Motivace pracovníků ve zdravotnictví se zaměřením na lékaře

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse and discuss selected aspects of Czech healthcare environment and their influence on motivation and job satisfaction of doctors. The hypotheses and assumptions based on the analyses in the theoretical part were tested in the form of detailed employee satisfaction questionnaire research conducted in Hospital Prachatice, a small healthcare facility in South Bohemia. Even though the overall situation in Czech healthcare is rather escalated and bitter, the results of the research were better than expected and showed that the new hospital management is working hard on improving the relationships, communication with medical personnel, as well as overall situation in Hospital Prachatice. Even though there is still a long way ahead of them, they seem to be moving in the right direction.
Job satisfaction in public administration

The goal of this thesis was to research and examine the rate of job satisfaction at specific conditions of the public administration its dependence on demographic dispositions of respondents. The rate of job satisfaction was examined on the representative sample of 71 respondents at municipal authority of Žďár nad Sázavou. There were 64 subordinate employees and 7 executives participated on the research. According to this research, civil servants proved to be more likely satisfied with their job and its aspects. Even there, nevertheless several respondents turned to be dissatisfied with certain aspects of their job. In conclusion, average rate of satisfaction in public administration seems to be growing with the age of respondents and executives proved to be more satisfied than subordinates.
Motivation of employees in SMP CZ

The aim of this master thesis is an analysis of a motivation system in SMP CZ. The first part defines the way of a research and describes used methods. The second part focuses on theoretical knowledge, which is crucial for understanding of motivation. The biggest part is devoted to actual research of a job satisfaction of employees. In this context, possible solutions and perspectives for future development are suggested.
Comparative analysis of the satisfaction of teachers and students at the Business Academy

Diploma thesis deals with the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of teachers and students at the Business Academy in Valasske Mezirici. The theoretical part is focused on summarizing the basic knowledge of the issue and define the main factors of satisfaction. The empirical part is devoted to the characteristic of school and respondents. Furthermore, through questionnaires and an interview with the schoolmaster each study areas are analyzed. Based on the results of analysis are proposed specific recommendations that could increase the satisfaction of both teachers and students.
Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Employees with Sokolovská uhelná

This thesis aims to get to know the current level of job satisfaction of employees of coal mining company Sokolovská uhelná. Theoretical part of this thesis is based on a relevant literature and focused on stimulation, job satisfaction and factors that influence the current job. The analysis was realized by a questionnaire, which was applied to a representative sample of employees. The analysis was aimed to the general relationship between employees and the company, as well as the satisfaction with the organization of work, labor environment, supervisor work, possibilities for educated and skilled employees, remuneration, interpersonal relationships and social program. The obtained results are processed, and precautions for possible improvements leading to increase the level of job satisfaction of employees are formulated on the basis of their proposal.
A Survey of Satisfaction among Employeesin of a Health-Care Facility

The aim of this thesis is analyze employee satisfaction in Jindřichův Hradec Hospital, a.s. by using a questionnaire inquiry. Overall, the thesis is divided into four parts, which are the introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The thesis begins with an introduction, which describes the structure of the thesis, the reason for selecting the theme and the treatment process. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters, where is described human resource management in the context of disciplines such as psychology and sociology, also mentions the company culture, motivation, employee evaluation system and possibility research of their satisfaction. The practical part is especially concentrated on the questionnaires evaluation and consists of two chapters. The first chapter is focused on a brief description of the organization, in the second chapter is made the questionnaire evaluation. Employees are an indispensable part of any company. It can be seen from the declining importance of material assets and growing value of knowledge assets, representing the intellectual capital. Because workers as carriers of knowledge are becoming an important factor for competitiveness, the company management must carefully look after them and ensure a quality working environment. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the real situation and suggest possible changes that could help improve the satisfaction of workers. Therefore, I will first give the theoretical background of employee satisfaction. In the practical part I will describe the advantages and disadvantages of real business and propose solutions to the problems.
Analysis of Satisfaction and Stabilization of Employees in Lázně Poděbrady, a.s.

The theses is focused on analysis of satisfaction and stabilization of employees in Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. Through a survey is examined which factors most influence the job satisfaction of employees, further there is examined the level of satisfaction in 16 different areas. The paper presents findings on employees' satisfaction with their supervisors as the most important factor in satisfaction. There is also described the current state of stabilization of employees in this organization. The aim of this paper is to elaborate a theoretical approach of the issue of job satisfaction, employee turnover, and stabilization and subsequent analysis of the current situation in Lázně Poděbrady, a.s., an evaluation of these results and developing recommendations to management for further action. The paper is divided into theoretical and empirical part, in the conclusions are given suggestions for management.
Social climate analysis in the manufacturing company

The thesis deals with the issue of employees' satisfaction with individual areas of their work. The theoretical part describes the reasons for opinion ascertaining and factors influencing employee satisfaction and motivation. There are also listed the methods of employee satisfaction surveys and the approaches to statistical analysis of data from questionnaire surveys. The practical part is focused on the social climate analysis in the specific manufacturing company in areas such as remuneration, communication, work organization, teamwork, career growth, learning and development and other. The data analysis is based on categorial data analysis including detection of dependence in between individual answers and classification of employees, mainly by sex, age, department and position. For each area, there is a recommendation for the company management.
Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Employees with Benes a Lat a.s.

This thesis is dedicated to analysis of job satisfaction in all races of Beneš a Lát a.s. The aim of this work is the discovery of important factors of job satisfaction and their examination on a statistically significant sample of employees. Prologue of this work is complemented by the establishment of the working hypotheses. Important factors of satisfaction are identified on the basis of the study literature and personal investigation at the place of research. Given the nature of the factors is found assembled interviews and research conducted. According to data obtained is described research sample. Followed by the presentation of the information and interpretation of relevant data. The conclusion deals with the screening of the working hypotheses and design of remedial measures. Work is supplemented by a list of the references and appendices.
