This thesis includes all aspects taken into consideration at business plan realization. The business plan is a result of research based on analysis of market, competition, potential customers and financial evaluation.

Project is created in environment of implementation projects designed by software company CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. located in Bratislava. This thesis could be used as a suggestion of appropriate steps for managing future implementing projects in mentioned company.

Project management methods will be used in this work. Output of thesis is going to be a project plan which will be compiled using the functions of MS Project program. Several analyses such as risk analysis or source analysis are going to be part of other outputs.

Cílem diplomové práce „Expanze vybraného podniku na zahraniční trh“ je navrhnout strategii vstupu společnosti SLUTO s.r.o. na rakouský trh. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice internacionalizace a podnikových strategií a možnostmi vstupu na zahraniční trhy. V analytické části práce jsou provedeny analýzy prostředí společnosti SLUTO s.r.o. za předpokladu její působnosti na rakouském trhu, přičemž získané výsledky jsou následně sumarizovány ve SWOT analýze. Návrhová část práce, jež je v podstatě business plánem rakouské dceřiné společnosti SLUTO s.r.o., pak v souladu s poznatky z jednotlivých analýz nabízí možné návrhy a doporučení.

Master´s thesis focuses on the utilisation of project management methodology within the design of a project in a selected company. It specifies theoretical sources which are the key for the project plan proposal. It applies the theory to the project of introducing electronic commerce in the field of building material sale. The thesis containts the plan proposal and optimisation of the project in terms of time, costs and use of available resources, together with the analysis of a company environment.

This master’s thesis describes life cycle phases management of the project Implementation of the project culture in the MoroSystems company from the perspective of a project manager. The thesis comprehensively describes the project from its inception, through planning, implementation up to handover of the outcomes to the customer, completion and evaluation. The thesis contains attachments which document meetings with the customer and project management artifacts created at different stages of the project.

The Use of Artificial Intelligence for Optimization of Production

This paper deals with the problem of optimization of a production plan by using genetic algorithms. It contains a brief overview of the principles behind genetic algorithms in scope of evolutionary algorithms and artificial intelligence in general. It also takes a closer look on the challenge of production planning and control and all activities connected to it. This is followed by description of the modification of genetic algorithms that needed to be done in order to implement it into a computer program, which is used to create and optimize the production plan, and is a result to the issue that this paper deals with. Incorporated is detailed escription of principles and functions of the program, that it offers to its users.
