Performance Evaluation of the Company Using Statistical Methods

This master’s thesis contains performance evaluation of Profidebt company using financial analysis indicators from years 2006-2012, further SWOT analysis is performed together with statistical analysis of economic ratios with next term’s prognosis. In the first part, theoretical basis is explained and it is applied on the company in the second part of thesis. In the end, quantified results from the analysis are evaluated and proposals are devised.
Evaluation of Company Efficiency

The thesis deals with evaluation of company efficiency by economic value added method. An analysis of company efficiency is carried out through the use of EVA and partial indicators, that were obtained via its decomposition. Consequently, the results of this analysis are interpreted. Based on these results, special arrangements to improve the current situation of the company are suggested.

This diploma thesis deals with the company valuation. It contains theoretical background of valuation and description of the most important current methods and attitudes towards determination of market, liquidation and book company value. Subsequently, the theoretical methods are applied on the data of company EUROliftCZ s.r.o. Therefore financial, SWOT and strategic analysis is implemented and future development is forecasted. In concluding part different levels of company value are proposed. The outcome of the thesis is to be used by owners of the company.
Process of picking stock based on value investing principles

The Bechelor thesis is focused on the process of picking undervalued stock. It is devided into two parts: theoretical-mothodological and practical. The first part defines Value Investing and its connection to the Efficient Market Theory and the tools used to determine the true value of a stock. To estimate the intrinsic value of a stock, Discounted Cash Flow model is used. All the inputs to the model (Free Cash Flows to the Firm, Waighted Average Cost of Capital, growth) are described and then estimated in the practical part. Western Digital Corporation, Inc., is picked based on screening the stock market. WDC is valued and its estimated value then compared to the price on the market. Closing thoughts conatain conclusions and potencial vulnerability of the model used.

The Master Thesis outlines planning and valuation of solid waste incinerator with energy recovery. The focus of due diligence, made before valuation, is on the assessment of the input data in regard to current and future market situation. The beginning of the thesis explains the valuation process with methods used later on. The two subsequent parts describe respectively current market situation and define data for valuation process made in Excel sheet attached. Before concluding the outcomes are compared with other possibilities with changes in financing structure.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of Crystalex CZ, s. r. o. to 1. 1. 2015. At the beginning of the work assessed company is introduced. Then follows financial analysis, where is analyzed financial health of the company and the premise of going concern. Thesis continuous with the strategic analysis and the prediction of companys sales. Then value generators are predicted and subsequently financial plan created. In a final chapter the market value is calculated by DCF Enity method in three scenarios.

The aim of the valuation is to estimate the market value of the company PAPILLONS a.s. The market value of the company was estimated using the method DCF Entity. As a secondary and supportive tool was used valuation by market comparison using branch multipliers. The parts of the thesis are financial and strategic analysis, operational assets allocation, value drivers and the estimated financial plan. The analyses are supplemented by tables and graphs. At the end of the text there is an estimated market value of the company PAPILLONS a.s.
Valuation of company Jan Becher

The aim of this thesis is the valuation of company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a. s. at the date of 31st December 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part the approach to the valuation of the company is defined. In the practical part, the above defined approach was used for strategic and financial analysis of the company, followed by the compilation of complex financial plan and definition of discount rate. What follows is the final valuation of the company which was accomplished through discounted cash flow method in the entity approach. At the end of the thesis the determined value through discounted cash flow model was compared to the accounting value of the company.
