Design of 3D model Jawa 50 engine cylinder and its possible realization in production
Dusbaba, Michal ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with the 3D model design of the Jawa engine cylinder 50 produced by means of modern technologies with the use of CAD software. History of selected Jawa 50 motocycles was summarized in this thesis. In addition characteristics and analysis of used materials (additive and cast) were given to describe the Jawa 50 engine cylinder production. The parametric programme named SolidWorks was used for the Jawa engine cylinder 50 design. The principle of Rapid Prototyping additive technology was described and analysed as a part of this thesis as well as the detailed demonstration of one of these methods called Fused Deposition Modeling on a pilot model of the Jawa engine cylider. The thesis also elaborates on a pilot production of the real engine cylinder casting using technology of casting - namely the technology of precise casting with the use of meltable models. The thesis is concluded with discussing disputable steps undertaken in particular production phases.
Analyses of Mechanical Tasks in SolidWorks Motion
Cikánek, Pavel ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to create and to simulation the samples from area of the kinetics and the dynamics in CAD system in order to be used as the teaching models. The examples will be created as simply and easily rebuilt 3D models in CAD program SolidWorks and they will be analysed in the Motion modul. The main task is to compare the results from SolidWorks Motion program with the current solution, eventually with the other CAD system. At the end the advantages and the disadvantages of SolidWorks Motion program will be evaluated.
Implementation of SolidWorks Enterprise PDM in a design company
Krajger, Oliver ; Morávek, Petr (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with the problem of implementation of company management of construction data called PDM (Product Data Management). The aim of this work is to present SolidWorks Enterprise PDM, its options during implementation and especially the processes of the lifecycle of the PDM implementation. Additionally it presents its linking to company information systems, which, together with CAD (Computer-aided design) systems, make up the core of PLM solutions (Product Lifecycle Management) of management of products. The closing part of the work shows a summary of all information into a particular example of analysis, solution concept, and configuration of SolidWorks Enterprise PDM in T Machinery a.s. construction company as well as the benefits of the implemented system.
Production of assembly jigs by Fused Deposition Modeling method
Havelka, Ondřej ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design and manufacture of assembly jigs for the production of LCD TVs in the company Wistron Infocomm (Czech), s. r. o. In the thesis was carried out to assess the current status of use of assembly jigs, design and creation of two prototypes of assembly jigs. The work includes testing, choice of method of manufacture, their routine use in the production and evaluation of results. The work also include literary studies describing RapidPrototyping technology and its various methods.
Omnidirectional robot – construction design
Kubíček, Michal ; Abbadi, Ahmad (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the 3D design chassis holonomic omnidirectional robot. The aim of the work is to design two omnidirectional mobile robots. The first one is the three-wheel omnidirectional robot with spring-loaded platform. The second one is the special balancing robot, where the motion wheel is the ball and the robot ride over them. The platform was designed for using with Maxon MCD EPOS motors. The simplest structure of mobile robot was chosen due to simplification of manufacture process. The robot platform design was realized by means of SolidWorks software.
Construction of the Formula 1 model by rapid prototyping method
Fibikar, Luboš ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is original model of Formula 1 design using a graphical software SolidWorks. Final verification of the 3D model of additive manufacturing Rapid Prototyping technology using commercially available methods of Fused Deposition Modeling.
Construction and manufacturing of chassis of radio-controlled car model using modern technology
Rejžek, Jan ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of the work is to show a principle of simple parts production through advanced additive technologies. Design of the parts is realised by CAD software SolidWorks. Manufacture of the parts was subsequently carried out by using Rapid Prototyping technology with using an additive method of Fused Deposition Modelling. The work also includes a comprehensive overview of the currently most popular production methods in Rapid Prototyping technology.
Modelling of Dynamic Tasks in SolidWorks Motion
Podzemný, Zdeněk ; Donát, Martin (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is creation 3D models of dynamic tasks (which were solved in subject Dynamics) in SolidWorks software and simulation in Motion module, which is part of SolidWorks Professional. Models can be used as a tutorial or educational help in Dynamics. The thesis is begun by description of Motion module and it's functions, then analytical methods of solving dynamic tasks are examined and after that is made a description of simulation in particular tasks together with simulation results. Almost every task is analytically solved and results are compared with simulation. In the conclusion of this thesis are discussed all results and simulations.
Drive Visualization of Four-Wheel Vehicle in Matlab-Simulink
Foriška, Aleš ; Klusáček, Ondřej (referee) ; Zavadinka, Peter (advisor)
This thesis deals with the formation of four-wheel drive vehicle visualization in MATLAB-Simulink. The begining of thesis is dedicated to the theoretical study of the history, production and usage of virtual reality. Next chapters describe the creation of virtual model of the vehicle and scene using SolidWorks, its adjustment in the V-Realm Builder 2.0. and implementing in the Matlab-Simulink environment. Using Matlab-Simulink (a tool of the Virtual Reality Toolbox) vehicle dynamics model was modified and linked with the virtual model, what enables drive visualization of vehicle. At the end of this thesis is applied joystick connection with a dynamic model, the user can interfere with driving during the simulation.
3D CAD software comparing.
Vévoda, Antonín ; Michalíček, Michal (referee) ; Dosedla, Michal (advisor)
3D CAD programs are currently among the most common tools for creating drawings in the editing of existing and developing new products. It also allows, inter alia, to support the design process of the various calculation and simulation modules. Selection of a suitable 3D CAD program is not a simple task. It was the aim of this work to develop a concise history of their development and a detailed summary of the currently common 3D CAD programs. In conclusion, there is summary of their suitability for application in various sectors of the engineering industry.
