Sopková, K. Legal aspects of internet advertising. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This thesis will examine the legal aspects of internet advertisement. Bachelor the-sis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, the second one is practi-cal. The first part defines terms that appears in thesis, for example advertising, regulation of advertising, unfair competition, etc. What is really important in this part of thesis is describing Google's AdWords ad system. The second part deals mostly with economic and legal section of Google AdWords. Problems with social networks are part of this thesis too.

Minor church architecture in rural development

The thesis focuses on research of minor church objects located in Neveklovsko. Theoretical part of thesis includes the definition of basic concepts, functions and types of minor church architecture. This part also describes the legal aspects, technological aspects and economic aspects related to the minor church architecture. In research part of thesis, there was realized field research in cadastral area of the town Neveklov, in which the minor church objects were examined, and also their condition was evaluated. This part of thesis contains information about financing of care for minor church objects in surveyed area. The conclusion of thesis contains the recommendation to owners about acquire funds to finance care of minor church objects. Attachment contains a description of all objects in Neveklovsko, marking on maps and photo documentation.

This thesis examines information ethical environment of small business. It especially examines the relationship between employer and employees and between company and public. The thesis is focused especially on information ethics that is applied on communication in the Internet and by use of computing techniques. The thesis reveals principles that can affect and form ethical decisions of employer and its employees in contemporary information society. Also the thesis examines opportunities those allow to break the ethical and legal standards.

The thesis deals with professional liability of auditors and tax advisors. The inception of the thesis is dedicated to the basic characteristics of the professions, their regulation and general definition of the legal liability resulting from these professions. In other chapters there are enumerated all types of unlawful act. The thesis ilustrates potencial cases of unlawful act of auditors and tax advisors. It also deals with some cases from the reality available from sources of professional chambers or jurisprudence. The thesis also focuses on the specifics of professional insurance and the specifics of indemnity.

New IHL Framework for Cyber Warfare

NEW IHL FRAMEWORK FOR CYBER WARFARE - ABSTRACT Regarding the increasing number of revealed cyber-attacks aimed at public facilities including the governmental ones by who seems to be other state actors, this thesis aims to reveal the major importance of cyber warfare, point out the fatal vacuum regarding the IHL framework currently in force and suggests its completion by a new IHL convention, which would regulate cyberwarfare in International Armed Conflicts. In order to provide a well-structured and pertinent arguments to support its main points, the thesis uses methods of qualitative analysis of the current IHL sources including international treaties, customary law and work of the main institutions of international justice along with work of judicial scholars and cyber experts. The work contains five main chapters. The first chapter presents the underlining principles of Laws of Wars, including its theory, history and development; and focuses on one of its three main regimes - the International Humanitarian Law. The second part is dedicated to the topic of cyber warfare, defines its scope as computer network attacks, explains their classification system, analyses their effects and provides examples of such attacks. Mergers of Business Corporations and Their Influence on Financial Situation

This thesis is concerned with domestic mergers of business corporations realized between 2009 - 2012 and their influence on financial situation of chosen subjects. The first part of my paper describes basic theoretical aspects of mergers including their division and motives leading to the realization and their phases. The second chapter consists of trade-legal and accounting adjustment of mergers. Considering practical part, the main focus is on legal modification valid from 31. 12. 2011 to 1. 1. 2012. Following part of this thesis explains accounting solutions of mergers in example, where the immediate impact is shown on realization of the opening balance sheet. The fourth part is concerned with financial analysis, where the sources, users and relevant methods are mentioned. All analysis and results are submitted and described in the final part of my thesis.

The asssessment and remuneration of employees in public administration compared to private sector

This thesis deals with the assessment and remuneration of employees, which is used by the public and private sectors. First, there is described the legal regulation related to the issue, both at a general level, focusing primarily on the Labour Code and relevant additional standards, as well as the specifics of the legislation applicable to the remuneration of public employees. The description is then devoted to the topic of assessment and remuneration, which describes the principles and methods of these systems, again in general terms and then with the specifics of public administration. On a practical level, there is an analysis of systems of specific public institution, the office of the Municipal District of the Capital City of Prague - Prague 3, which is then compared with the system used by the private company. The result of this analysis and comparison is providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of assessment and remuneration tools.

1 Thesis abstract Settlement of the community property of spouses focused on the settlement of the rights and obligations to joint housing. Community property of spouses is a specific type of property partnership, which can exist only between spouses. The community property of spouses origins and terminates together with the marriage (with the exceptions). The termination of marriage needs to be followed by the settlement of the property. The settlement of the common property is always made on the basis of some legal institute as agreement, judgment or legal presumption. The settlement of the community property of spouses and the settlement of the rights and obligations to joint housing is the main topic of my thesis. The thesis is composed of 5 chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the community property of spouses: Chapter One is introductory and generally deals with the marriage. 1 Abstract Theme of this paper is breaking of employee duties. It's very actual issue, because, although it's basically negative phenomen, which disturbs due runnig of working process, it's common part of labour relations. In addition though only one breach of employee duty can be cause of quite serious consequences for employee as well as for employer. The purpose of my thesis is to provide comprehensive information about breaking of employee duties, analyze recent legal regulation and highlight eventual deficiencies and problems related to interpretation. The starting point for it is recent legislation as well as judicature related to this field. Prepared legislative changes are taken into account too. The thesis is composed of five chapters which are subdived into subchapters and parts. The First Chapter is introductory. It describes history of legal regulation of work discipline within ours territory and explains meaning of concept "breaking of employee duties" pursuant to recent legislation.
