Analysis of working mechanisms equipment of loaders and tractors for use in municipal services

This bachelor dessertation is a review and analysis of complinental work equipment in municipal service. The thesis is primary concerned about smaller loaders and tractors in use of cleaning public areas and roads in summer and winter seasons. As a part of this dessertation is also review and comparison of snow plows, snow cutters and sweepers, concidering their mechanical principles, technical parameters and operational properties. This informations help with assumption for next development. In conclusion, this is a comparison of differences, wether complinental work equipment are meant for loader or tractor.
Additional equipment - forest rope winch

This work is focused on the design of a single-drum forest rope winch, which serves as an additional device for a universal wheeled tractor. The theoretical part of the work is focused on a general overview of the forestry techniques. The practical part deals with the calculation of basic functional parameters and strengths. Based on the calculated values, the actual design of the forest winch is created. Part of the design is the creation of a 3D model. Drawings of winch device, subassemblies of frame and drum are based on the created model.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the structural design of a rotary tiller for a skid steer loader. The research part deals with the division of tillers and methods of tillage. The main part deals with the design of tiller for the selected skid steer loader and calculations of the main parts of the tiller.
Vibratory roller and plate for skid steer loaders

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on compaction machines like vibratory rollers and vibratory plates as auxiliary devices for skid steer loaders. This thesis is focused on a comparison of current devices in terms of technology and size. The designed solution of auxiliary vibratory plate focuses on solving main problems. There are also created coefficients that allow easy and fast comparison of each auxiliary devices. There are only a few companies that focus on creating this sort of devices. Auxiliary vibratory plates are often just slightly modified auxiliary devices for excavators, with slightly modified mount system. Vibratory rollers and plates cause high wear of skid steer loader and for this reason they are not widely spread. There will probably not be any future development in these kinds of devices due the fact, that there are better solutions for soil compaction.
Screener buckets for the earthmoving machines

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to explain the concept of screener bucket and division according to construction. The thesis compares individual structures with their parameters and includes its own 3D design of the sorting bucket. The device is designed as a replaceable accessory for excavators and loaders.

We live in a world full of dramatic changes and it brings many situations, which for a special equipment is needed. That should be right this vehicle. Thanks to its unique character, especially total variability and driving abilities, it is possible to solve various quests in all kinds of weather, terrain or environmental conditions. It is specially aimed on an projects economy and on an future development upgrade possibility.

This device is used for cleaning of the public and parking area, sidewalks, roads and industrial buildings. According selected loaders are designed dimensions individual parts of machine with an emphasis on the initial terms of reference. The thesis includes drawing of design documentation of cleaning equipment.
Grapple saw for wheel loader

This bachalor's thesis deals with proposal and fortification calculation of Grapple saw, which are intended as a supplementary device for wheel loaders. Equipment is used for handling of timber. According to the selected loader, size and dimensions of individual parts of wellings are designed. Cross-sections design and strength verification of wallings parts - wallings's forks, moveable parts of wallings, pins connecting the different wallings's parts, were done. The work also includes drawings documentation of Grapple saw.

This bachelor’s paper deals with proposal and fortification calculation of special device of boom version for wheel loader. Device is proposed for wheel loader CAT 906 H and is used for lifting and moving various subjects. According to outgoing parameters of loader, single parts of device are constructed. There were done fortification calculation of carrying parts of special device – boom, mortise, tying rods, hook holder. Added is also proposal of connecting element for boom of chosen loader and selection of suitable hook for holding the load. Part of the paper is also complete plan documentation of special device of boom wheel loader.
Design of compaction plate

Design of compaction plate as additional equipment for excavator or loader. The first part of thesis describes individual part of compaction plate and treat of the most frequently used solutions. The second part is an overview of product of selected manufactrers. The third part considered of cencrete design of compaction plate in accordance with submission. The output is drawing of scheme and most functional calculation.
