The catholic church and the religion in region of Mladá Boleslav in the second half of 17th and the first third of 13th century. Selected issues of church administration history and recatholization
Zahradník, Pavel ; Petráček, Tomáš (referee) ; Čechura, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis follows up the relationship among church administration level, recatholization and gradual penetration of the baroque religion into the common life in the region of Mlada Boleslav in the second half of 17th and the first third of 18th century. This ratio is followed up on the basis of selected issues that are for these topics determining. In the first sections is described the gradual improving of the three vicariates' parish administration of the region from the point of view of parishes number rising and the improvement of the pastors' work conditions connected with it. The basic indicators are: number of parishes, their disprict (number of churches belonging to parishes, number of villages, distances) as well as the number of inhabitants. The developement and the way of economic assurance of parishes and their facilities (equipment and incomes of churches) are outlined here as well. This summary is completed by the characteristics of basic relationships in everyday life of parish related to these issues. Consequently are approached the results of recatholization in the region of Mlada Boleslav in the second half of 17th and the first third of 18th century and not only as successes or unsuccesses consisting in the gradual society unification within the frame of catholic confession - thus in...

Alfred Jarry and Maurice Maeterlinck: two aspects of symbolist theatre
Jelenová, Lenka ; Jamek, Václav (advisor) ; Pohorský, Aleš (referee)
In the end of 19th century, there were many attempts to reform the existing values of the French theatre. In the course of eighties, the reform which was aimed against the official commercial theatre, was mostly realized by the naturalist and symbolist movements. The symbolists were largely inspired by the principles of correlation and analogy and they admired Richard Wagner's concept of gesamtkunstwerk. This concept was focused on linking all sorts of arts together. During the course of nineties, in the top period of the French symbolist theatre, the main societies of theatre artists were established and the first symbolist plays were written. In this short period full of failures, mainly two authors - Maurice Maeterlinck and Alfred Jarry - were remarkable. The first one ideally represented the symbolist principles in his plays, the second one completed the history of symbolist theatre and indicated the future direction of modern theatre. Both personalities formed bounds of one period of the French drama.

Testaments in Jihlava during years 1578-1590. (History of family and household, historic demography and sociotopography)

Nursing of the woman in confinement
KRAUSOVÁ, Monika
Nowadays, mothers can get information about the period of confinement by reading books and magazines and by browsing the internet. My goal was to find out whether women are informed about nursing care in confinement and whether they are satisfied with it. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a part of survey. The first part describes the history of confinement, the physiology and disorders that may occur at women in this period. It deals with the care about woman after her return home as well. In the second part of this bachelor thesis I confirmed this two hypothesis: 1. Women after the childbirth at the department of confinement are informed about the nursing care. 2. At the department of confinement, women after the childbirth are satisfied with the nursing care. The results can serve mainly nurses taking care of mothers at the department of confinement.

History, Presence and Future of Exchangeable Formats of Bibliographic Data
Rösslerová, Klára ; Vlasák, Rudolf (advisor) ; Sklenák, Vilém (referee) ; Drobíková, Barbora (referee)
This dissertation focuses on the data exchange bibliographic formats that have been used in the libraries since the 1960s. There have not been many changes over the decades although librarians have been calling for them. Since the beginning of the new millennium, there has been a growing pressure for change. The aim of this dissertation is to try to summarize the activities in this field and to outline possible future development. The formats used in the past and in the present are analysed in the first part. It is possible to predict the future development on the basis of the analysis of individual projects and on the basis of surveys. The results of the analysis suggest that these activities are headed to a linked data publication model that preserves the current cataloguing procedures. Keywords: exchange formats, bibliographic data, MARC format, MARC 21 format, linked data, BIBFRAME, Schema.org, cataloguing

Current situation and trends in sheltered living and following services for adults with mental handicaps
Krupičková, Petra ; Tomeš, Igor (advisor) ; Vodáčková, Daniela (referee)
RESUME (ABSTRACT) Sheltered living is quite recent service. It occured as an alternative to services of institutional care that was beeing the most common service untill early 90's. Nowadays this service is suitable complement to the range of other existing services for mentally disabled people. It helps to improve their situation in the society. This thesis is reflecting experience resulting from the practise in DUHA (a nonprofit organization ) providing sheltered living care. The thesis is devided into five main parts. Each of them is trying to outline some important aspects of a mental disability problematic. The first part is applying to general aspects of the topic (mental disability) as well as to it's socially conditioned specifics. Social status of mentally disabled people is influenced by stereotypes. The actual trend of caring for handicaped people is very closely conneted with a problematic of their personal rights. The second part of this thesis is suming up the most important documents and rules of law which are beeing applicated whithin both, national and international law. Presentation of several concrete institutions in the Prague region and the introduction of services they provide is a main topic of the third part of my thesis. Since the consecutive services (it's variety and quality) are...

Formulation the Methodology for Analysis the Seismic Response of the Piping Systems with Viscose Dampers
Chlud, Michal ; Salajka, Vlastislav (referee) ; Kanický, Viktor (referee) ; Malenovský, Eduard (advisor)
Viscous dampers are widely used to ensure seismic resistance of pipelines and equipment in nuclear power plants. Damping characteristics of these dampers are nonlinearly frequency dependent and thus causing complications in computational modelling of seismic response. Engineers commonly use two ways to deal with this nonlinearity: The first option is to consider damper by means of “snubber”. This is essentially linear spring element that is active for dynamic load and does not resist static loads. Snubber behaviour during seismic event is described by a equivalent stiffness (sometimes called pseudostiffness). The equivalent stiffness could be defined by the iterative calculations of piping natural frequencies and mode shapes taking into account seismic excitation. However, in complicated structures such as the main circulation loop of nuclear power plant the iterative calculation is difficult and could bring significant inaccuracies. On the other hand, the benefit of such modelling is a possibility to apply the commonly used linear response spectrum method for a solution. The second option is to describe damping characteristics using suitable rheological model. The seismic response is than determined by direct integration of the equations of motion. The behaviour of dampers is described exactly enough but the calculation and post-processing, especially nodal stresses time-histories, are time consuming. The goal of this work was to find a methodology for determining the seismic response of complex pipe systems with viscous dampers. Methodology allows a sufficiently accurate determination of the seismic response of piping systems and also allows obtaining of the results in effective time. The procedure is as follows. Firstly, specialized piping program (AutoPIPE) is used for the development of computational model. Next step is to determine a static response of structure and its verification with experimental measurements, if possible. Using script in Python language a computational model is converted from AutoPIPE into general finite element model in ANSYS system. Four-parameter Maxwell rheological model is used to describe behaviour of viscous dampers. Seismic load is represented by synthetic accelerograms. Newmark algorithm of direct integration of the equation of motion is used to obtain seismic response (only reactions and displacements in nodes of interest are necessary). Than is the equivalent stiffness is than gained from displacements and reactions as median value of their ratios. Received stiffness are subsequently transferred to AutoPIPE program where the seismic solution is performed using response spectra method. Finally, the dynamic response is combined with the static response and stress assessment according standards is done. The created methodology was applied in the seismic resistance calculation of the main circulation piping and piping of pressurizer in nuclear power plants type VVER 440 and type VVER 1000.
