Cílem diplomové práce je použití nástrojů a metodik projektového managementu pro návrh projektu podporujícího rozvoj inovačního podnikání na Jižní Moravě, propagaci českých inovací za hranicemi a mezioborovou spolupráci při komerčním využití výsledků výzkumu a vývoje. Práce shrnuje jak teoretické poznatky projektového managementu dle standardu IPMA, tak i použití jeho nástrojů a metodik v praxi. The purpose of this thesis is to implement project management methodologies to support development of innovative entrepreneurship in the South Moravia region, to promote Czech innovation abroad, and to bolster interdisciplinary cooperation in research commercializing and development results. The thesis summarizes both the theoretical knowledge of project management according to the IPMA standards, and the use of their tools and methodologies in practice.
