Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým hodnocením implementace mezinárodních smluv v České republice. Vzorovým dokumentem, na kterém je analýza provedena, je Úmluva o přístupu k informacím, účasti veřejnosti na rozhodování a přístupu k právní ochraně v záležitostech životního prostředí. Nejprve jsou definovány související pojmy týkající se mezinárodního práva. Dále práce popisuje části Úmluvy. K analýze je použita metoda hodnocení dopadu regulace, která porovnává přínosy a náklady spojené s implementací. V závěru práce je metoda použita na zvolený dokument. Bachelor graduation thesis deals with economic evaluation of implementation of international conventions in the Czech Republic. Document which is used as an example is Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters. It defines terms related to international law. Thesis describes parts of the Convention. Regulatory impact analysis is used in order to compare benefits and costs of implementation. At the conclusion the method is applied to the Convention.
