pool will be linked together by a central entrance hall with cash registers and reception. The entrance hall is also an entry into the summer area.

The principal element to the project was the problematic terrain of the building plot – the northen hillside. The services which the building site has to contain – wellness and fitness centre, accomodation and catering were given in the assignment. The bachelor thesis is solving the building site which consist of modules. The project has been consulted with their manufacturer – KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION.
The position of the Teplice Spa in the spa industry with a focus on children's treatment

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and evaluate the position of the Teplice Spa in the spa industry with a focus on children's treatment. The spa towns chosen for a comparison were Janské Lázně and Klimkovice which focus on the same indications for children as well as the Teplice Spa. The theoretical part introduces the concepts related to the spa tourism and deals with the children's treatment in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with the analysis of the Teplice Spa and the comparison with the chosen spa towns. The outcome of this thesis will be recommendations based on the analysis of the spa facilities.
Karlovy Vary as a European Spa Destination

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the spa Karlovy Vary as a destination of European relevance, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the destination and compare its market position with selected competitive destinations. On the basis of the analysis of the strong and weak points was identyfied a competitive advantage and as a sales promotion of the destination Karlovy Vary was proposed an inovation of the destination card in two variants.
Regional differences in Czech republic balneology

The goal of this thesis is to describe chat is the diference between spa regions around Czech republic with respect to the orientation of the individual spa by health problems and the terms of sevices provided by the spa. The theoretical part describes tourism in genaral from which spatourism is genareted as one of many. The practical part describes individual spa regions of Czech republic and the care which they provide. In every region are listed spas and their characteristics. When rating the individual spas I used as thema in criteria, which I selected, statistical data of the number of spa facilities, number of beds and number of spa visitors. The work then summarizes the differentiations of the spas in the Czech republic which are based on a few selected indicators. The valuation was to determite which region has greater or less or potential then the others.
