Apartment building in Kroměříž

The bachelor’s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of the apartment building in the city Kroměříž. The building is detached on flat terrain with four above-ground floors, one of them is accessible. The apartments are located on the second, third and fourth floor. There are garages, utility and cleaning room, cellars etc. The construction system is designed from sand-lime blocks – SILKA, the perimeter masonry is complemented by the ETIC contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings structure are made of concrete prefabricated panels – Filigrán. The roof structure is a flat single–roof sloped toward the southern edge of the building. From where it is drained through the drain pipe.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. There are 7 apartments with a cafe for public, in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Part of the under-ground floor are also garages, where a parking platforms are located. Parking platforms provide a parking space for 7 cars. A part of roof above garages also serves as a winter garden for the cafe located in the ground floor. The roof above the top floor is designed as a flat, one-layer. The building is designed from a HELUZ system and the external wall and the floor structure of garage are designed from permanent formwork.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a apartment house with café in Valašské Klobouky. The apartment has 5 above ground floors and a partial basement. The house has a shape of irregular polygon and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The house has 15 dwelling units. The semi-basement consists of a cellar rooms, gym, workroom and a café which is separated unit and has its own entrance. There is a accessible dwelling unit designed for two people on the ground floor. The building is designed from a single masonry system. Both vertical and horizontal constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. Mineral wool board system is used for the thermal insulation. There is an elevator designed in the building. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
Apartment resort Velke Karlovice

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a reconstruction of apartment house and change of its functional utilisation to apartment resort. It is located on the outskirts of Velké Karlovice in CHKO Beskydy. Current object is in the form of two mutually-shifted blocks with slightly inclinated saddle roof. It is created from 3 above-ground floors. In the ground floor are garages and cellars, in second and third are located the apartments, more precisely 8 of them. The main idea of the project was to keep the original object and simplify its fundamental shape. Add and remove something. Proposed changes finishes the fourth floor with four other apartments. Newly the object contains 12 apartments. On the ground floor is cafe, wellness with sauna and inner pool, utility room and cellars. Apartments contain an open plan, one bathroom and one bedroom, every residential room has access to the outside - balcony or loggia. Perimeter walls are combination of original bricks and new ceramic brickwork Porotherm and it is newly insulated with mineral wool. Monolitic reinforced concrete ceiling constructions are original, as well as staircase. New wooden roof truss has been created because of extension of attic floor.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis in an elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment house in Mikulov. This is a detached buildig on a slighly sloping ground with two floors aboce ground and one underground floor with 6 residential units. All floors consist of a design systém of ceramic bricks. Ceiling construction are monolithic reinforced concrete and buildig roofing is solved warm flat rood.

Apartment house is designed as a four-storey building, without basement. Ground plan has the shape of letter T. The maximum dimensions of 16,82 x 30,32 m. The roof is planned single-layer flat roof.The apartment building is designed as a walled insulated. The apartment building created thirteen apartment units.

Master´s thesis deals with constructive-technological project of apartment house in Kamenná street in Brno-Štýřice. The aim of this work is the solution with the view to the financial, time, technical and technological requierements. The thesis includes technical report of constructive-technological project, technological instructions with inspectional and test plans, machinery configuration, safety plan, construction impact on enviroment, technical report of construction site with plans. The part of the thesis is also schedule of the construction, budget, time and financial plan of the construction.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the design of a residential house in Ostrava on Masná street. My design is one of four newly proposed objects within the studio, which complement the structure of the of the block development. The function of the building is housing responding responding to current market requirements. In my design I try to to find a new minimalist concept of housing, laid on the edge between price and living space. I work with the idea in which the most important room of the house is the garden, but if everyone builds a house in the countryside, no nature will be left. That's why I decided to use the concept of of a vertical village.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of an apartment house with massage therapy in Vyškov. The building has an atypical shape, partial basement and flat roof. The apartment consists of five above-ground floors and basement. In the basement there are a storage rooms, a bicycle room, a laundry room, a gym and a boiler room. On the ground floor there is one apartment, which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement, as well as the massage therapy centre, which is separated from the housing part and has its own entrance. There is a total of 8 dwelling units from the second to fifth floor. Dwelling units on the fifth floor have a terrace. The main, as well as secondary entrance is situated from the north side of the building on the street of U Modrého. Parking lots for a total of 14 cars is situated on the eastern side. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry system with contact insulation. Both vertical and horizontal load-bearing system is made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
