Electronic Legal Transaction: Comparative analysis with emphasis on the use of electronic signature under the EU law and laws of the Czech Republic and Germany
Kment, Vojtěch ; Beran, Karel (advisor) ; Cvrček, František (referee) ; Polčák, Radim (referee)
Electronic Legal Transaction: Comparative analysis with emphasis on the use of electronic signature under the EU law and laws of the Czech Republic and Germany Abstract (English) Objectives. This thesis provides a comparative analysis of electronic legal transactions under the EU law and laws of the Czech Republic and Germany, while emphasising the utilisation of higher versions of electronic signature, especially of a qualified electronic signature, which has legal effects of a handwritten signature in legal transactions performed by electronic means (Chapters 6 to 10). At the same time, increased attention is also paid to entirely novel concepts of advanced and qualified electronic seal, which are intended exclusively for use by juristic persons. The laws under scrutiny are based especially on recently adopted Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, known as eIDAS. To provide a general background, the comparative analysis is preceded by a theoretical part (Chapters 2 to 4, partially Chapter 5), dealing with the concept of legal transactions (also termed "legal acts" or "legal action") in general, while also focusing on the traditional handwritten signature and its functions, especially in view of the German and Czech legal doctrines and with occasional references to common law, as well as to requirements ensuing...

Trans-species polymorphism in selected innate immunity genes in tits (Paridae family)
Těšický, Martin ; Vinkler, Michal (advisor) ; Štefka, Jan (referee)
Adaptation of host receptor system to optimal detection of infection-related structures is one of the key evolutionary challenges of immunity in host-pathogen interactions. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are genetically variable molecules of vertebrate innate immunity that recognise danger signals, e.g. pathogenic molecules. Examination of genetic variation in TLRs may reveal mechanisms of host immunity adaptation to pathogenic pressure at molecular level. Trans-species polymorphism (TSP) is a phenomenon which assumes that several identical alleles or allelic lineages are inherited from ascendant to descendant species and these may be subsequently maintained over a long period of time in a polymorphic state. Whereas in adaptive immune genes the concept of TSP is well understood, little is presently known about TSP in innate immune genes such as TLRs. In this thesis I describe genetic polymorphism in functionally-relevant regions of TLR4 and TLR5 in 192 individuals representing 20 species Paridae family (tits, chickadees and titmice). These two receptors bind mainly bacterial ligands (TLR4 detects lipopolysaccharide and TLR5 detects flagellin), being among the first ones to trigger immune response to bacterial pathogens. To differentiate presumed TSP from gene flow among species, intron sequences of six...
Algorithms for forward and backward planning
Sluka, Filip ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The thesis deals with production planning. It contains theoretical description of methods used for production planning and optimizing. Thesis describes bottleneck problems in production. It offers overview of ways to identify and analyze bottleneck influence to manufacturing process efficiency. Thesis proposes ways to eliminate bottlenecks using various algorithm types. It applies theoretical knowledges from optimization and graph theory to program creation that is focused on order delay and readjustment time minimizing. The program implements genetic algorithm.

Magnetometrical and spectrometrical analyses of fly ashes from the areas with emissonal air pollution mainly from automobile traffic (near Prague's D0 motorway) and from industry (near Ostrava's iron-mills) with a use of meteorological data
Hrušková, Gloria ; Petrovský, Eduard (advisor) ; Kletetschka, Günther (referee)
The content of analytical part of this thesis is the study of airborne dust samples collected in places with its higher concentration: by the Prague Ring (D0 motorway) and near the Ostrava's iron-mills. In both places, automobile transportation or industrial production are the primary sources of particulate matter emissions in the air. Received samples of PM1, PM2, PM10 a TSP filters were obtained by a standard air pollution monitoring procedure. This study examines the relationship between the magnetic parameters of the samples, their level of concentration of metals frequently present in emissions from these sources, the total mass of the dust fraction in the samples and the meteorological parameters (for Ostrava samples). The magnetic properties of the filters were investigated by magnetometric analyzes using a vibration sampling magnetometer. The concentrations of the metals were monitored by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, the weight of parts of dust filtres was measured on laboratory scales.
Genetic Algorithms driven by MCTS
Havránek, Štěpán ; Hric, Jan (advisor) ; Moudřík, Josef (referee)
Evolutionary and genetic algorithms are problem-solving methods designed according to a nature inspiration. They are used for solving hard problems that we cannot solve by any efficient specialized algorithm. The Monte Carlo method and its derivation the Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) are based on sampling and are also commonly used for too complex problems, where we are dealing with enormous memory consumption and it is impossible to perform a complete searching. The goal of this thesis is to design a general problem solving method that is built from these two completely different approaches. We explain and implement the new method on one example problem: the Traveling salesman problem (TSP). Second part of this thesis contains various tests and experiments. We compare different settings and parametrizations of our method. The best performing variant is then compared with the classical evolutionary TSP solution or, for example, with greedy algorithms. Our method shows competitive results. The best results were achieved with the cooperation of our method and the classical evolutionary TSP solution. This union shows better results than any of its parts separately, which we find as a great success.
Use of unpublished data on total suspended particles in the CR measured during the 1970s and 1980s as an invaluable information and comparative material to current measurements
Pavlovicová, Martina ; Hůnová, Iva (advisor) ; Stráník, Vojtěch (referee)
Air pollution of atmospheric aerosol is one of the biggest problems across Europe nowadays. The atmospheric aerosol is natural part of Earth's atmosphere that significantly participates in important atmospheric activities. The late 1960s of 20 century, however, air pollution by anthropogenic activities is gets into the minds, which caused the first aerosol load associated with the development of mining activities and industry. The first cases of increased incidence of allergies and respiratory diseases in children were discovered. At that time, the first arrangements to improve the unfavorable situation and also the first measurements of concentration of particulate matter in ČSSR were initiated. During 1970s and 1980s of the last century, concentration of particulate matter was measured in more than 100 stations. Particulate matter was measured as total suspended particulates (TSP) in the air. This bachelor thesis describes four areas of interest in ČSSR, which were affected by particulate matter pollution during mentioned years the most. They are Ostrava-Karviná region, North Bohemia, Brno agglomeration and Hradec Králové and Pardubice region. In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the transfer values of particulate matter concentrations to values of PM10 and PM2,5 concentrations. The main goal of...
Solid Particle Emissions from AgroPellets Combustion
Svoboda, Marek ; Milčák, Pavel (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with defining the main concepts, properties of biomass and pellets. Further, the procedures for measuring agropellets properties according to valid standards are mentioned. The following is a selection of the raw materials for the production of agropellet, with the determination of their properties. The theoretical part closes background research emissions from combustion and emission standards for a solid fuel boiler. The second part is an experimental one, which determines the formation of solid pollutants in combustion of four types of pellets made from alternative sources. Here are the graphs of the gaseous emissions of each of them. At last there will be a comparison of emissions agro pellets with more widespread wood pellets.
