Ekologické a ekonomické hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí variantně strukturálních typů lesů

Cílem projektu je modifikace (adice) metody "Kvantifikace a kvantitativní hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí lesů" pro podmínky variantně strukturálních typů lesů, tj. jak multistrukturálních lesních porostů, tak pro les věkových tříd. Předpokládané řešení projektu je postaveno na komplexní analýze funkční struktury lesního ekosystému - zastoupení jednotlivých složek, procesů a dynamiky a stupně antropického ovlivnění. Zvláštní zřetel bude věnován analýze vlivu porostní struktury na aktuální funkční účinky (reálný efekt) funkcí lesních porostů. Praktické výstupy modifikované metody "Kvantifikace..." budou reflektovat aktuální společenské požadavky a oborové priority, zejména principy funkčně integrovaného lesního hospodaření a vliv globálních změn klimatu na lesní ekosystémy. Jsou proto zaměřeny na ekonomické hodnocení funkcí lesů, ekonomické posouzení diferencovaných přístupů k lesnímu hospodaření, management lesních biotopů soustavy NATURA 2000 a návrhy oborových legislativních podkladů. Zpráva za rok 2009 je rozdělena do dílčích úkolů: DÚ I - Analýza funkční struktury lesního ekosystému z hlediska vazby na postup hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí lesů - stanovení vazeb mezi ekosystémovými procesy a složkami a hospodářskými zásahy. Byl stanoven soubor kritérií a indikátorů pro hodnocení stavu lesa či výsledků hospodaření ve vztahu k funkčním potenciálům. DÚ II - Návrh kvantifikace a kvantitativní hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí variantně strukturálních typů lesů - definice porostní struktury jako redukčního kritéria. Determinace lesních porostů dle prostorové, věkové a druhové struktury. Specifikace struktury postupu kvantitativního hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí variantně strukturálních typů lesů. DÚ III - Praktická verifikace návrhu adice kvantifikace a kvantitativní hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí variantně strukturálních typů lesů - terénní inventarizace porostních struktur vybraných modelových lokalit. Popis a hodnocení redukčních kritérií a dalších taxačních charakteristik vybraných modelových lokalit. Zpracování dendrologických dat jako podkladu verifikace typizace prostorové porostní struktury. DÚ V - Provozní a praktické aplikace metody - analýza požadovaných vstupů a předpokládaných výstupů finančního vyjádření celospolečenských funkcí lesů. Návrh struktury metody finančního vyjádření hodnoty celospolečenských funkcí lesů. Návrh struktury modifikace metody hodnocení a finančního vyjádření újmy na životním prostředí prostřednictvím škody na lesích. Stanovení vstupů do ekonomického posouzení diferencovaných přístupů k lesnímu hospodaření. Řešení metodiky hodnocení funkcí strukturně variantních typů lesních porostů pomocí softwarového nástroje HOFUL 1.0.

A Study of the Feasibility of the PPP Project

The thesis explains the formation of the PPP project feasibility study as an essential document in the preparatory phase of the project lifecycle. Its closer focus is on the economic evaluation of the investment project implementation using the PPP compared to the implementation using public procurement. The practical part refers to a specific example of calculating of the public sector comparator that is compared with the referential project and a value of money is determined as an indicator of profitability of both forms of implementation.

Evaluation of production costs, revenues and quality of potato tuber in organic and conventional farming system

In 2009, there was an experiment with strains of potatos conducted in the region of Soběslav, at an altitude of 614 m. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate production costs, revenues and internal tuber quality in terms of organic and conventional farming system. The work observed dry matter, starch, reducing sugar, chlorogenic acid, vitamin C, nitrates and solanine. An attempt was made on two different strains of potatoes which have different growing season (Impala - very early, Adela - early). Adela variant showed an average of 7.51 t / ha higher yield than the Impala. Higher costs per tonne of potato production were in the conventional way of cultivation. From the evaluation of the internal quality of tubers, there was an apparent influence of the strain and cultivation method on the content of controlled substances. The executed test showed the health of potatoes grown in an organic and conventional way.

Project of development of family farm in connection with development of czech country supported by Funds of European Union.

The target of my diploma work was to analyze the chosen family farm, to evaluate their present situation and to suggest proposal of different posibilities of their development with connection of development of czech country supported by Funds of European Union. At the moment, the farm is aimed at breeding pigs which is going through a deep crisis. What is more the owner is not satisfied with the efficiency of her farming. The next variants of the development are coming up from posibility of change from pig`s farm to goat`s farm. On the basis of my research there were worked up three variants of next development of the farm. Each variant was evaluated by three economic methods. It is a Metod of pure present value, inner yield percentage and the period of paying off. For all three variants is possible to get the grant from Program of the country development, Osa I, provision I. 1.1 Modernizing of agricultural companies. This is a question of 50 % acceptable expenses for reconstruction and building up new farm buildings. This possibility can play an important role in making decision process in next development of the farm. With regard to current situation in breeding pigs and uncertain future of this segment, it looks very perspective variant of breeding goats and total dissolution of breeding pigs

Possibilities, methods and technological processes of composting biomass

Nowadays maintained areas of greenery are an inseparable part of towns and villages. Public property belonging to the town České Budějovice is necessary to keep also. Problems arise with processing and storing biomass. One possibility of processing biomass is composting. Methods, technological processes and last but not least functional variants of composting components were developed in this paper. The composting components will ensure quality and maximum flexibility of produced compost. The projected technological line will ensure enough capacity for composting biomass in the years to come. The economic evaluation made showed that produced variants of compost are competitive.

Thesis is intent on economic analysis and risk analysis building technology, used at reducing energy costingness. Basic goal of this thesis is evaluating selection energy - saving building technology for concrete investment project at authority two principles. First principle is complying with time influence namely how in view of financial resources, so in view of price energy. Second principle is consequential complying with risk and uncertainties particular factors. In case of these thesis it means simulation crucial factors as a stochastic model. To these purposes will be used method Monte Carlo. Theoretical part of thesis be engaged in characterization economics analyses and risk analyses investment project. Information betray into theoretic parts will applied on concrete investment project, reconstruction residential building using energy - saving technology that contribute by to decrease energy costingness of all building. Fundamental of the investment project is reducing costs on heat a hot water. Goal of practical parts this thesis is give to data for decision making house owners about reconstruction house, regarding particular building technologies.
