Predmetom a základným cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je aplikovať vybranú metodiku projektového managementu (IPMA) pri analýze, návrhu a implementovaní ERP systému Money S5 konkrétnemu zákazníkovi. Projekt je realizovaný v praktickom prostredí implementačných projektov softwarovej spoločnosti CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. v Bratislave. Táto práca môže poslúžiť ako návrh vhodného postupu pre riadenie budúcich implementačných projektov uvedenej spoločnosti. The subject and main aim of my diploma thesis is an application of selected project management methodology (IPMA) for analysing, design and implementation ERP system Money S5 to the particular client. Project is created in environment of implementation projects designed by software company CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. located in Bratislava. This thesis could be used as a suggestion of appropriate steps for managing future implementing projects in mentioned company.
