The Master Thesis outlines planning and valuation of solid waste incinerator with energy recovery. The focus of due diligence, made before valuation, is on the assessment of the input data in regard to current and future market situation. The beginning of the thesis explains the valuation process with methods used later on. The two subsequent parts describe respectively current market situation and define data for valuation process made in Excel sheet attached. Before concluding the outcomes are compared with other possibilities with changes in financing structure. Diplomová práca načrtáva plánovanie a ocenenie spaľovne komunálneho odpadu s energetickým využitím. Zameranie due diligence, vykonané pred ocenením, je na posúdenie vstupných dát v súvislosti so súčasnou a budúcu situáciu na trhu. Začiatok práce vysvetľuje proces ocenenie metódami používanými neskôr. Dve následné časti opisujú aktuálnu situáciu na trhu a definujú dáta pre ocenenie procesu v modeli v programe Excel priloženom k práci. Záverom sú výsledky porovnané s ďalšími možnosťami a zmenami v štruktúre financovania.
