Golf Club

The purpose of the projection was creating an object which offers enough space for social activities with possibility of free time spending. The floor projection of irregular shape allows the object of the golf club to be splitted into dispositionally detached parts. The object consists of three-storey main building and two-storey relaxing section. Whole object has a basement. It is situated in sloping terrain on the outskirts of the Dolní Dobrouč village. The basement of main building has the shape of irregular rectangle. It is imbedded into the ground and technical background of main object is situated here. The relaxing section is connected to this space by small passage which is used for technical background of this section. The floor projection of the first floor exceeds over the basement. In a guests section, there is a main entrance, a restaurant and a shop. The staff section adjoins to this section. On the second floor, there are conference rooms, administrative section, the other floor of the restaurant and a garage. The basement of the relaxing section as much as its first floor are designed for the guests‘ relaxation. The shed roof construction of the main building and the relaxing section is made of glued laminated truss. The garage has a shed roof too with the construction built of thin-walled domestic roof trusses. In the construction point of view the object was projected with aspect to cooperation of materials and systems and so allows effective use of different parts. The building does not invade the character of the environment due to its shape solution when object almost copies the terrain. However, the whole complex of golf club including golf course, creates a distinctive landscaping object.

Summer camp preparing and execution

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám přípravou a realizací letního tábora. Kromě programu jsem se zaměřila na organizační přípravu, protože bez dobré přípravy a znalostí zákonů nemůžeme letní tábor ani naplánovat. Pokud budeme mluvit o plánování, je to opravdu celoroční mravenčí práce, od mapování terénu a místa pro tábor, propagaci, typu a termínu tábora, potřebné dokumentace a v neposlední řadě výběrem pracovníků tábora, vedoucích a praktikantů - to a mnoho jiné se skrývá za celoroční prací pedagogů. Etapové hry, které zmiňuji, jsme realizovali na letním táboře v Roželově a ve Vlastějovicích, kam již několik let s dětmi vyjíždíme. Tábory, které pořádáme, jsou 14 denní pro děti ve věku 7 - 15 let. Každoročně se přihlásí kolem 150 účastníků. Tábor je rozdělen do tří kategorií, a pro každou je vypracovaná samostatná etapová hra. Náplň letního tábora je skutečně rozsáhlá. Nabízíme zde různé rukodělné činnosti, putovní tábor na 2 dny pro nejstarší oddíl, různé výlety po okolí. Pořádáme Olympijské hry, kde oddíly jsou věkově smíchané a sestaveny do družstev dle losovacích lístků. Také vedoucí se zapojují do her, a jsou postavení jako kapitáni družstev, kteří musí mnohdy prokázat svou fyzickou a psychickou zdatnost. Domestic violence and its prevention

CONCLUSION The family violence is a problem which figure in the centre of the attention in our society. The family violence isn't in its substance only social or political problem, it's a suffering which individual people spend, people who don't deserved to live in a shame, in a pain or in a humbleness. Each woman or man who spent the domestic violence, are the individuals with the individual needs and not only the faces without names from the statistics. The good news is that the solutions are accessible and each individual with help and with a dose of courage will find his or her own way how to deprive of the violence. All depends on the victim who must realize that if she or he doesn't leave from the offender, nothing will be changed and his or her life won't be saved. Very important and necessary step is disproving the myths and the prejudices about domestic violence in the society. The public must realize that this action needs the regular check and the intervention from the state or the public authorities although domestic violence takes place in a privacy, at home. Activation Theory for the Instruction of Botany at the Odolená Voda Primary School

Key words: educational method, eco-centre, educational pathway, cross-country activities. The thesis The Concept of Active Botany Education with Students' Participation at the Junior School Odolena Voda focuses especially on formation of educational pathways in the surroundings of the Junior School which are guided by work- and methodical sheets. The thesis considers ideas of cross-country botanic activities and includes a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire examines whether teachers use the educational methods activating the students and whether they are interested in extension of botanic educational materials. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with organisational forms and methods that help to increase the activity during botanic classes. Moreover, the thesis compares botanic textbooks that focus on cross-country observations and experiments. The analysis of buying terms and consumer behaviour of the city of Hlinsko

This thesis should introduce the retail situation of Hlinsko and show the trends and typical consumer behaviour of the citizens of this city and the nearest neighbourhood. The thesis consists of 3 main parts: The first one is theorethical and describes the actual retail situation of the city and all the stores, where food assortment can be bought. These stores are then divided according to their sort and size. After five hypothesis have been determined, the stores have been marked in the map of the city of Hlinsko. The second and main part is half practical and half analytical. It contains a questionnaire investigation of the households of Hlinsko and the neighbourhood. The results are processed and aplicated on the hypothesis from the first part. The third part includes analytical calculations of the service area and sales capacity of the stores in Hlinsko. As the conclusion, the outcome is compared with the real situation.

The analysis of consumer behaviour and buying terms in the town of Kutná Hora

The bachelor thesis analyses consumer behaviour and buying terms in the town of Kutná Hora. The thesis deals with the situation in retail in the area of groceries. In the introduction the theme of the thesis is presented, the aim of the thesis is determined and the hypotheses are set. The town of Kutná Hora and its surroundings are characterised in the first chapter. The description of commercial facilities in the town follows then. Retail units of larger size are presented more closely. In the third chapter the results of the realized questionnaire are interpreted. The outputs of the questionnaire are summarized and analysed in the conclusion and the set hypotheses are evaluated at the same time.

Určení základní strategické orientace podniku je v dnešní době nesmírně obtížné. Svět se významným způsobem mění a objevují se nové faktory, na které podniky nejsou často připraveny. Cílem práce je provést srovnání a zhodnocení různých přístupů ke strategiím a ke zdrojům konkurenční výhody, identifikovat základní trendy, které v současné době v podnikovém okolí probíhají. Dalším cílem je identifikovat hlavní problémy, které podniky v České republice musí řešit při tvorbě a realizaci strategie. Součástí práce je rovněž vyhodnocení dopadu vybraných faktorů na tvorbu hodnoty podniků.

This diploma thesis with the topic "Strategic analysis of a company" involves both the analysis of internal processes, sources, abilities and the impact of environment on the business. The construction company Skanska that is analyzed, operates in the area of the Czech and Slovak republic as a holding company with the central in Sweden. The target of this diploma thesis is to give a recommendation for good strategy of this company.

Integrated rescue system activities on traffic accident sites with the intention of Czech Police department tasks and objectives.

Quick and professional action by the units of the Integrated Rescue System at the scenes of road traffic accidents is essential primarily for saving people´s lives and health, of secondary importance is the protection of property and the environment. If there is a road traffic accident which by its scope and nature requires units of the Integrated Rescue System to be called out, the individual intervening entities do what they can to reduce or eliminate the consequences of these exceptional events not only for the individuals concerned but also for the wider vicinity. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the tasks of the units of the Integrated Rescue System, and the Police Force of the Czech Republic within their framework, at the scenes of road traffic accidents and to summarise theoretical approaches to this question with references to valid legal standards. The theoretical part addresses acccident rate trends in the Czech Republic, it defines the term traffic accident and the term Integrated Rescue System. It maps the activities of the units of the Integrated Rescue System at the scenes of road traffic accidents and specifies procedures of the individual units at the scene of intervention with emphasis on the role and tasks of the Police Force of the Czech Republic. It provides a complex overview of the issue with an account of the related legal standards and documents. The empirical section contains an analysis and comparison of the call outs of the units of the Integrated Rescue System, using as its base theoretical approaches, joint tactical exercises and the interventions themselves at the scenes of accidents. The results and the conclusion provide information about the importance and essential nature of coordinated cooperation between the individual units of the Integrated Rescue System, they evalute the current level of interaction and the need for joint exercises in order constantly to perfect interventions, in the interest of the goal of saving the lives and health of people and protecting property and the environment.
