The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is offering solution for technological stages of regeneration of a building envelope of Primary school Chrast. The thesis includes regeneration of existing plasters and execution of a contact heating systems using polystyrene plates. The thesis describes technological processes, principles of organization of construction, time scheduling, suggestion of mechanical sets, occupational safety and health, quality requirements and itemized budget.

The large family home-working stage lower and upper rough construction

In this thesis is dealt with structurally lower technological phase and superstructure construction of a large family house in Brumov - Bylnice. The work is divided into multiple stages. In the first stage we classify excavationof the foundation pit and foundation trenches. Other stages deal with the casting of reinforced concrete strips and plates, pools walls, one on the 1st floor masonry bearing walls and concreting theceiling. The construction of these parts are processed technological procedures, inspection and test plans, their time complexity, design of appropriate mechanical assemblies and also is taken into account healthand safety in the workplace.

The content of bachelor´s thesis is the construction and technological project a residentialbuilding Luže. The project includes technological regulations for earthwork and foundation constructions. Regulations are supplemented by testing and inspection plans, appropriate machinery and equipment assembly site. It is addressed scheduling, the budget of the construction stages - earthwork and foundation construction and safety.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new residential building Kadetka in Brno. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of earthwork, shoring, CFA piles and foundations constructions. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans. The author also deals with work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The important part is the comparison of two variants of the foundations constructions in terms of financial and time side.

The content of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the constructionally technological project of substructure of residential house Nová Dukla, Ústí nad Orlicí. The project contains the technological instructions for earthworks, large diameter bored piles and monolithic base grid. The project deals with the quality control of works that are carried out, their schedule and financial evaluation, suggestion on mechanical assembly and minor mechanization for performance of substructure constructions of residential house. Subsequently, occupational safety and health, organization of construction and suggestion on arrangement of building site are stated in project.

Content of bachelor work is civil-technological project of substructure in administrative and storage object in Kunratice close to Praha. Project contains technological prescriptions of drilled piles, groundwork and lime stabilisation. Another parts are inspection and testing plans, situation of building with wide detentions of transport routes, bill of quantities, schedule of work, catalog of mechanization, safety during work and organization of construction.
