Study of the influence of additions on the durability of aerated concrete

The aim of this work is to summarise and consider the possibilities of using admixtures and their influence on the durability of aerated concrete.This bachelor's thesis is based on research findings concerning aerated concrete. Furthermore, it deals with the study of inert and active additions. The experimental part is focused on testing trial samples with the addition of admixtures. It examines what is the rate of the possible chosen physically-mechanical features such as the rate of air density, the durability of surface against the effect of water and chemical defrosting substances and achieving the required strength.

Nézev: Skoliotické drženi divek starifho ikolnfho věku Scoliotic posture of adolescent Cil práce: Cílem této práce je posouzení účinnosti dechového cvičení a míčkové facilitace na ovlivnění skoliotického držení dívek v období dospívání, přiblížení těchto technik. V případě pozitivních výsledků by moje práce mohla přispět k obohacení metodických postupů v rehabilitaci. Metoda: Jedná se o kazuistické šetření, zvolila jsem skupinu tří probandek, u nichž jsem aplikovala dechová cvičení spojená s míčkováním. Použila jsem metody měření a testování pohybového a svalového aparátu. Výsledky: Poukazují na použitelnost kombinace metod míčkování a dechových cvičení u skoliotického držení v rehabilitaci. To, že se běžně používané metodiky dají zpestřit metodou míčkování a dechových cvičení, přispěje jistě k obohacení standardních cvičebních jednotek a zpříjemnění průběhu cvičení. Hugo von Hofmannsthal's work in Czech translations

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se věnuje recepci děl rakouského básníka, prozaika a dramatika Hugo von Hofmannsthala (1759-1929) v českých zemích od doby autorova života až po současnost. Všímá si kulturně-politických souvislostí a snaží se odpovědět na otázku, proč není Hofinannsthal u nás více překládán a uváděn na českých jevištích. Diplomová práce zároveň mapuje vešekré dostupné české překlady autorových děl, jak básnických, tak prozaických i dramatických, a s pomocí dobových dokumentů se snaží zjistit, jaké ohlasy autorovo dílo a jeho překlady v českých zemích budily. Přehled vešekrých autorových děl, stejně jako českých překladů, je pak uveden pro větší přehlednost také v příloze. Druhá část diplomové práce se pak zabývá překlady Hofmannsthalových novel Reitergeschichte (1899) a Das Erlebnis des Marschalls von Bassompierre (1900) v podání Jana Reichmanna z první čtvrtiny 20. století a Aloyse Skoumala z 80. let 20. století. Pro adekvátní posouzení obou překladů bylo nejprve nutné věnovat se možným interpretacím vybraných novel. Dále byla provedena analýza textu originálu, která se zaměřila na aspekty relevantní z překladatelského hlediska. Nakonec došlo k porovnání obou překladů s originálem, které vedlo ke stanovení překladatelské metody Jana Reichmanna i Aloyse Skoumala,...

Simona Katrnošková Supervisor: PharmDr. Jana Ramos Mandíková, Ph.D. Title of Thesis: Study of cytotoxicity of potential antituberculotics using selected methods on liver and kidney cell line During pharmacologic therapy, tissues of liver and kidney are frequently exposed to high doses of xenobiotics. Via in vitro assays during preclinical testing, we are able to predict potential toxicity which helps to prevent the possible serious adverse drug reactions in clinical practice. The aim of this rigorous thesis was to state the cytotoxic profile of 4 potential antituberculotic drug candidates using appropriate cell models and in vitro assays. Another aim was to compare the cytotoxic effect of the tested compounds among themselves and to 4-aminosalicylic acid (PAS) which antituberculotic activity is known for many years. The tested substances were 3 salicylanilide diethyl phosphate-based derivatives and 4-(trifluormethyl)benzoic acid. For the cytotoxic potential assessment, we used the parameter half maximal inhibitory concentration IC50. Compensation Exercises for Skiers with Oneside Above-knee Amputation

Název: Kompenzační cvičení pro lyžaře s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací Název v angličtině: Compasation exersize for skiers with oneside above knee amputation Cíle práce: Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout vhodná kompenzační cvičení na základě diagnostiky hybného systém lyžařů s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací a na základě prostudované literatury. Metoda: Sledovaný model 7 lyžařů s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací byl testován během dvou zimních sezón. Metoda byla provedena formou 4 testů: sledování komponent správného držení těla, posouzení hypermobility a svalové ztuhlosti, testování svalové síly fázických svalů a testování posturálních svalů. Testy měly během vstupního vyšetření odhalit poruchy hybného systému a během výstupního vyšetření prokázat účinnost kompenzačních cvičení. Výsledky: Z porovnání výsledků prvního a druhého měření je patrné, že kompenzační cvičení vyvolala u pohybového systému lyžařů s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací pozitivní změny, jež se projevily hlavně u posturálního svalstva 75% úspěšností u cvičících probandů. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for a dance school in Prague and estimate the feasibility and effectiveness of this business type. The thesis is divided into two main parts.The theoretical part includes explanation of the important concepts, structure and principles needed for the creation of a business plan. The second part is the practical application of theoretical knowledge. It includes a real business plan for the dance school, which is mainly focused on a competitive product portfolio, identifying business risks and ways to overcome them, processing financial plan in three variants of further development. The main methods used for the preparation of the business plan are survey, benchmarking, expert estimate, SWOT and PEST analysis.

This thesis deals with the determination of economic efficiency of business project, whose subject is the reconstruction of outbuildings at the hospital. The theoretical part is devoted to the business plan and its affiliates. There are also characterized by cash flows, the discount rate. The practical part describes the chosen project, determining cash flows, the assessment of economic efficiency and sensitivity to potential risks.

The thesis deals with the determination of evaluating the economic efficiency of a development project for the construction of apartment complex. The theoretical part explains the concepts of investment, project development, economic efficiency and putting their indicators. The thesis also describes the business plan development activities and cash flows. The thesis also addressed the risks of investment projects, as well as an analysis of the current situation in the current area of investment. In the practical part of the description is made of the entire completed project, determining the cash flows of the project and its subsequent evaluation and assessment of economic efficiency.

Evaluation of the Business Plan in Beer Production

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of innovative plan after two years from start up in selected company in beer market in the Czech Republic. The innovation consisted in upgrade of can line. Evaluation of the situation in domestic market with beer in period before upgrade of the filling line was done in the first part of the thesis. The part deals with consumer preferences buying beer in different packaging types in off - trade in years 2010 - 2013 with focus on can segment. And with risk analysis associated with the modernization, which could jeopardize the business plan. In the second part were evaluated methods and results of financial analysis used by company when made the investment decision. The financial analysis was calculated based on estimated sales of beer and beermixes sold in cans. In the final part was evaluated situation in domestic market with beer in period after the modernization of filling line. Beer sales in consumer's packaging in the years 2010 - 2015 was evaluated and financial analysis was actualised based on achieved operating results.
