The Performance of Supplier Customer Relationhips in first Stage of the Supply Chain.
Chytilová, Ekaterina ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The construction of firm flexible logic chains is one of the priority directions in present-day market research and development. According to experts (M. Zelený, K. S. Kim,H. Liang, G.A. Knight), nowadays we face the relatively swift growth of small-scale and medium-scale companies which are taking all anvantages in the market. That’s why the customer-supplier relationship in a medium-scale business is now one of the lines of potential scientific research. This thesis provides the research of the customer-supplier relationship with first-level suppliers in the medium-scale companies with discontinuous custom production and other types of business without strict resrictions on geographic region. That’s why the customer-supplier relationship without both country-related conditions and characteristics of the business is under investigation. The main goal of the thesis is to develop the method of the selection of the first-level supplier in order to optimize an custom management in the medium-scale companies with the custom production and other types of business (delivery and/or providing services). The main goal to be achieved, the thesis contains: 1) The analysis of company’s satisfaction with the current level of provided relationship with the first-level supplier in logic chains in the medium-scale companies with the custom production and other types of business (delivery and/or providing services), the carying-out of the pilot research with the following analysis of the results. 2) The critical evaluation of currently provided information in the field of the customer-supplier relationship in a given type of companies. 3) The determination of criteria to evaluate the customer-supplier relationship and the elaboration of the universal tool to provide the comprehensive evaluation of the first-level suppliers in the given type of companies. 4) The primal affirmation and examination of the ability of the elaborated tool to operate. 5) The compilation of comparative visual case study. 6) The determination both research restrictions and the conditions of the practical use of the elaborated tool and the evaluation of the thesis contribution to science.

The Ethnographic Committee operated in 1941–1946 to make use of a special state subsidy for Czech vernacular culture threatened by Nazi Germany. It worked with and financed top Czech scientific and museum institutions. It supported collection work by individuals and creation of some ethnographic works. It organised surveys of vernacular architecture in the Protectorate. It acquired some 10,000 images which form the basis of the photo archive of the present-day Ethnographic Institute in Prague

The structure of taxes in the CR in comparison with selected OECD and countries EU
Kotlán, Igor ; Bakeš, Milan (advisor) ; Švarc, Zbyněk (referee) ; Boháč, Radim (referee)
In the recent days, there has been culminating a laic and professional discussion to the topic of the fiscal reform in the Czech Republic. A necessary part of a potential public finance reform is then a tax reform, as well. The submitted paper contains an analysis of fundamental approaches to taxes and their structure from the synthetic point of view of legal and economic science, which has had a long tradition since Czech national economists of the first republic. An objective of the paper is an attempt to promote a scientific methodically balanced approach, as well, namely in the ontological sense, but also in the sense of teleological and normological gnoseology. The above mentioned then enables to modify some recommendations for central authorities in the field of legislative changes and tax policy. The objective of the paper is, on basis of an own empirical analysis, to reformulate recommendations for lawmakers and tax policy makers in the Czech Republic in terms of possible de lege ferenda changes. The conclusions of this paper can be summarized into five key recommendations for lawmakers and tax policy makers in the Czech Republic. They are: a recommendation of non- increase of the overall tax burden or, as the case may be, of effecting its decrease, of decrease of employment tax burden, and...

Manufacturing of Relief Diffractive Structures for Optical Elements Using Electron Beam Lithograph
Daněk, Lukáš ; Urban, František (referee) ; Klapetek,, Petr (referee) ; Kolařík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis describes several techniques for the optimization of the manufacturing of relief diffractive structures used as optical elements by Electron beam lithograph BS600 in the Electron beam laboratory of the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The Electron beam lithograph BS600 was originally developed and constructed in the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic for Tesla in 1983, but is still developing, which was published. The Electron been lithograph BS600 is specific in these days because of its accelerating potential and is unique in the world because of the possibility to shape the beam. The optimization of manufacturing of relief diffractive structures, used as optical elements, was mostly reached by analysis, bringing optimal solution for the required effect. Moreover, an algorithm was developed for driving the electron beam position, shape, size and the time of each elementary exposition. The analysis showed that is convenient to use mathematical description of separate lines of diffractive structures. A separate subject was carried out for the calibration of the exposition field of the Electron beam lithograph BS600.

Industrial and military architecture of seaports, comparative analysis of reconversion of industrial and military heritage
Remy-Zéphir, Šárka ; Prof.Ing.arch.Peter Vodrážka,PhD. (referee) ; Hrabec, Josef (referee) ; Prof.Patrick Dieudonné (referee) ; Zemánková, Helena (advisor)
During World War II, seaports Brest, Lorient and Saint-Nazaire were heavily destroyed because of their strategic location on the Atlantic coastline. Those historical events could be considered as new opportunities for the seaports to realise new thoughts and ambitious architectural projects in order to improve the functionality of the urban organism. In these days, a new occasion has come. Military and industrial areas, which were always thoroughly separated from the town centres, have been now releasing from their original activity. There are huge free building sites in the middle of the cities, waiting for the urban architects.

The question of liberty and obedience in the work of Saint Ignatius of Loyola
Antošíková, Dagmar ; Sánchez Fernández, Juan Antonio (advisor) ; Housková, Anna (referee)
Title: The Question of Liberty and Obedience in the Work of Saint Ignatius of Loyola Abstract: The thesis investigates the question of liberty and obedience in the work of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and offers a basic survey of the literary heritage of the great Spanish mystic. Three of his works (Spiritual Exercises, Autobiography and Constitutions) and two letters dealing with obedience have been used as the sources and analyzed. In conclusion, the obedience and liberty in the interpretation of Saint Ignatius of Loyola are in substantial agreement and compatibility in the sense of inner freedom according to the Christian traditions. Saint Ignatius' contribution to the mystic literature was the fact that he emphasized one's own experience as the individual experience of an autonomous personality. Rather than to describe in detail his own ecstatic feeling he aspired to capture a day-to-day mysticism and his intensive pursuit of God's will. Key words: Loyola (St. Ignatius of), obedience, liberty, Spiritual Exercises, Autobiography, Constitutions, mystic literature.

Přistoupilová, Anna ; Kmoch, Stanislav (advisor) ; Mašek, Tomáš (referee)
Next generation sequencing technologies are changing the way scientific experiments and diseases diagnostics are performed and thus will allow what is called personalized medicine. The sense of presented thesis is to make survey of new approaches to DNA sequencing and demonstrate usage and constraints of bioinformatic analytical tools available to day. Discussed techniques are then applied to the case study of finding molecular basis for rare hereditary disease. Introductory part deals with overview of commercially available sequencing techniques (454 Life Science, Applied Biosystems, Illumina, Helicos). Fundamentals of each method are described and possible further development is outlined. Post sequencing data analysis is than discussed in details. In practical section we demonstrate genome analysis techniques successfully used to reveal causal mutation in the gene responsible for adult form of autozomal neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (ANCL). Combination of linkage analysis (Merlin), copy number variant analysis (Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0), analysis of expression profiles (HumanRef-8 v2 Expression BeadChips) and exome sequencing (SOLiD™ 4 System) has been applied to members of one ANCL family. We also paid attention to comparison, evaluation and selection of available mapping algorithms used in...

Aj: The main goal of my thesis was to confirm high prevalence of back pain among nursing staff, to find the most frequent location of the pain, to determine if nurses have sufficient quantity of tools for manipulation with immobile patients and if they are trained to use these tools. In addition I revealed their relaxation techniques and other preventive measures and their own suggestions for optimal back pain prevention. In my diploma paper I described basic knowledge about human kinetic system as well as main causes, clinical presentations and therapy of back pain. I mentioned characteristics of different pain syndromes. The paper also contains information about the "school of back", ergonomy, kinesthetics and about impact of heavy manual labor of nursing job. Source data for my thesis were obtained from textbooks, papers and other scientific material and from questionnaires. Proper research was conducted by quantitative analysis using anonymous questionnaires. In evaluated group of nurses the back pain was present in 79%. The most frequent was low-back pain occurring after day shift. Sufficient quantity of tools for manipulation with immobile patients was available and nurses were adequately trained for its use during their professional training. The education was usually provided by head nurse....
