Conception of sport in a town

This labour is about sport in the town Znojmo. First part explain, why to invest into the sphere of sport. The labour arques, that the state budget of Czech Republic profits of the whole sport's sphere between 1,1-3,7 milliards CZK. Next part is concretely about the town Znojmo and about his sports facilities and organization of sports activities. Municipalities have to support sport by law. I will find some new innovations, which could help to improve this situation of sport in Znojmo and I will find out, if better conditions for sport can decide people to try sport more often.

Sport tourism

Bachelor thesis "Sport Tourism" in its theoretical part describes the area of sports-oriented tourism, defines key terms and provides information on historical development. It deals with the categorization of sport tourism in general and its position within the tourism industry. The theoretical part is to define more closely the issue of a new sport tourism phenomenon and to specify its position within the travel industry. The practical part analyzes the situation of sport tourism in the Czech Republic and assesses its position in the Czech tourism. One part of the analytical section is the description of its development in recent years. It also offers a brief overview of the biggest attractions in the market of sport tourism, and evaluates facilities of most practised sporting activities in the Czech Republic. An integral part of the analysis is the question of promotion. Chapter "The benefits of sport tourism to the economy of the state" depicts the economic impacts on the Czech economy and the position of sports-oriented tourism in the national economy. The final chapter is concerned with the sustainable development of sport tourism in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of this work examines the expected changes in the coming years and sets conditions for future developments in this lucrative type of tourism.

Financing of non-profit organizations in the sport´s area - under specific conditions of the sports club TJ Sokol Dolni Pocernice

This thesis deals with problems of the non-profit organizations in the field of sports, especially with the civil associations. Main aim of the thesis is to present possibilities of the financial sources which would provide for exercising the sport activities. Another objective is to prove that the sport organizations cannot get along without the public support. The theoretical part focuses on the brief characteristics of particular forms of the non profit organizations and closer considers possibilities of financing the civil associations in the sport area. The applied part targets the concrete civil associations which act in the field of sports. Right after the short characteristics is the main focus given to the financial sources which function is to secure the organization's activity. At the conclusion there is undertaken the analysis of its economy during four years.

It is a business plan to establish and conduct a business in leisure activities field. The enterprise is represented by a sports centre Body Madness specialized on fitness and bodybuilding. For wide clientele at disposal there is a squash court and an aerobic hall serving for doing other sport activities. The ambition of partners is to achieve and maintain customers' contentment.

Sport centres in the Czech Republic - advantages for tourism

This graduation thesis examines ski centres in the Czech Republic, mainly its most frequent problems they face. The other objectives are to find out the structure of their skiers, how is promotion important for them and what measures they implement to help their development and visit rate. For these reasons was prepared a questionnaire and its results offer a survey of opinions of Czech ski centres representatives.

Public financing of squash and badminton

Public financing of those two sports in Czech Republic is done through Czech squash association and Czech badminton association. Both those organizations are full members of Czech association of sports and also require money from Ministry of education. Those two organizations stand as main sources of finances from the public sources. I will focus on comparison of these two sports. Squash and badminton are very similar considering material, or financial side. Also the expansion of those sports in our country is more or less the same. From this point of wiew, they should also receive similar financial aid for the government. By detailed financial analyses I will try to confront both sports, differ their specifics and find out if the personal question is also playing a role. Probably the only difference between those two sports is the fact, that badminton is olympic sport, which gives it a chance to participate in programs, which are offered especially for sports that take part of the olympics. How much has this fact differ their evolution? I will find out, if badminton took advantage of this to benefit. Ministry of education and Czech sports association assign finance on behalf of certain conditions. The question is, how much these conditions influence the behavior of these associations. Must they adjust to them, or they work with them in complete synthesis and reach their goals. Only from the settings of the individual programs run by Ministry of education and Czech sports association is obvious, that it is almost impossible to satisfy both subjects.

Financing of disabled sportsmen in Czech republic

The thesis is dealing with the topic of financing the handicaped sportsmen in Czech republic. It presents actual sport organisation of handicapped people, its financing and suggests the way of improvement. The work deals closely with public sources, especially financing by Ministry of Youth and Sport, and private sources. It shows foreign experience and suggests its aplication on Czech republic. Within the thesis, there was made a research on knowledge of the issue of handicapped sportsmen in the society and a sport club case study .

Economy of sports club

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate functioning of the sport club Jeseniova, which operates in athletics environment. The thesis results from a description of the club's organizational structure, history, sports specialization, goals and promotion of the club. Through SWOT and financial analysis, the thesis assess the economic operation of the club. Based on the results of the analysis, there are suggested improvements of the club's activity and possible innovations.
