Filler words and expressions in Portuguese (Abstract) The aim of this study is to describe the morphological, syntactic, semantic and pragmatic aspects of the filler words and expressions (discourse markers) in Portuguese. For that purpose, a corpus of more than 3000 occurences of these expressions was assembled. It is composed of Portuguese and Brazilian mostly spoken texts belonging to different genres. The approach taken in this work is based on textual-interactive grammar, whose vision of the text is based on the social-communicative perspective, i.e. it takes not only the cognitive- informational part of the utterances, but also their interactional part in consideration. This study describes Portuguese as one language. The differences between the Brazilian and the European variety are taken in consideration only when it is necessary to treat them separately. This work can be divided into two parts. Comparison of the occurrence of inversion at the 9th chromosome in infertile and sterile patients with literature dates
Šlégrová, Sandra ; Krkavcová, Miroslava (advisor) ; Šípek, Antonín (referee)
The pericentric inversion of the chromosome 9 [inv (9)] is the most common small-scale inversions in the human chromosomes. Some publications consider it as a variation of the human karyotype, which has no clinical manifestations. However there are mentioned the studies in this thesis that reports the inversion on the chromosome 9 in connection with the various pathological conditions, such as sterility, infertility, or some congenital anomalies. However, most attention is paid to the patients who were evaluated for the indication due to the failure of reproduction (sterility or infertility). The research was conducted in the accredited genetic laboratory GENvia s.r.o., where the data of the period 2004-2011 are collected. During this period a total of 5195 patients of variety indication reasons were examined. Totally 84 cases of them were found with inversion of the chromosome 9 with an incidence of 1.62 % laboratory. The indication diagnoses are divided into six created groups because of their quantity. One of them is called sterility/infertility. There were found 23 cases with inversion in the 9th chromosome in this group. It makes 27.38 % totally of the amount found in the chromosome inversions 9th. The occurrence of this inversion was also noticed in other indication groups: the congenital...

Food varieties in primary schools as a factor influencing the health of children and adolescents.
ZAJÍC, Ondřej
This thesis deals about problems of eating and risks associated with it, which in this work are mainly overweight and obesity. It is focused on the adult population, especially the population of children and adolescents. The theoretical part deals with the importance of eating, essential nutrients, nutrition of school-year childre, catering to primary schools. A large part is devoted to overweight and obesity, as a large, ever-worsening problem of civilization. Two objectives have been determined: 1. To map food varieties at the students of two selected primary schools in České Budějovice, 2. To map the occurrence of obese children and children of overweight at selected primary schools in České Budějovice. For the development of practical quantitative method was used when the data collection were used two questionnaires. One questionnaire was anonymous routing for pupils. The second questionnaire addressed to schools, which monitored the menu options catering to primary schools. The research was conducted in March 2013 and the data was processed graphically and in tabular form in MS Excel. Data for the evaluation of hypotheses were statistically processed. Two hypotheses have been set. H1: In the ninth classes will be statistically higher difference of students overweight and obese than in sixth grade in selected schools. H2: The environment of selected primary schools contributes to overweight and obesity among their students. The results show that the prevalence of overweight and obesity among pupils sixth and ninth grades is not statistically significant difference. Furthermore, the results can be seen that the school environment is not conducive to the occurrence of overweight and obesity in selected primary schools. This work can be used as supplementary study material for similar problems and also as a tool for setting preventive measures in selected primary schools to prevent the rise in overweight and obesity among their students.

Yield formation of spring wheat
BAŽANTOVÁ, Eva
The theme of these Thesis - Yield formation of spring wheat - presents a comparison of selected varieties of spring wheat, which are grown in the Czech Republic. The field trials were set up in 2012 on the experimental area of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. In four replications was planted eight varieties of spring wheat - Corso, Brawura, Aranka, Tercie, Granny, Scirocco, Septima a Vánek. Results of spring varieties were compared with a control winter variety Baletka. During the vegetation was monitored weeds, diseases and pests and evaluated the number of plants. In the final section are evaluated yields main elements - number of spike per square meter, number of grains per spike, thousand grain weight. The yield, theoretical yield, spike lenght and density is presented there too. The average number of spikes in spring varieties reached of 520 pieces per square meter and control winter varietiy reached 491 pieces per sqare meter. Number of grains per spike was average 45 pieces and control winter variety was 37 pieces. The average thousand grain weight of spring varieties amounted to 31,7 grams and was comparable with the results of control winter variety.

Monitoring of rusts occurence in grasses varieties
NOVOTNÁ, Monika
The aim of this work is the accurate diagnosis of the Puccinia species of the selected turf grass species under field and laboratory conditions and evaluate influences on the intensity of occurrence. The laboratory tests will be recommended for the best stage of plants to artificial infection. The experiment was carried out in collaboration with SŠ Větrov. In the two-year follow-up (in 2011 and 2012) were at particular times of samples of infected plants, which were then evaluated microscopically. And at the same time experimental work was carried out in laboratory conditions (artificial infection) in plant material of the same origin and assessed degree assault with a precise diagnosis of the type of pathogen. Between 2011 and 2012, was higher occurence stem rust than crown rust.. From a total of 514 tests was stem rust in 379 cases, while crown rust in only 40 cases. In 95 samples was observed incidence of both simultaneously rust and mildew spores remaining plants were discovered. Greenhouse resistance tests were performed on younger plants (3 sheets) and older (6 sheets) in 16 variants, of which 4 were control. Infected leaves were spray uredispor with talc and injected with an aqueous suspension followed by looking drops and were then sealed under insulators at 23 ° C for 24 - 48 hours.

Prevention Programs in selected Low-Threshold Facilities for Children and Youth in South Bohemia
PROKOPOVÁ, Klára
Low-Threshold Facility for Children and Youth is a service quite newly established. The function of the Low-Threshold Facility for Children and Youth is to help children and youth between the ages from 6 to 26 from being socially excluded as well as to help them enjoy a more incentive environment by means of various leisure activities. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis I am dealing with Low-threshold Facility for Children and Youth from its establishment, to the mission of this facility and goals that are layed out. Greater attention will be given to a target group ? to children and youth, since my investigation is concerned by them. I am presenting legal anchorage of the facility as well and I am describing methods and interventions that are being realised here. I have also included factors that influence leisure time of the youth, such as family, school, peers or the media, into the thesis. The last part of the theoretical part is dedicated to preventive programmes and the role of the social worker in preventive programmes. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis the intention of this thesis is mentioned, it is to describe which preventive programmes are being realised in selected Low-Threshold Facilities for Children and Youth in the South Bohemian Region. Another intention is to describe the perception of preventive programmes by a regular participant. Research questions are presented here as well, they are: 1) What preventive programmes are there in selected Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth in the South Bohemian Region? 2) Does the user perceive the preventive programmes as beneficial or as disturbing? To achieve the goal, a strategy of qualitative research was selected, I have used the method of survey, a technique of half-structured interview. As a complementary technique I have chosen data analysis, which consisted in analysing documents of these facilities. The selected group was formed by regular users of preventive programmes in selected Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth in the South Bohemian Region. The second selected group was formed by social workers, who work in these facilities. An important criteria when selecting Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth was the existence of comprehensive conception of primary prevention. Another criteria was the location of these facilities, I have determined that each facility must be established in a different town of the South Bohemian Region. By this I wanted to achieve greater variety of preventive programmes. I have therefore chosen low-threshold facility V.I.P. located in České Budějovice, low-threshold facilitiy Bouda located in the city Český Krumlov and low-threshold facility Bongo that functions in the city Týn nad Vltavou. From the interpreted results of the research clearly results that preventive programmes of all facilities are on a good level. I have proposed following hypotheses in terms of this thesis: H1: Preventive programs in Low-Threshold Facilities for Children and Youth are based on the needs of the client, rather than themes set by social workers. H2: Clients of the Preventive programs in Low-Threshold Facilities for Children and Youth evaluated as a beneficial form of a preventive program, movie nights before talks. From the information acquired during the interviews it is possible to obtain a good feed-back from clients on organized preventive programmes they took part in. Social workers working in already mentioned facilities could use the results interpretation along with the formation of other preventive programmes a try to harmonize them with clients´ opinions. The results can as well be a good source of information for all providers of preventive programmes.

Monogenean parasites of fishes of economic importance
Gelnar, M. ; Blažek, R. ; Matějusová, I. ; Ondračková, Markéta ; Šimková, A.
To date , altogether 165 species of monogenean parasites have been recorded on the territory of Czech and Slovak Republics. In comparison with the status of monogenean organismal diversity described in monograph published by Ergens and Lom (1970): "Causative Agents of Fish Diseases", there is a significant increase in regional parasite species richness. During last 30 years, 47 species of monogeneans have been newly recorded in the mentioned territory. Following three reasons trying to explain the situation: 20 monogenean species have been recognized like species nova for science after 1970; another 14 parasite species have represented a new zoogeographical records in central Europe and finally altogether 11 monogenean species have been introduced to our fauna from exotic regions.

Chronic pelvic pain syndrome
Kolouch, Tomáš ; Urban, Michael (advisor)
The theme of my work " chronic pelvic pain syndrome " ( CPPS - Chronic pelvic pain syndrome ) I chose a variety of reasons . First of all, this is a very common and very annoying diseases affecting the quality of life , just as it occurs eg in Crohn disease , myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus or congestive heart failure . Symptoms that are associated with CPPS , they encounter during their lives every fifth man . It is one of the most common urological disease patients across races, social groups, and age, then there is the highest incidence between 36 and 50 years , between diseases among men older than 50 years, is the third most common diagnosis . From celebrities who have suffered from the disease is Former U.S. President John F. Kennedy , the author of Sophie's Choice by William Styron . The theory of this syndrome is often unclear with a large number of options , as well as therapy is inherently more complex , whose activity is linked to the supposed origin of the disease in of a particular patient , often leads to failure. Taking care of such a patient is interdisciplinary starting urologist , surgeon , continuing through to physiotherapists to psychologists and psychiatrists .
