Kops, Richard ; Císařová, Dagmar (advisor) ; Sovová, Olga (referee)

Author tries to explain some of the most important terms used in medical law conceptions in Czech Republic. inion. The first chapter is mostly about general definitions, such as what is medical law what im- pact it has in Czech legal system and how it is r procedure in this efore author tries to find such definition in decisions of the Highest Court of Czech Republic and literature. While thinking about this topic, it is necessary to keep in mind problems with pro- fessional guidelines. The second chapter continues with general definitions. But in this case, the whole chapter is only about one term, which is considered to be crucial. The explanation of treatment itself is necessary for defining the very moment of beginning and ending of treatment. Author uses civil law to find subjects and object of this legal relation and then tries to use them to demon- strate differences between treatment and other civil legal relations. The third chapter follows the moment of beginning of treatment. If we want to examine end of treatment decision making, we must know when it ends. Orlová, Jana ; Arnoldová, Anna (advisor) ; Mitáš, Václav (referee)
My diploma work entitled "Problems of International Kidnapping of Children in the Czech Republic" deals with the situation of children and their parents in a conflict situation. This conflict becomes acute when one of the parents thinks about kidnapping of their child, or the child was already kidnapped. Intention of this work is to outline the legislative frame of these issues and get acquainted with the institutions and authorities which deals with these issues. I mention several casuistries that show the solving process in the Czech Republic. The most important part of this work is "the manual" for parents. This "manual" for parents in a critical situation was created on the basis of pieces of information that were gained thanks to my consultants Mgr. Veronika Andrtová, Mgr. Monika Šimůnková and information from authorities dealing with these affairs. I do not try to create an universal manual for solving these affairs but I want to provide useful information for parents. Every single case is specific and requires an individual attitude.

Illess as the opportunity to care and consideration
Kalábová, Helena ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Schlegelová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Sochůrek, Jan (referee)
The study called ILLESS AS THE OPPORTUNITY TO CARE AND CONSIDERATION Is fenomenologically focused on a variety of seeing the world affected by an illness. Bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of illness is generally understood as the integration of the figures concerning body, mind and socially-spiritual conditions. The solution is arranged in a multi-feature attitude to the therapy, involving bodywork and psychotherapy in terms of mindcare aiming to reach recovering changes, respectively metamorphosis. The basis is found in respect to the body-organism as a self-organizing system creating its own world coming from self-relating autopoiesis. Showing respect to patients brings unexpected theoretical and therapeutical options, concerning that issue there is the contraversion of traditional kartezian western thinking with radical contructivism, which as a new-age empirically advenced alternative of scientific positivism is apparently not fully practised in medicine nowadays. Illnes is seen as disaretation-exasperation,disbalance.Treatment in terms of techne on kartezian thesis puts emphasis on total organism rehabilitation but health in terms of physis cannot be brought back anymore.

Ectopic pregnancy- etiology, modern diagnostic and therapeutic approach
Norvik, Anders ; Drahoňovský, Jan (advisor)
Ectopic pregnancy can be a life-threatening condition occurring in women all over the world. Over the past decades there has been a fluctuation in the incidence of the condition. This can be explained by factors like changing incidence of PID in the population, changing habits in contraceptive (IUD) use and increased diagnostic abilities. The clinical picture of ectopic pregnancy can be very individual and the doctor must therefore always have a high suspicion towards the diagnosis in a fertile woman, independent of symptoms. The presenting signs and symptoms range from a completely asymptomatic woman to a woman presenting with an acute abdomen and shock. The symptoms most commonly reported are abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding or spotting and amenorrhoea can also be present. The cornerstones in the diagnosis, together with history and physical examination, are ultrasound and hCG levels in serum. Despite the big progress in diagnosing the condition there can be cases where the physician will feel unsure about the diagnosis. Complication that we fear the most is rupture. It can lead to death. Since this is a outcome we don't want, it is necessary to increase the awareness among doctors and nurses and always think of the condition when presented with a woman in her fertile age.

Propaganda and public relations in international politics
Marková, Jindřiška ; Lehmannová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Fireš, Adam (referee)
The target of this thesis is to formulate and defend the statement that there is no clear distinction between the propaganda and public relations methods in the field of international politics. The fundamentals of this thesis represent empirical observations and their subsequent analysis in various case studies. Many of these case studies date back to early history, that's why the corresponding literature was used as source of information. In addition, the nature of propaganda is often connected with miscellaneous affairs of international extent. Its true impact is revealed eventually. To confirm the preliminary thesis there are partial targets and steps stated in the introduction. The first step was to determine own area of definitions, in compliance with the generally accepted standpoints, to which I also often refer. To support my thesis I decided to apply some mathematical processes, and so I imagined the notions as sets according to certain criterion. This way of thinking allowed me to view the notions as non-empty set, equal to the intersection of international politics, propaganda and public relations. An important part of this thesis is the chapter dealing with contemporary literature regarding the issues of propaganda and PR. Various interesting not necessarily historically important case studies of propaganda campaigns represent another partial step confirming the thesis that propaganda and public relations in international relations are not importantly different.

Modern methods in marketing communication
Vodráško, Miroslav ; Vávra, Oldřich (advisor) ; Stříteský, Václav (referee)
Our society entered into a new age of the Internet. The world is ruled by new technologies that affect the lives of all people on the planet. The world is rapidly changing and with it, all sectors of human activities. Each of us must deal with a huge increase in technology development and advertising every day. People are fed up with the increasing advertising. Due to the financial crisis that has affected economies around the world, companies do not want to spend large sums for extensive and often ineffective advertising campaigns. One is therefore certain. Marketing itself adapts to the development of society and thus must be still cheaper, more interesting and more effective than marketing which used to be before. Therefore, it is important to think about the basic rules of marketing in the new context, adapt corporate strategy to the changes and respond to new needs and wishes of consumers. What are the new approaches in marketing communications? Is an internet advertising successful in marketing campaigns? Are social networks key to the sucess of today? These are the questions I will deal with in my bachelor thesis.

Analysis of the Causes of Differences in Performance Work Groups in a selected Organization
Wratislavová, Anežka ; Hiršová, Miloslava (advisor) ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (referee)
The aim of my thesis was to analyse the possible causes of differences in the performance of work groups in the selected organization. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of individual concepts (power, working group, factors affecting job performance...), which I needed for subsequent processing practical. In the practical part I have determined the organization for which I made necessary data collection and analysis. Data I have collected through questionnaires and interviews with chief in a selected organization. My research samples were 10 workers operating in two working groups, and 3 leaders. Each working group has its leader and these correspond to the main chief ("fořt"). The selected working groups working in the field of forestry. During field research I gained the information needed to answer each of the objectives and research questions that are part of them. In an interview with the chief executive, I obtained information about the performance of work groups in the performance of trimming cutters in July and tree planting in May 2013. Work group I. had both increased performance as working group II. Therefore, follow-up question was what causes the cause differences in performance of these working groups. Specific factors causing differences in performance, which I set in the theoretical part, are: working conditions, different tasks, professional competence, length of experience, attitude to work, job satisfaction, self-efficacy, leadership style, relationships in the working group, providing feedback and rewarding. The answer to the question of the causes of differences in the performance of work groups gave me a questionnaire completed by workers of both working groups. The causes that actually occur in practice, I have found through questionnaires. I found that working group II. has a higher degree of dissatisfaction of workers. These workers are not satisfied with your supervisor and some were found negative attitude to work. Working groups have comparable working conditions and tasks, but in my opinion, would improve the atmosphere in II. working group and the removal of some sources of dissatisfaction could lead to improved performance. Recommendations for the selected organization sounded to chief and management focused on the head of the working group II. and his leadership style. After reading my thesis, I think I responded to the objectives and research questions. I met so the main objective of thesis and to identify possible reasons for the differences in the performance of work groups.

Actor and HIs Fear
Roleček, Vít ; OTČENÁŠEK, Štěpán (advisor) ; SALZMANNOVÁ, Eva (referee)
In my master thesis, I am trying to name the origins and signals of an actor`s fear. I have came from my own existing stage experiences previously and whilst studying classical acting at the Dramatic Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, and also from my first experiences with differing professional groups from theatres from around the Czech Republic. My thesis is supported by professional literature, with which one I have read during my studies at the Academy, and it is inspired by talks and by consultation with people who are active in an artistic field. In my work I reflect my mental prosesses, states and blocks, not only during stage creations, but also in my personal life. I think that a fear can rule an actor and cause stage fright. This is why I have decided to choose this subject for my thesis.
