Influence economics crisis on labour market on Táborsko
PEŠEK, Lukáš
My thesis includes two major parts ? theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part based on the literary resources focused on this economical part. This part explains some terms related to the labor market and unemployment, e.g. work, jobs, unemployment including its sorts and indicators, governance activities to reduction of unemployment, etc. Practical part, specialized on the situation of the region ?Táborsko?. This part is more extensive and involves following major points: o specification of the region ?Táborsko? o analysis of the labour market and unemployment in this region o questionnaire with unemployed people o discussion.

Analysis of real interest rates development in Czech Republic
Havela, Miroslav ; Zámečník, Petr (advisor) ; Smrčka, Luboš (referee)
The bachelor thesis constructs time series of real interest rates for savings deposits in Czech Republic for years 1994 -- 2012 in monthly interval. The data gathered are analyzed from a point of view of personal and family finance, a point of view of retail banking market and macroeconomical point of view. Saving products used as liquid cash reserves deteriorates the purchasing power of saving by tenths of percent p.a. without major difference between the best and the average interested rate. The transformation of a credit union into a bank was followed by fall in the interest rates offered. The introduction of the new retail bank didn't have a significant effect on the interest rates offered at the market. In the time scope studied the real interest rates were negatively correlated to the growth of GDP with determinations of 235. Real interest rates lagged by 7 months behind the GDP growth.

Multiagent simulation - State interventions into rental housing market
Janovský, Lukáš ; Šalamon, Tomáš (advisor) ; Hradecká, Petra (referee)
The thesis focuses on the use of multiagent systems to model the rental housing market. At first the aim was to create the simulation, which would bring a new perspective on the development of the entire market. For this purpose I selected a relatively young methodology titled Agentology, which was subjected to the criticism of a model after finishing the model. That was a secondary principal objective of this thesis. The work is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part the rental housing market is described and there are discussed the most important factors affecting its state. Simultaneously the chapter describes the most significant State interventions into the market, as we know them from the official housing policies. In the next stage the reader is made familiar with the basic principles of multi-agent modeling. In this chapter there is also an overview of selected methodologies of multiagent systems and one of them is selected and applied in further phases of this work. The second part refers to the multi-agent model. Using the Agentology methodology market model is assembled. The methodology accompanies all stages of model development from the task formulation, through conceptual and technological level to the final evaluation. This work strictly adheres to the methodology and all its recommendations. In the end, the result represents a model whose functionality has been verified by analyzing the output data. Finally the thesis deals with criticism of the Agentology methodology. This criticism is a result of experience gained from previous development. It concerns evaluation of concrete steps and also of methodology as a whole in terms of admittance, integrity and practicality.

State interventions into the automotive industry in USA
Knollová, Veronika ; Antoš, Ondřej (advisor) ; Zemplinerová, Alena (referee)
This bachelor thesis analyses the impact of interventions of U.S. government in automotive industry. First part is concerned with present economic knowledge about state interventions and their influence on economy. In connection to this topic, there are used books by well known authors from Austrian school as M. Rothbard and L. von Mises. One small chapter is focused on the financial crisis and its reason. Second part introduces automotive industry in USA with its biggest producers (General Motors, Ford Motors and Chrysler). Sub-chapter mentions restructuring General Motors. The practical part describes an influence of extraordinary state interventions on automotive industry in USA. Used data will be processed in the context with theories by Rothbard and Mises.

Stochastic regimes in very-low-frequency fluidic oscillator
Tesař, Václav
Paper discusses interesting unexpected stochastic regimes discovered in a fluidic oscillator designed for operation at very low oscillation frequencies - without the inconvenience of the long feedback loops needed in standard low-frequency oscillator designs. The new oscillator contains a pair of bistable turn-down active valves operating in anti-parallel — essentially analogous to Abraham & Bloch electric “multibrateur” invented in 1919. Three different self-excited oscillation regimes were found. In the order of increasing supplied flow rate, these regimes are characterised by: (A) generation of stochastic-duration multi-pulse packs, (B) generation of individual pulses with a degree of periodicity, and (C) regime with randomly appearing flow pulses separated by intervals of the order of seconds.

Noise-induced transitions in nonlinear dynamics of stochastic systems.
Humplík, Jan ; Chvosta, Petr (advisor) ; Šomvársky, Ján (referee)
In this thesis we focuse on one-dimensional diffusion in a random potential given by the general Markov dichotomous process. It was shown in [5] that this problem is closely related to the study of the stochastic Riccati equation. Using Kolmogorov forward equation we have a solution in the case of a semi-infinite interval. In order to overcome the restriction of a semi- infinite interval we present an approach to solution based on the method of Carleman embedding. We give an expression for the moments in the Laplace domain in terms of an infinite-dimensional matrix element and we try to evaluate it in the limit of infinite time and semi-infinite interval. However we find a discrepancy between our result, numerical simulation and different theoretical approach to the same problem. We also develop Monte Carlo simulations of the Riccati equations and we compare them to analytical results.

Cleaning Validation Procedures in Manufacturing of Liquid Dosage Forms
Koníková, Veronika ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor) ; Vachek, Josef (referee)
The thesis preamble introduces validations of analytical methods, as an important process during pharmaceutical development and quality control in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Method validation has essential influence on pharmacoeconomics and greatly shortens the time of placing the medicament to the market. The IMS principle greatly shortens analysis time, thus ensuring economic and innovation growth for pharmaceutical companies. Experimental part of this thesis was performed on the device IONSCAN - LS Smiths- Detection, USA in the branch of the Teva company in Opava, which introduces IMS to analytical procedures validation for cleaning validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing. For measuring, the Naphazolini nitras standard was used and the Teflon dry method was applied. During the method development itself, in which I participated, the method usability range was found in the interval of mass concentrations from 0,06 - 0,80 mg / ml. The detection limit at the level of 0.02 ppm and the quantification limit at the level of 0.08 ppm were determined and linearity was verified. In the second part, I validated the analytical method for cleaning process validation. Sampling was performed by means of polyurethane swabs "Large Swab" from a metal plate of surface size 5 x 5 cm2. From this equipment, a...

Beginnings and history of state interventions into housing market using Czech market as example
Knap, Adam ; Poláková, Olga (advisor) ; Sunega, Petr (referee)
The goal of my thesis "Beginnings and history of state interventions into housing market using Czech market as example" is to illustrate circumstances (conditions) in which housing policy started to evolve. Next goal is to explain the reasons why state interventions on Czech housing market grew stronger. Historical circumstances, which were important in housing market shaping, are accompanied by analysis of historical sources. First part of thesis is focused on explaining basic terms regarding forming housing market and highlighting specialties of housing as (tady ten statek nevím). Second part demonstrates first state interventions in Czech Republic territory using historical legislative sources, statistical data and historical context. It starts in Austria-Hungary and then chronologically moves over two World Wars era and socialism to the present.

Causes of the higher unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region
Neumann, Daniel ; Pělucha, Martin (advisor) ; Kouřilová, Jana (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find and analyze the causes of the higher than average levels of unemployment found in the Ústí nad Labem region. Recently, there has been great pressure to decrease of level unemployment throughout the Czech Republic. However, persistent levels of long term unemployment have plagued several regions of the CR such as the Ústí nad Labem. Despite concerted attempts to address them they have remained unchanged and will thus provide a useful focus for this paper. The theoretical part of this paper provides a description and explanation of the basic terms and principles that surround the problems of unemployment, a definition of its categories, and a description of the causes and consequences of long term unemployment. In addition, the paper describes several approaches of measuring unemployment. The second chapter contains a detailed commentary of each group based on unemployment statistics and a comparison to other similar groups in other European states. Finally, this part provides a synopsis of several groups in the labor market who have traditionally not responded to policies intended to relieve chronic unemployment and looks at how this has damaged their communities. The practical part of the paper is focused on the causes of unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region. There are many possible causes such as the transformation from a centrally planned economy to a market economy, the limitations of coal mining in the region, a higher number of Romany people, lower education levels, high rate of long-term unemployment and other causes. Data was compiled from the Czech statistics office, programs of development from the Ústí nad Labem region, the Department of Labor, as well as expert analysis focused on labor market, and personal interviews with unemployment specialists. Descriptive, comparative and analytical methods are used in this part. An additional value of this thesis is an analysis of the structurally damaged region and an analytical evaluation that can be used in the process of developing program documents which will solve interventions included in determined competence of European Social Fund.
