Roofing the building of Kindergarten in Moravany

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the Kindergarten building in Moravany. Roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers, with pitch to the building centre. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing steel structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

Office building of brewery in Černá Hora, technological solution of roofing stage.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a roof construction for a building used as an administrative centre at the Černá hora brewery. The attachments provide a solution in forms of a wooden roof frame and a flat roof constructed from tie beams. The thesis contains the technological procedures for constructing both variants of roofing, principles according to which is the construction organised, safety and health measures taken on the construction site, design of the mechanical assembly, time plan, controlling and testing plans for both variants and construction details.

High Standard Detached House

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a new built detached house situated in Přestavlky, Přerov district. The building has two floors with a partial basement, made of sand-lime brick system Sendwix. Ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the building is covered with the shed roofs. The object is divided into the social area on the first floor, the sleeping area on the second floor and the technical facilities in the basement. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with a large terrace.

The roof structure of a storage area

My task was to design and consider the carrier of steel structures for roof storage area in Brno, so that the structure meet all the requirements for buildings and fulfill its function. Roofing, with grand-plan dimensions 50 x 20 m clear height of 4,5 m. Cross sections of the main elements were proposed and considered and also selected joints and details of the structure. Assigned drawings are included in attachments of the thesis.

Technological stage of realization roof of polyfunfcion building

This work deals with a solution of the technological phase of roofing on the polyfunctional building Masaryčky centre in Trenčín. It compares the current resolution of the roofing with an alternative suggestion. In the current resolution there is designed a classic, flat roof with gravity layer of polystyrene concrete and PVC of hydro insulation film. In alternative suggestion there is designed a gradient layer insulation of expanded polystyrene and hydro insulation of bitumen. Construction of flat roof is compared in terms of price, construction time, labor intensive and quality materials.

The Roofing of Terraces of a Stadium

My task was to propose and consider steel structure of roofing of a terraces on an athletic stadium. Terraces, with the ground-plan dimensions 12,0 x 80,0 m, are designed as a reinforced concrete structure and its structural analysis is not included in this thesis. Construction is situated in area of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, which meant, It had to be accounted with considerable variable loads (wind, snow), which is associated with enlargement of a cross-sections. Cross sections of the main elements were proposed and considered and also selected joints and details of the structure. Assigned drawings are included in attachments of the thesis.
